You're never too old to go to an arcade. Until they open a casino in times square, this will be the next best thing. If you have good reflexes, you should be able to get a lot of tickets. Unfortunately, the house always wins, and it's almost impossible to win prizes worth more than the swipes you spend per game. They have pokemon card bundles here, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. I opened a couple (even the largest pack bundle) and barely got some uncommon reverse holos. I shoulda kept em sealed!Maybe I'll get the shot glasses next time. If you are lazy and want to host a party here, you don't really need to reserve anything unless you want a private room or soda kegs. The food is alright and beer is market price. They have an unlimited card option for one hour, which is great for DDR, but there's a cap on tickets if you plan on winning any prizes. They also have some interactive team game to jump on tiles that light up and a human crane game. Wish they had labubus in the claw machine.

Nothing special. Just standard fast food. Fries were heavily seasoned and chicken strips were hot and greasy. Service was fine because I went at 6pm midweek in bad weather. The arcade itself had all of the standard games and wasn't too loud. Not the largest dave and buster's i've been to, but it was fun

Bartender would not come to you unless you flag him down haha but overall it was a great day. Got some 10 wings for $10.00 & played some games

We booked a table to watch the UFC fights on Saturday night. They have plenty of TVs. When we arrived, they sat us in front of one that wasn't currently showing what we came for, and it took them 20-ish minutes to switch it over. By the time the main fights were on, almost every TV was playing UFC. Service was great. Food was okay. Of the two finger foods we ordered (Philly egg rolls and boneless wings), they were mildly overcooked, dry, and overpriced. You're paying for the space, not the food.

I haven't stopped by Dave & Busters in years, however wanted a quick bite after church and watched the game. Luckily on Tuesday the place wasnt that busy and the manager Jeremy and the bartender took care of me very well. I had two orders of Buffalo wings and three long iced teas. Need I say more, I had enough wings for the next day, lol. Pleasantly surprised how good the wings were, thanks for the recommendation, Jeremy. As well as the banging long Island iced teas.

The food was anything you would expect from a Dave N Busters. It was slightly stiff and tasted as if it had been frozen and then thawed for people to eat. It is a pretty good bite after you've played and you are winding down. The service is pretty nice, they are attentive and fixing games. The workers can be seen standing guard and they are kid friendly. The Ambiance is fine. Kids having fun and they have private rooms for parties and it is a very large place. It is on the third floor of the building if you have issues finding it.

The arcade itself is great. fun atmosphere, it's a great place to hang out with family and friends. I would say this is one of the much nicer dave & busters in the area compared to the other ones. this location is pretty big, they have a great game variety, and they allow you to exchange tickets for food which is great! (not all locations do). The food is okay, the pizza and pigs in a blanket are good, on the better side of their options. everything else has not tasted good. the burger is probably my least favorite here. As for the cocktails, they taste great! Service wise, 90% the service is not good. the employees often look at you when you're waiting and choose not to come and help or take your order. every time i've been there except once, the employees are just avoiding customers and talking to their friends and coworkers. It has taken over 15 minutes before for my order to be taken even when there were over 3 employees working and making eye contact with us. There was one single time that has been so so memorable because there was a man working behind the bar and he was doing his job absolutely perfectly. he was very observant and quick to talk to all customers, take the order and would immediately make any and all drinks. my group and I were genuinely amazed because it was so different than what we are used to at dave & busters. he was the only one working at the time too which made it more impressive. Overall, my experience at the arcade itself has been nice & enjoyable. Service wise, 2/5 (but that one day was a 5/5 with service). And food isn't the best but it's nice being able to exchange tickets for food. at least there's two good options (pizza and pigs in a blanket)

Great service. Food was delicious. We had the ribs and they were absolutely fall off the bone tender. Our server, Kenrick, was the best!!!

Well, pizza is meh. She didn't even finish this.

