The moment you enter you are greeted by the friendly office manager and you meet store owner Eunice. The hospitality is felt immediately. You are issued a locker and towels with a cute pink robe. You cannot wear bathing suits or shoes, but the robe is what you wear and the spa is so clean and smells amazing inside. They have various rooms such as charcoal clay sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt room, Himalayan salt bath, cold room, oxygen room, mugwort tea bath where you pour the basin of mugwort tea and drench it over your body in a seated shower section. Mugwort tes smells earthy and helps with skin issues. You can do a body scrub to exfoliate your dead skin and your skin will be amazingly soft and dewy. They use a scrubbing mitten and you can request gentler scrubbing versus a new mitt which will be more firm exfoliating scrub. The massage is 1 hour long and extremely relaxing. You can choose green tea or collagen milk for your massage. The collagen milk left my skin so dewy and soft. In the end they wrap your hair into a cute bun atop your head and wrapped in a cute pink towel. The V steam is something new I never heard of before and tried for first time. You are in a private room and sit on a cushion seat with an circular opening and beneath are herbs heated and you wear a cute cloth robe to absorb the steam over your privates hence V stream -- benefits with cramping, hormones, constipation, fertility, etc They offer a biscuit and tea while you stay in treatment x 30 minutes. If it gets too hot you lift the robe upward and it is cooler for your body. There is an area for food that opens at noon. The menu is a variety like Bimbibap or ginseng chicken soup and more. I will definitely come back to try this eating area. Every room is meticulously designed, clean and relaxing. I felt pampered here and can't wait to return. They do not allow photos otherwise you just have to visit here and experience it for yourself.

I wasn't asked whether the water temperature was comfortable, and the pressure felt unnecessarily aggressive rather than relaxing. This was also the second month in a row that I was assigned to the same body scrub attendant, even though I've never had her before and had always been treated by someone else in the usual wet room. He greeted us kindly, listened to our concern, and let us know that since we had just arrived, we could receive a refund. We appreciated his customer service. While we went back to get changed so that we could leave, our experience took a turn for the worse. When we got back to the front, Jason, the janitor, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or speak respectfully, he said, "You've only been here 9 times, and there's nothing we can do for you." His comment was unnecessary, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with courtesy, not spoken to in that manner. The issue wasn't just that the jacuzzi was out of service-things break. The bigger problem was the lack of communication and the way we were treated afterward. If a major amenity is unavailable, customers should be informed before paying. And no employee, regardless of their position, should speak to guests disrespectfully. Thank you to Levante for being professional and helpful, but because of the poor handling of the situation and Jason's rude behavior, this visit left a very negative impression. REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE : First, of all 10 to 15 minutes after arriving, we approached the front desk to report the issue. A staff member named Levante explicitly informed us that we could receive a refund. Based entirely on that assurance, we immediately went to shower so we could leave. Our primary reason for visiting your facility is to use the women's jacuzzi; had we been told a refund was not possible, we would not have rushed to shower and exit.When we returned to the front desk, we waited several minutes for Jason. Rather than listening to our explanation, Jason approached us with a very poor, rude attitude. We spent another 20 minutes trying to resolve the matter with him.To be clear, I never initially demanded a full refund. I only expected one because your own staff member offered it to us. Given the misinformation and the poor service we experienced, I am simply asking for a $10 discount credit toward a future visit. I strongly encourage management to properly train staff on company policies and take accountability for the conflicting information provided by your team. (This was my mistake) The edible amenities were good, most of the snacks were prepackaged (granola bars, instant ramen, popcorn, trail mix) but they restocked frequently. They also had cold water, barley tea, and hot water with tea packets at the ready. The GA spa price is great for what you get, I can't comment on what it was before but the experience was worth the $60. It's a great place to bounce between relaxing rooms and have a great time with beloved gal pals. No pictures since phone usage is discouraged as everyone is nude, but I will definitely be back with more friends next time I'm in LA.

After going through all of that, driving 1.5 hours, and arriving at the spa, being told the appointments were not what we had scheduled was incredibly frustrating. What bothered me most was the lack of care, communication, and effort to resolve the situation. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was extremely disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this spa.

