Daniel's Jewelers is a complete scam. I bought a bracelet for a gift after being sweet-talked into believing it would fit, only to find out it didn't. When I took it back to get resized, they promised to call me with details. **They never called.** Two weeks passed, and I had to reach out to them myself, even though they told me it would only take a week. The attitude I got was like they were doing me a favor just by remembering my bracelet. This place has no respect for customers, no professionalism, and absolutely no integrity! This place is a complete and total SCAM! My husband has been so on top of all his payments even going the extra mile and paying ABOVE his minimum payment just so that one the associates could go ahead and screw up his payment history not to mention his credit. My husband went to make a payment and obtained his receipt. A few weeks later he receives a bill with a late fee and a interest payment almost 3 times the normal amount. Apparently the associate messed up the payment never went through. They took care of the late fee but the very next month another late fee. When my husband went to sort out the problem they kept telling him that the only one that could help was the manager. My husband went to the store 6 DAYS in a row and on the 6th day he finally spoke to the manager who was a women he had been seeing there all week! He had enough of his wasted time and wanted to return the rings just for the manager to threaten him. She told him she could not take the rings as an exchange or return and that a repo person had to take them. These people have no sense of customer service. Having my customer service background I know there is always a solution for any problem a customer maybe facing. Ridiculous! read more

Update - Based on the reply from the buisness, they will not address the poor customer service or quality. They believe I should have read in contract that their jewelry will fall apart in less than 5 months and that their associates are going to be rude ...huh ? I must have missed the section of the contract that makes it ok. My husband was forced to buy a 45 dollar warranty to be able to replace the item that he only wore THREE TIMES BEFORE IT BEGAN PEELING ON HIS SKIN. This place is conniving. Tried to return/exchange ring my husband bought. They would not allow me to return and leave with credit bc I was not ready for a few purchase.