Bad service. I was using an extra chair for our coats, there were only 3 of us plus that vacant chair. Not a lot of customers on Saturday lunchtime, and the black lady( not our waiter) said, I use a lot of chairs and kept yapping about it. She said she couldn't walk pass us but obviously, she could just go around and walk to where she intended to go. She just wants to be rude, and make me feel miserable about the state of unhappiness she is in while working there. I just said, you can tell me nicely, that she doesn't need to be rude. I told our waiter about her and he apologized. I asked if the tip is centralized coz I am not giving anything to her. Fortunately, it isn't and our waiter was okay . Food was meh. My kids said pizza, okay. Wings okay too. If not for the arcade, we wouldn't even be there. Waste of money and time.

Ask the Community - Dave & Buster's New York City - Times Square

    Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes. When you enter, go to the left side of the building where the down escalator is. There's an elevator next to it, that you can take up to the 3rd floor and "R" rear door, which opens to D&B. The floor is flat. Bathrooms have a handicap stall.

    Do they ave pool tables?

Hey Janet, no we don't have billiards.

Do you have to axe/ hatchet throwing game?

    no, they don’t

If I bring 7 people for dinner, would they allow individual checks instead of us all paying together with one big bill?

Yes, you can have separate checks.

How much money would you recommend to bring here to pay for the game cards and food?

    About 150

Around how much would it cost two people, like just an estimate?

Best time to go is Wed since it's half price and Fri-Sun., there is a cover charge, just went on a Sunday morning and it wasn't packed til around 3PM. It's bar food so about $60 for two people with alcohol 🍷 🍻 cash and card accepted. They do have…

Do u need to be 18 to enter?

I'm 22, they stopped my sister and me (she's 18) and told us we couldn't get in unless we had someone 25 or older with us. Security refused to let us in just to play games. They called a manager over and they said the same thing.

Is there a certain time that those 18+ can enter without a 25yo accompanying them or is this policy in effect at all times?

I don't know whether you must be 18 or 21 to enter the Times Square location without a guardian, but people who are under the specified age must be accompanied.…

Do I need to get a table to play games here? Or can I just go and get tickets to play

You don't need a table. Just go in purchase a game card and play till it's depleted.

Does this location have the D.C. comics coin pusher games?

    No.

Whether you're upstairs for the 3rd floor vibe, mid-level for the perfect sightline, or down in the cozy den with the best acoustics, this is New York sports bar energy: loud, a little brazen, impossibly welcoming. We actually stumbled into Tanner Smith's thinking it'd be the typical, boring bar-food spot. Nope. They first sat us at a hi-top by the door, but that wasn't our vibe, so we grabbed seats at the bar instead. Best decision. Our bartender, Josiah, was absolutely killing it. My cocktail had passion fruit, so of course I asked my usual question: "But is it real passion fruit?" He just nodded in agreement and that told me everything I needed to know. That drink was legit and had nice strength. The food was great too. Two-part, proper settle, tight dome, no rushing it. That's rarer than it should be in Midtown where half the bars treat a stout like a lager. Whoever's behind the bar here has been trained or grew up around it. Food's better than a second-floor pub between 5th and 6th has any right to be. The JRB burger comes on a house-ground patty (they grind in-house, and you can tell, loose texture, actual seasoning), caramelized onions cooked down all the way, not just softened, good cheese pull. Fried pickles on the side had a crisp cornmeal shell and stayed crunchy under the burger juices, which never happens. Buttermilk chicken salad was the surprise. Chicken actually brined, crust stayed on, greens weren't an afterthought. Only real knock: music was loud. Not sports-bar loud, more like the bartender's playlist got away from him. Fine at the bar, harder at a table if you want to talk. Room's got real bones. Reclaimed barn wood, old rail track as a foot rest, that big 45-star flag on the wall. Been here almost 20 years and it's aged into itself. For the neighborhood the pricing's fair. Beats P.J. Clarke's on the burger, loses on quiet. Go for a beer and a burger, not a date.
