The games were fun. The prizes are well made and cheap to win surprisingly. The food was great. The service was friendly and upbeat. Overall we had a lot of fun and left full and sleepy. Great idea for a date night or friendly outing if you've never been I would recommend going. The menu is FULL of choices. It took awhile to choose exactly what I wanted. Haven't been to a Dave n Busters in a long long time so we decided to check it out since we had my gf's niece and nephew. The food was ok and there were alot of options to choose from. We ordered the caveman combo and a pasta dish with steak. You can prob guess who got the caveman combo lol. The ribs that came with the caveman combo was actually pretty good. Meat fell off the bone and it had a lot of flavor. The sliders were ok...a bit on the greasy end. The pasta was decent though the steak was a bit overcooked so it was dry. We also ordered some adult snow cone drinks which came with glow cubes. We turned those off after a few mins cause it was distracting. The game side was a bit disappointing since some of the games we played were super short for how many points they cost to play. Most games were around the 6.8 point range. So that'll allow you to play about 8 of those games if you buy a $10 play card. So it's not cheap. We spent $25 and won almost 2000 points. We redeemed them for some knick knack items for the kiddos so they were happy. Overall, it's fun but I don't see myself going back in the near future. read more

Where do I even begin!? The service was absolutely terrible and the food was awful and over priced. I waited nearly 15 minutes for my bill and I ordered the pepperoni cheese pretzel bites, chicken fingers and a philly; the pretzel bites were microwaved, the chicken fingers were extremely chewy and also probably microwaved. My fiancé said the Philly was okay, but I wouldn't doubt that was microwaved as well. The coke that was ordered had what appeared to be chewed up food floating in it! Once I went over to play the games, I waited another 15 minutes for a manger to help with the purchase. Overall I spent 80$ and 80 minutes waiting for service out of the 120 minutes I was there. My youngest child enjoyed it because he doesn't know any better but my 8 yr old had to choke down his food due to the undercooked chewy chicken fingers. To start off, me and my family have gone to this location numerous times pre-pandemic, to the point where we seemed to go about once a month. We would eat, play games and in general enjoy ourselves. We decided, due to a suggestion, to give them a try after nearly a year and a half. When we entered, we were blasted with music, and then told it was karaoke night, and we can either eat at a normal table, which was where karaoke was being held, or eat at a high top. We decided on a normal table, more for the preference than wanting to be a part of the event. When we sat down, with music loud enough to make hearing oneself think difficult, we were told that we needed to scan a QR code to order, and that it would be best to do it all on one phone, so that all the food would come out all at once. We decided to order off my dad's phone, since my mom's doesn't have a QR reader installed and mine was having service issues. My dad attempted to add to the order his iced tea, then handed the phone off to my mom, who struggled with it then handed it to me to order her a water. I figure out how to order my drink, then can't figure out how to order the water, thinking I did it and handing it back to my dad. We then discover I was the only one who's drink actually got added, and then I have to screw with it awhile in order to get everyone's drinks added, all while music is blasting for the whole 3 tables with people, and the nobody who was actually participating in the karaoke. After getting drinks all sorted out, I hand the phone back to my dad, who adds his food to the order and hands it off to my mom, who after a bit of struggling hands it to me to order her burger. I get it added to the order, with everything taken off that she wanted, and managed to add my own food to the order. When I was told I needed to get to the next step after clicking the "Review Order" button, it took me a few attempts due to an ad at the bottom of the phone screen blocking the button to continue to the next step. After FINALLY getting on to the next screen, it turns out to be payment, with the availability of adding a tip, before we've gotten our food, let alone drinks, which wouldn't even allow my dad to add his credit card to it to be allowed to pay. At that point he was incredibly frustrated, and we couldn't figure out how to continue, so we decided to leave, finally being able to hear and with both my parent's ears ringing for 20 minutes straight. read more

