I'm not a fan of Italian restaurants, but this one impressed me. The food was some of the best I've eaten. The ravioli was awesome. It was light but filling. I also had salad and pistachio ice cream which were also very good. The servers were super nice and helpful as I ordered. I opted to sit outside since it was nice and breezy out but had to move inside due to rain. Even the bartender was helpful and engaged me in conversation. I would definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

We visited Danielle's late on a Friday evening. It was a nice change to the always crowded restaurants in Castle Rock. The food is fabulously prepared to order in the scratch kitchen. They have a great wine and cocktail list.

We arrived around 5:30 pm. The restaurant was bright and cheery. A few tables were filled inside and outside. Our waiter, Brian, greeted us, asking if we wanted drinks. We ordered some soft drinks while discussing the menu. I wanted to try the 5 cheese stuffed mushrooms - they were pretty good, with some marinara sauce. We ordered the Cabutto Tenuta La Volta 2017. Brian recommended it since it seemed to be the owner's favorite. It paired well with the Vadouvan Spiced Halibut and Pasta Bolognese - both were delicious. For dessert, we both had the crème brûlée which hit the spot.

Great food and service. Was a Wednesday evening and the place was slow until about 7 pm. The service never slowed down.

Absolutely hands-down the best scratch restaurant in the area! I drove 25 minutes just for the fried chicken!

Wow! We went and had…read morea blast! We met out with an old coworker and his wife who are relocating to the Monument area. They recently locked in a home so we are very excited. We have been to Scileppi's multiple times and I just checked and no review. So here we go! Love the atmosphere and the old church so very neat and so happy when they expanded they did not ruin the original church. The server we just had from our previous visit! She was awesome again and she is incredibly friendly. We started with ice cold beers and a Chianti for the wine drinker. We also tried the Works pizza! Yummy loved the crust and especially sausage very good... Next time will include the pics doh!

Our booth on the church side was a little cramped. During the online reservation, it asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. I selected anniversary. I did not expect anything elaborate, but a simple acknowledgment would have been nice. There was none. The bread was soft and warm. It was probably the best part of the meal. The rest of the food was just underwhelming. The four seasons salad was okay but not memorable. The crab-stuffed shrimp linguine was also just okay, nothing special. The chicken piccata was overpowered by lemon and had not much flavor. The veal marsala risotto was dry, bland and forgettable. The portions were just right. Service could have been better. It was a little slow and did not feel warm or welcoming. Considering the hype and prices, the experience did not meet our expectations. None of us really enjoyed the meal. For us, it is a one-and-done.

Went as a group of 4 and we fit perfectly. Might not be a great place for larger groups but 6ish…read moreshould be okay. Upscale food and a little dressy for sure. Our food was good across the board but not great and that's not bad. The pricing is reasonable (outside of some drinks/cocktails) and the staff is friendly and responsive. The parking situation sucks but that's the nature of there they are (you will need to remember your license plate to give to the hostess when you walk in) There are a few good Italian choices in Castle rock and this is one of them for sure but I'm not sure it's our first choice. That being said, we will likely be back at some point.

Made a reservation as that's what is recommended on their social media. The bread with olive oil was not bad. Lightweight and not heavy. I decided on the Prince Edward Island Mussels because I've seen them posted on their social media. When they were served, a fishy smell wafted up to me. I don't like that smell. Not a good smell. The mussels themselves were ok. Lack of any taste, even in the sauce. I usually like dunking bread in the sauce but this one didn't taste that good. The server was friendly and very nice. As was the bus person who brought me water. However, I'm not sure I'd eat here again. The dishes are quite pricey. And this meal was meh. Cute place though.
