Two more hours went by--still no sign of NAR Towing. When I called again, the driver said he'd be there in 30 minutes. That time came and went with no update. I contacted Allstate, explained what was happening, and they tried calling him too--but he stopped answering his phone completely. He never called to cancel or explain. If you need a tow, call Redline Towing instead. They're experienced, fast, and professional--everything NAR Towing is not.