The food here is not toxic and you probably won't get sick from eating it. That's the good the bad is the food is like eating cardboard heated up. I had the 19.99 ny steak ordered medium with a salad. The steak was very well done, extremely dry and lacked any flavor. My 10 year old would not eat it. The salad was a pick and eat as many of the greens were a dark amber from age. The hamburger my daughter got was red in the middle which was not a hand pressed patty but a 1/4 inch pre made patty. So the food is terrible. They have a good selection of games all in great working order and the place is well kept and clean. My advice is eat somewhere else save your taste buds and the 50$ in overpriced poor quality food. In fact their is an outback next door that I would highly recommend. Between false advertising an iPad as a prize to bring customers in, then admitting that they don't have them and the awful service in the restaurant/bar area. 1/10, i would not recommend. The volume of the TV in the bar area is deafening. We went for the bottomless wings and video games promotion. We are currently waiting for our boneless wings after about 30 minutes. He did not ask if we wanted boneless or bone in and brought us a basket of bone in after we waited so long. I will not return, this isn't the first time we have had experiences like this. Or if you want a $20.00 game card it is $23.99-that is what I do every Wednesday. Warning...they do not accept my coupon on Wednesday, since it is a discounted day. Yes, my 6 year old loves the games. Yes it is loud. Yes it is a little pricey with the games. But yesterday's trip to Dave & Buster's included a very good salad worthy of comment. In reviewing the menu I was intrigued by The Lawnmower, having had this sort of salad at other places. It didn't disappoint. Let me be clear, I was impressed that the game side had new games. It looked clean maybe even new carpet? The game section was very fun, clean and the people doing redemptions were great. However a 2 star goes to the restaurant side. Horrible service. Food so-so but took too long. I admit several big parties were eating too but figure it out. Our server tells us nothing...she doesn't check in either. Very frustrating. And no manager around to explain the poor service and lukewarm food. It was a Friday night and I get restaurants are busy weekends that's totally fine but when I have to stand at the counter for 30 minutes just to get my check y'all need to get more people hired. The only reason I gave them 2 was because of the games. My fondue was cold by the time it got to me. I asked after I had been waiting for my food for 20 minutes when I was going to come and they said they were swamped back there. Again, I get it's busy, but also if you know it's going to be busy then you need to schedule people so that customers aren't getting shafted. This place is way overpriced for what you are getting. They have terrible customer service. We ordered food and received what appeared to be deli meat with spinach on bread. I had under cooked fries that I had previously asked to have ranch for but had to ask 2 more times. After our meal was finished our server asked if we wanted desserts. After we said no, she left. She did not bring us our checks and we had to ask another worker to receive our checks. Of course she didn't know we wanted our check split so when we told her she had to go track down our original server who just said, "I'm sorry" and went and spent 5 minutes cashing us out. I have two younger kids and we always have a good time here. Food is very good for the price and the selection is good. Games are updated and they have a great selection here also. However, sometimes it can be hard to find someone if a game locks up or malfunctions. The biggest issue is the ticket redemption area. You have to cash in any chips or tickets you have (coin pushers for example give chips and cards to redeem) in one line, before you redeem your tickets. But there are NO signs explaining this. Twice we have gotten in line to redeem and we were sent to the other line. The first time wasn't a big deal since we were the only ones in line, which is why I didn't remember a couple months later when we were there again. This time it was crowded and we got sent to the other side of the counter. She then cashed everyone else out, then redeemed our tickets and made us get back in the new line that formed. This took 25 minutes, when all the cashier has to do is literally turn around and weigh your coins/tickets. We didn't have to do this in Denver or NorCal, but for some reason this is a big issue in Omaha and we were told it's 'easier for the customer.' Ugh. read more

Definitely love coming here on half off games Wednesday's but never ever come here on a Saturday, especially if it's a "fight night". Wife and I went last night (Saturday) and went to the bar since there was an hour wait to be seated. The 3 bartenders took five minutes to even acknowledge that we were there. It was almost like they were too busy making drinks for the servers to take care of us. It just seemed like they were short staffed and one bar tender even said it was a "calm" night. One thing that really pissed me off though was the fact that they had the ufc fight on EVERY SINGLE TV. It wasn't even the main event yet and they were watching the fights that no one cares about. There were bowl games going on. Didn't get to see TCU come back to beat Oregon (not that I care, just woulda been cool to see). If you wanna see the UFC fight, ya go to D&Bs. If you wanna watch something else, don't go there on a Saturday night. I'm sorry but not everyone watches ufc. Games are always cool, but I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want good service (food is still good) or watch something other than ufc on a fight night. read more

I absolutely LOVE D&Bs!! I am not a fan of the bar scenes, so this place is perfect for me. It has a full bar and a whole lot of fun. Weather your out with friends or wanting some family fun this place has it all. I am not a fan of the food but I have friends who are. When I did have the food I felt the price was right. The game cards and prizes are surprisingly inexpensive!! My kids ( 6,8 & 11 Play for an hour or so on 25$ a piece on their cards!) We will be back soon!! read more

The bar service is the worst I have ever experienced. I travel out of state 25+ times a year, sitting at bars for dinner and service 75+ nights per year. This bar staff could not be less interested. My kids absolutely love to play the games here. The bar is half full at best and it takes 30+ minutes to get a beer. I just want to have 2-3 beers while my kids play games. The barkeep forgets my order on the regular, and they only staff 2 bartenders, to cover 20+ seats around the bar and 9+ tabletops around the bar on a Saturday afternoon. I spent $100 for two game cards for my boys. I was ready to spend another $100 or more on F&B but I was not given the opportunity. Completely ignored at the bar while the staff washed dishes, etc. Many people I encountered walked out stating they will never return. This place could be so much better if their bar staff gave a crap to serve the half-full patrons on a Saturday afternoon. This is my 4th out of 7 Saturday's I have come here. Love this place! Good food and drinks! Clean place. I love how you can sit in the arcade area and enjoy your food and drinks. Perfect for us since my kiddo never wants to eat here anyway! He just wants to play. I like the way the prices are set up. How you can get an eat and play thing with your meal...or, you can simply throw a $20 into the machine and get a card. I like that there are options. And it's very user-friendly. Wednesday's are half price game day. That's a bonus! This is my favorite arcade/game place in Omaha. Always a good time! read more

