My husband loved it. The massages are a little rough, so I asked for them to be a little softer. But, I'm kinda a baby with massages, like I don't book deep tissue type of massages. The masseuse went on top of my back on all fours lol. I started laughing when she did that, she started to giggle too. I told my husband she was so petite I didn't mind it. The spa areas were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't bring a bathing suit, so I couldn't use the co-ed area which looked so peaceful and relaxing. The spa offered shorts for men, so my husband utilized the co-ed hot tubs. He said he was the only person in the co-ed area and men's side. In the women's area, where they had the hit tubs, women are nude. So, it's a little stressful at first because I never been to a spa where people are nude. But, I eventually got comfortable and enjoyed the hot tubs. The women's are that had the clay room, salt room, and sauna required robes. That area was so relaxing. The clay area was my favorite.

It is a sanctuary amidst the hustle bustle of Los Angeles in Korea town and safely located across from the police station. A plus parking is free in the plaza downstairs. The moment you enter you are greeted by the friendly office manager and you meet store owner Eunice. The hospitality is felt immediately. You are issued a locker and towels with a cute pink robe. You cannot wear bathing suits or shoes, but the robe is what you wear and the spa is so clean and smells amazing inside. They have various rooms such as charcoal clay sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt room, Himalayan salt bath, cold room, oxygen room, mugwort tea bath where you pour the basin of mugwort tea and drench it over your body in a seated shower section. Mugwort tes smells earthy and helps with skin issues. You can do a body scrub to exfoliate your dead skin and your skin will be amazingly soft and dewy. They use a scrubbing mitten and you can request gentler scrubbing versus a new mitt which will be more firm exfoliating scrub. The massage is 1 hour long and extremely relaxing. You can choose green tea or collagen milk for your massage. The collagen milk left my skin so dewy and soft. In the end they wrap your hair into a cute bun atop your head and wrapped in a cute pink towel. The V steam is something new I never heard of before and tried for first time. You are in a private room and sit on a cushion seat with an circular opening and beneath are herbs heated and you wear a cute cloth robe to absorb the steam over your privates hence V stream -- benefits with cramping, hormones, constipation, fertility, etc They offer a biscuit and tea while you stay in treatment x 30 minutes. If it gets too hot you lift the robe upward and it is cooler for your body. There is an area for food that opens at noon. The menu is a variety like Bimbibap or ginseng chicken soup and more. I will definitely come back to try this eating area. Every room is meticulously designed, clean and relaxing. I felt pampered here and can't wait to return. They do not allow photos otherwise you just have to visit here and experience it for yourself.

From the moment my treatment began, the body scrub attendant's demeanor felt cold and unwelcoming. Her tone of voice came across as harsh, and when she spoke to me, it was loud enough that other guests looked over. Since everyone is undressed during these treatments, that made me feel especially uncomfortable and vulnerable. The body scrub itself was much rougher than I expected. I wasn't asked whether the water temperature was comfortable, and the pressure felt unnecessarily aggressive rather than relaxing. I left feeling more sore than refreshed, which isn't what I expect from a spa treatment. This was also the second month in a row that I was assigned to the same body scrub attendant, even though I've never had her before and had always been treated by someone else in the usual wet room. It struck me as unusual, especially since I had previously noticed her speaking very harshly to other staff members. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that it's taken constructively. I truly enjoy this spa overall, but I hope more attention is given to making every guest feel comfortable, respected, and cared for during their treatment.

I work in LA but live in the IE and my hours are weird so sometimes if i'm too tired to drive home i'll stop by to rest for a few hours. always loved the convenience, however my last visit will be the final one. i've brought so many friends here, i've definitely spent thousands of dollars here throughout the years. I wanted to bring my 2 coworkers here to celebrate one of the girl's birthday. the others never been here before & we never actually made it inside. The security and the management were extremely rude and there was a major altercation which resulted in us going to Spa Palace (that place is actually so much better!) My friends have never been here as i mentioned so when we entered into the parking lot she made a wrong turn and went the other way so that we didnt check in with security. we are thinking no big deal we are literally about to go in and speak to them. the parking is free anyway so i didnt think it would ever be an issue. we were sitting in the car for a few minutes before we headed in. as we're getting ready to go, the rude security guard is walking towards us looking angry and bothered. i asked him multiple times what the problem was & he muttered something under his breath instead of communicating like a normal human being when somebody asks you a question. im thinking maybe he only speaks spanish so my friend who speaks spanish got out of the car to ask him what the issue is. this is when he says he's getting the manager and kicking us out for no given reason. then he starts arguing with my friend! a grown man at his big job is arguing with a lady, a potentially paying customer. the manager comes out & is telling us theyre refusing service because we turned the wrong way coming into the parking lot and said we were smoking which is not allowed. i told the manager ive been here many times, ive told the front desk before "im gonna go out to my car for a smoke and will be back" with no issues. i also said that had we known its not allowed to smoke in our car/on the property, we would have no issue respecting the rules but your security never actually spoke to us at this point my friends are extremely irritated. i tell the manager im taking my friends out for my girl's birthday and we dont understand what the issue is outside of you having a disrespectful and rude security guard. he tells us to stop yelling but nobody had raised their voice but this is when it escalated the manager straight up REFUSED to provide either his name nor the security. he did give an email which was " info@wispausa.com " to file a complaint. i asked how are we supposed to write a complaint without their names? he said to just include date and time of the incident. we went ahead and recorded them because clearly they are both trying to get out of consequences. this happened on 8/26/2026 at around 4:30 AM. really just disappointed after years of patronage to be getting treated unfairly for whatever reason and then when we were finally walking away the manager called us "p**sies" and yelling across the parking lot. Funny, when we were all standing right in front of him he had nothing to say. As soon as we walk away he wants to throw insults. I said "this is how you act as a manager?" he said basically that we started it. except we didn't, the security did, and one major difference is we are not on the clock sir. if my friends are irritated and they start talking back to you, thats your bad! you mishandled the situation. you chose a customer service job which means holding your composure when you have complaints and disgruntled guests. i also manage a business and have over 10 years of customer service experience. the way this man handled the situation was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. after all this, i was trying to keep the vibes happy with my friends. we found Spa Palace not too far away, and let me tell you!not only was it a much better experience because they actually let us in lol. but actually the facilities there are so much nicer, you have more privacy since its more lowkey (we ended up being the only ones there for a few hours which was awesome, total privacy!), everything was just way better. the shower areas are cleaner and more luxurious, the soaking tubs are bigger and the overall interior just looks really cool. from the security guard Big O to Alice at the front desk at Spa Palace they killed it. I definitely found my new place to spend my money at to the rude security guard and manager, i hope you get fired because you are bringing down the reputation of this place and its standards! what type of manager, a grown man, argues with 3 ladies across a parking lot calling us vulgar names? are you not embarrassed??

