Before I give my review on how amazing the food is, I want to give a huge shout out to Matthew. Matthew was very welcoming, friendly, and joyful. He knew the menu right off the bat and told me that whatever I want to include or exclude on my breakfast burrito, that he's got me. A++ Service I got the turkey and bacon breakfast burrito. The only thing I regret is not getting another one. The burrito was FIRE! The green salsa was the cherry on top. When Freddy says this is healthy food, he is not playing around. It is as healthy as it can get. Fresh ingredients and not cooked in seed oils. Ever since I changed my diet a year and a half ago, most restaurants food make my body shut down and/or make my stomach hurt. I am very glad that wasn't the case with Freddy's Deli. Nothing remarkable honestly. Got the turkey avocado deli sandwich. It was a solid turkey sandwich, but honestly not that much better than the deli aisle at a supermarket but with higher prices. I enjoyed the sandwich but was strangely still hungry after. So how does this place have a 5-star overall rating? Signs posted all over; give us a 5-star review for free chips and a drink. Lame! Freddy's Delis is certainly a 5+ Star establishment. The "plus" is a nod to Freddy being friendly and appears to remember the names of his returning clients. It kind of gives off a Cheers vibe, where everyone knows your name. Freddy's Deli is a small kiosk embedded inside a business building and most of his customer inside this office is enough to keep him busy. The sandwich is set up like a bar - see the stools you can eat at the counter or four small tables along the wall. Unless you know this café, it's hidden from street and certainly not widely advertise. Once you walk in, you're see small tables and turn the corner to see the counter. The menu is small with weekly specials. I stopped by for late lunch and wanted something light, Freddy was working alongside his cooks. He's made me a grilled cheese and gave me a free coup on the side. If you're looking for a place with not just great sandwiches, but even greater people - cooks are very interactive, look no further than Freddy's Deli! Freddy himself makes sure to greet you with a smile and a personal touch that makes you feel like you're a regular, even if it's your first visit, like me. It's rare to find a place where the customer service is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly--everyone here goes above and beyond to make you feel like a friend, not just a customer. Unless I caught them on a really good day, and only two other customers, this place sure makes you feel value. Hidden gem in isolation. Not a traditional deli but has an excellent spin on the chicken pesto. It's in the business park and Freddy is super social. Free soda with a check in. Didn't even allow me to tip him! Excellent chicken pesto sandwich. Wish locals would support! read more

I originally tried this place through Foodja, otherwise this place is VERY hidden. I had ordered the turkey avocado sandwich and the deluxe acai bowl. I was pretty satisfied with the sandwich but what wowed me was how good the acai bowl was! Even after being transported and left sitting on my desk, it was still really good and not melted. I was so impressed by the acai quality that I came to look for the actual deli on my day off just to get the acai bowl. I was greeted by the owner and he was so genuine and passionate about healthy food. If I can sum up the experience and food in one word, it would be EXCEPTIONAL! Matthew took our order and was extremely friendly. I ordered a breakfast burrito with hashbrowns and bacon. I asked if he can make my bacon extra crispy and his response was "Anything you want, I got you." (Yes, I'm one of those that picks at meat when there is too much fat). This truly makes a difference for me personally and can make or break a dish. Not only was it healthy but very delicious! The hashbrowns and fries are amazing!! My boyfriend and I have about a year and a half since we changed our diet and lifestyle which consists of eating high protein meals, eating some fruits and veggies, cooking with no seed oils, cooking with steel pans, doing exercise and more. Our bodies are so used to eating clean that most restaurants and foods cause our bodies to react (not in a pleasant way). Of course, this was not the case with Freddy's Deli!