I have been to a D&B in Chicago, LA, and Austin- and have had an outrageously good time at each of them. When I found out that there was one here in NE, I was stoked. That is likely where most of my gripes stem from. The staff were very cheery, and helpful. Even saw some of them gaming with younger patrons, and that was good. The food was pretty standard bowling alley/bar fare with an Applebee's style twist. But I didn't come for the food. The size is incredibly small for a D&B. The marquee arcade games, right as you entered the arcade- Fruit Ninja. There were 2-3 other phone applications on big screens. I am thankful Flappy Bird or Angry Birds wasn't present. Connect 4, the board game, took up a generous amount of wall space next to the largest racing game they had- Daytona USA. That game was terrible in 1993. A genuinely good trivia arcade was next to it. Everything else was horrible. 2 player games, loud and crammed together. A greasy Guitar Hero stand cab that you couldn't hear. Time Crisis 4 in a couple of different spots, pert near as old as the Daytona USA cabs... and House of the Dead 2 (1998-99?) The majority of the floor, however, is dedicated to ticket reward games- and unless you are playing skee ball many of them are very overpriced. In fact, everything in there just felt like a shake down. Like the proprietors of the establishment weren't so much focused on what can make a D&B fun and successful place in larger cities, and more the money making aspect of some of the "Carny" games. A perfect example of this is the coin drop machines- the only ones that come with personal service. A switch that calls someone if there is a discrepancy with the machine or if they need drink service- this caters solely to degenerates who can't afford to cross the river and hit up the slots. No other arcade or game has such a switch to summon service. I wouldn't go back. I wouldn't ever recommend that someone go here for a good time- because unless they bring the good time with them, there isn't much fun to be had. read more

I hadn't been in years and now know why. It was $52 for my husband to eat. This is not fine dining, nothing was fantastic about this! This didnt even include games. I could had went across the street ate at outback steakhouse and got a steak. A steak was $17... i ordered and appetizer as my meal $14. 4 small cheese burgers (could had went to applebees and got late night appetizers half price for $5) this came with fries and 4 small wings. my husband got a shrimp steak pasta dish that was $17. the portion was small!! the drink menu didnt even have prices listed. i ordere margarita for $9.19... didnt know the price until the check came. it was a small skinny glass. i guess i should of just ordered a shot maybe then for that price and would enjoyed it more. The service was not great either! waiter 20 min for a table and there were plenty of empty ones and no one else waiting besides us. read more

First time in. Very close to the worst service I have ever experienced. Waited at the host stand for about 10 min while I watched 3 bartenders 2 servers and the manager doing nothing. When I asked if we were to seat ourselves, the manager told me they have a host who will seat us shortly, so back to the host stand we go. when we were eventually seated, it was right in the middle of about 6 dirty tables. I commented to the host that it looks like it was a busy day. She confirmed that it was a "horrible day". Her words. Now that we have our table we waited for our server. After being ignored for awhile longer, I went to find my own server, and when I asked if she could wait on us, she told me we weren't in her section. Very helpful. At this point I just decided to go sit in the bar section where there were still the 3 bartenders and the manager standing around tending an empty bar. The bartender told me I could sit wherever I wanted and he would go find a server for me. Finally getting somewhere! So we picked the cleanest looking table and kicked all the garbage, menus and napkins from under the table out in to the main walkway in hopes someone would have an easier time actually cleaning up and surprise it worked. Our server Delaney was the sole bright spot in an otherwise dull adventure. If I could rate separately she'd get a 5star and everything else would be 0 stars. From here on, there were only a few minor miscues. No plates, napkins, or silverware with our appetizer (lettuce wraps) and we had a hard time getting our game cards to work. After the third time going back to our server, she just gave me a different card that worked. So we played some fun games, ate average food and got some souvenirs, as if I really want to remind myself of this sub par establishment. All total I spent 106.55 of which 40 was spent on the games. If I could do it over I would eat somewhere else and maybe swing by, get a card from the vending machine, play some games and leave. Definitely not a place I would recommend read more

So if you wanted to have fun drinking and playing video games, unless money isnt an issue for you, forget about it. While we are on the subject of Video games, remember when I said I thought it was like a Chuck E Cheese for Adults? Not so much. Its more like a normal Chuck E Cheese, There were kids everywhere. Seriously?? The whole idea of having a drink while playing a video game is made excruciating by all these parent-less orphans whose so called "parents" abandoned them here.