Unfortunately, our visit today was so disappointing that we decided to leave almost immediately. After showering, we went to the women's jacuzzi and realized it wasn't working. We let a staff member know, and all she said was that the button was broken, it was no longer in service, and that we should go to the front desk. There was no apology or effort to offer a solution. When we spoke with Levante at the front desk, he was understanding and professional, just as he always is. He greeted us kindly, listened to our concern, and let us know that since we had just arrived, we could receive a refund. We appreciated his customer service. While we went back to get changed so that we could leave, our experience took a turn for the worse. When we got back to the front, Jason, the janitor, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or speak respectfully, he said, "You've only been here 9 times, and there's nothing we can do for you." His comment was unnecessary, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with courtesy, not spoken to in that manner. The issue wasn't just that the jacuzzi was out of service-things break. The bigger problem was the lack of communication and the way we were treated afterward. If a major amenity is unavailable, customers should be informed before paying. And no employee, regardless of their position, should speak to guests disrespectfully. Thank you to Levante for being professional and helpful, but because of the poor handling of the situation and Jason's rude behavior, this visit left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses both the communication around out-of-service amenities and the way customers are treated. REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE : First, of all 10 to 15 minutes after arriving, we approached the front desk to report the issue. A staff member named Levante explicitly informed us that we could receive a refund. Based entirely on that assurance, we immediately went to shower so we could leave. Our primary reason for visiting your facility is to use the women's jacuzzi; had we been told a refund was not possible, we would not have rushed to shower and exit. When we returned to the front desk, we waited several minutes for Jason. Rather than listening to our explanation, Jason approached us with a very poor, rude attitude. We spent another 20 minutes trying to resolve the matter with him.To be clear, I never initially demanded a full refund. I only expected one because your own staff member offered it to us. Given the misinformation and the poor service we experienced, I am simply asking for a $10 discount credit toward a future visit. I strongly encourage management to properly train staff on company policies and take accountability for the conflicting information provided by your team. It's frustrating to see so many companies automatically defend their employees instead of taking the time to genuinely investigate customer complaints. Too often, it feels like the focus is on avoiding negative reviews rather than determining what actually happened. The reality is that businesses and employees make mistakes. When multiple customers share similar negative experiences, it's difficult to believe that every one of them is inaccurate. Instead of dismissing complaints or becoming defensive, companies should take them seriously, investigate them fairly, and hold employees accountable when necessary. Owning mistakes and addressing them is what builds trust and credibility. Customers are much more likely to respect a business that acknowledges when something went wrong and takes meaningful steps to improve, rather than one that automatically shifts blame or dismisses legitimate concerns.

The entire facility was very well kept and organized, and we enjoyed all the rooms immensely. Our favorite was the large heated jade floor, it's the perfect spot for a nap! Everything was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, robes, snacks, and drinks ready. In the main wet area they also had cold lavender towels freshly available. Their bathrooms were great, and they have a huge vanity with hairdryers and basic items for when you were ready to leave. Both the shoe lockers and personal item lockers were secure and we had no issue or concerns with our belongings, but I did bring my Doc Martin's and had to spend a few minutes fitting them into a shoe locker. (This was my mistake) The edible amenities were good, most of the snacks were prepackaged (granola bars, instant ramen, popcorn, trail mix) but they restocked frequently. They also had cold water, barley tea, and hot water with tea packets at the ready. The GA spa price is great for what you get, I can't comment on what it was before but the experience was worth the $60. It's a great place to bounce between relaxing rooms and have a great time with beloved gal pals. No pictures since phone usage is discouraged as everyone is nude, but I will definitely be back with more friends next time I'm in LA.

Extremely disappointing experience…read more We drove an hour and a half from the San Fernando Valley to come to this spa, only to arrive and find out that the appointments we had scheduled were not actually what was booked. We had already called multiple times because the website was not working. The front desk was not helpful and insisted that we create a profile and provide our credit card information before they would assist us. Eventually, we were told to download an app just to schedule the appointments. After going through all of that, driving 1.5 hours, and arriving at the spa, being told the appointments were not what we had scheduled was incredibly frustrating. What bothered me most was the lack of care, communication, and effort to resolve the situation. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was extremely disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this spa.