Been going here a little over a year now off and on. This is one of those undercover gems. It's been a very consistent experience each and every time. Good pressure when needed for those days when I'm sore from lifting. Not too hard not too gentle, I don't really like it gentle anyways, if you do gentle traditional Thai massage is not for you. You might want a Swedish or combination. Whatever floats your boat. Tell them what you want and if it's too deep, say so. Once you find a your go-to masseuse don't be afraid to try someone new every once in awhile. Sometimes they are taught different styles some better than others for your body. The facility isn't like the upscale spas but 1.) you aren't paying for the Fiji water and marble floors 2.) it's a Thai massage, which is generally less flashy but more about making your body feel better. Don't get me wrong it's clean and has plenty of parking. I really don't like looking for parking or meter parking but luckily there's a lot next door. Do: Get a traditional Thai massage if you are active in sports and want to recover faster Do: get massages regularly if you can, your body will thank you. Don't: complain if you are sore the next day from a Thai massage. It's pretty much expected. If you want someone just touching you get a Swedish. Remember if it's too much say something. My perfect massage is 1 tear. A good middle ground is the combination. If you have a lot of pain from not a lot of pressure it usually means you have a lot of knots and Thai massage is meant to correct the problem and speed up recovery. So it gets better over time. After trying to resolve this for about two hours, the staff became rude and even told me "fuck you" and "go away." This behavior was completely unprofessional and discriminatory. I've reported the incident to my bank and the police. In the end, I didn't get my money back, I wasn't even told sorry, and I was treated like the bad guy even though I did nothing wrong. It's very unpleasant. Also, the massage here is illegal, so everyone should stop going.for sure The damn Chinese guy was using nasty discriminatory language and laughing at the customers, so I hired a lawyer and filed for legal action. I also wrote a police report.

Price: it was $70 for a 90 min combo massage which I found it well worth it for my money. They also offer 90 min full body which is $80. The Atmosphere: Very clean and cozy atmosphere. They played piano music while the massage occurred. I felt very relaxed. Parking: Parking in Ktown is a bit difficult but one thing I can say about this place is that they have a parking lot which plenty of spaces that were easy to park!

I really enjoyed it and got once a masseuse listened to what I said, I told her soft (my normal pressure is medium but I was scared). But it was too soft! So I told her a little harder. I've been having issues with my back pain since turning 30, so she actually went hard on that area. She told me she would go hard on that area because I had too many knots and soft/medium on my lower body. In terms of pressure, it was still tolerable but definitely a lot more pressure. She was able to get all of my knots out and gave me a great stretch! Normally when I get massages, although I go to a "Thai" place, I feel like it's all been watered down aka they just mean the pressure but not really the technique. This place is not that place. As you can see by the photos, there's a bar that they can hang onto. But she even sat in front of me while I was laying down to use her legs to massage my arms and shoulders (to have better reach). Honestly it's quite remarkable how much body control she has!!! anyway, I really liked the warm towels that they put on you, there were some that she used to wipe the lotion off my back during the massage and then three more towels she used after the massage, 2 she placed on my shoulders while I was sitting upright. Anyway all in all, it was a great massage. I do agree with some of the other reviewers, at the front I asked if I could leave a tip with card. They take payment upfront and when i didn't add tip, they seem surprised... but I have never added tip BEFORE receiving the service. As long as you have zelle or cash, you can tip after the service.

This place just weirded me out…read more At the end of the $50, 1 hour-massage (which was so-so), the female therapist (I am male) walked out, saying "All done!" She closed the door. I go to put my underwear on, and then she walks back in, unannounced. I'm standing there in my underwear. She goes, "Ooh, you have a beautiful body , like a dancer!" (I don't have a beautiful body and I am not a dancer). She kept complimenting me. I awkwardly got re-dressed in front of her as she stood there and watched me. No joke. So I figure, I guess i will just tip her here in the treatment room. So I hand her a $10 bill. She looks at it and then says "No, TWENTY". I said "Twenty? It's a 50 dollar massage!" and she said "TWENTY DOLLARS FOR ONE HOUR!" I polietely refused, and tried to exit the room but she wouldn't let me -- she was blocking the door! I managed to get by her and then she followed me into the lobby and demanded 20 dollars. I just walked out! It was so weird, and it made me super uncomfortable.
