Rather unimpressed here. We headed here with family so that the niece and nephew could play around in their arcade area, and we could all get a quick bite. It is a giant two-story location with the bottom portion being the parking garage and couple of mostly hidden games downstairs that only take cash. Upstairs the venue splits to the right for food, and to the left for games. You can purchase a game card ($2 charge for the card activation and purchase if you don't already have one). They have varying tiers you can purchase into for coins that are usable at the machines. The cost of the machines go from 2-ish coins per play all the way up to around 15-coins per play. We opted to meander around and look at the games we would actually play and figure out a budget from there. The first game we tried was skee ball, which was a hot mess. The balls were mixed up between the machines and my husband's machine didn't work right at all. We had to ask a staff member to come over to help. Second game we played took about 4 tries to get the machine to read our card to take the coins. My sister, her husband and kids tried to play the 4-person air hockey. The discs didn't fall out when they paid for the game. We again had to get a staff member to come over and fix the machine to get the disc to come out and then they could play. On the upsides, it's huge, it wasn't overcrowded, and they do have food, which we didn't eat, but our family did and said it was good. We were heading to a brunch with other people, so we didn't have food on site. I was very unhappy with my dining experience. They no longer have the amazing eat and play combo. Now their play combos are overpriced and you don't even get that many credits. I ordered the salmon with rice and mashed potatoes for my side. I immediately noticed that the order was wrong when it arrived. There was no rice. I started looking for the mashed potatoes and realized they put a pathetic thin layer of potatoes underneath the salmon. The platting was sloppy and the service was slow. The manager came over to apologize for the mashed potatoes and brought me a small bowl. So I literally had my meal in like 3 parts. For $30ish this was horrible service. The bathroom were DISGUSTING. Every single stall was beyond gross. A gas station would have cleaner bathrooms. There were 2 large jumbo cranes that were not working. My powercard wouldn't work and I gave up and bought one of those tap wrist bands. The prize line was extremely backed up and the place was under staffed. I called to see if they were showing the pay per view boxing match Canelo and GGG and they told me they were, I came in for my birthday to see this fight, they sat me down then told me that they weren't showing it, then I rushed over to twin peaks and they had a 45 minute wait. Came here to celebrate a birthday. It's a great option for parents and kids. The kids just go have fun while the parents can check out games geared more towards adults. There is a bar & eatery area with decent food. It actually tasted better than I expected. We got some sliders to share with fries on the side. The cost to play here is very expensive. As a bonus you can earn digital points on your card (only on certain games) and redeem them for prizes. The prizes are alright.. one kid got a yoyo that already broke the 2nd day. It's cheap stuff so try not to waste your money to get lots of points for a prize because you can probably save more money by buying it online. It's a great place for a party if you have young ones to watch too. I probably wouldn't come here with just friends though. It gets too crowded and it ain't cheap. Try getting here earlier around 5-6pm because the later it gets, the more claustrophobic you feel. Oh and the giant claw machine in the back corner is winnable. read more

We went last night and we got a jackpot win for 500 tickets twice. We also played numerous games and won quite a bit at each one. We checked our ticket balance when we were done and only won 600 something tickets. That math is not mathing. Never coming back to this location. What a rip off. read more

Came here for dinner and games on a Wednesday evening. Wednesdays are half price games, so we anticipated it to be somewhat crowded, but it wasn't terrible. Unfortunately our evening went downhill from there. Got seated at a table fairly quickly, and our server came by to take our drink orders. Although I had seen it on the app earlier in the day, I figured it would be a good idea to confirm they were still doing the half price food deal for D&B rewards member-I politely asked our server who replied "no that ended a while ago". I showed him the app and the server went back to confirm with management. After a few minutes it was confirmed, so we ordered four apps for the table to share. At this point it got quite busy in the dining room, which meant our server was busy too. Someone else brought out our food around 25 minutes later, but didn't bring any silverware. We waited around for a bit but did not see our server, so my husband went to the host stand to get some silverware so we could finally eat. The manager came back with shrink wrapped plastic utensil sets for us. No apology or explanation as to why we were receiving cheap plastic utensils and napkins. The food was fine, served hot, but way overpriced. Soft drinks were $3.98 a piece which is ridiculous. Took awhile to get the bill, which isn't even printed out but is on the server's touch screen pad. I had to ask to view the bill, as the server didn't seem interested in offering up the information, but we finally got it all settled and I was relieved to leave that dining room. Dave & Busters is a Chuck E Cheese's for adults!!! It's a huge Arcade that you can carry around fun drinks at. It's where adults go for fun! When you arrive here you'll climb up bright steps into the bar/restaurant area. To your left is the front desk and arcade. I love the games offered here. They have all the classics and they also have new game arrivals monthly to keep it different! You can even win prizes with your tokens and pick out fun prizes in the prize room. Customer service here is inconsistent. The bathrooms could use better cleaning and the bar could use more staff sometimes. The front desk associates aren't friendly sometimes either. The counters at the bar are always sticky and dirty. On the upside the last time I went our bartender Jason was wonderful. He took time to tidy our spot for once and he explained and suggested drinks. Great personality too! My favorite part about Dave and Busters besides the games is the perks and happy hours. Sign up for the email if you haven't already. Also during the whole week Sun-Thur, 10pm-1am drinks are happy hour!! 1/2 Price Cocktails, $2.50 Domestic Pints, $1 Off 22 oz Drafts,$1 Off Wine Glasses ,$3 Off Wine Bottles Beer and wine. Never been to a Dave n Busters before. Always assumed they were more for kids than adults. But I'm happy to say I had a lot of fun here. The place is basically Vegas for people who don't want the pressure of losing their house if things go south. What started off as just playing a couple of fun games, quickly turned in to a quest to win 6,000 tickets so I could get my girlfriend a giant stuffed kitten. Turned out to be about 30% frustration and 70% enjoyment. Even hit a couple of jackpots. Unfortunately, about an hour or so into our experience, all the games stopped working and the air conditioning turned off. To be fair, it was storming outside. Not exactly their fault. We thought we could wait it out at their restaurant, and I'm very happy we did. Surprisingly great food. And not just for an arcade type place... like genuinely cool food options. The Chicken Bacon Lettuce Wraps are a little messy to eat but are a wonderful healthy option. The nachos are not quite as healthy but just as tasty. The shrimp was really quite good too. I loved the grilled steak salad that I got. The steak was undercooked quite a lot but it was so delicious that I had to take the risk. The dessert was really unique. Chocolate and caramel filled churros with a cinnamon ice cream and toppings to go with it. Really fun to make our own sundaes. Would definitely recommend that for an after dinner experience, so long as you hit the gym the next morning. The staff were all incredibly sweet and apologetic about the problems with the machines and the resulting long wait times at the restaurant (they were pretty busy once everyone started flooding into the eating area after the games went down). The manager himself even visited our table 2 or 3 times making sure everything was ok. I'm also pretty sure he was responsible for 20 dollars being taken off our check for any inconvenience that was caused. So overall, had a great experience here. I'm at the prize center an the lady ringing us up in the middle is very unprofessional. Her and another employee are just talking right in my face instead of ringing us up .. taking there precious time like we're on there time. I took the the receipt so management can see who she was bc that was very unprofessional to just stand there and have a conversation like you at home and not on somebody's job. She was the lady on the middle register on 7/3/2021 if you look at your cameras.. ridiculous. Next, they texted us and was like table ready.. keep in mind wait was 1hr+ I get there and apparently another employee thought the people were finished and they wasn't.. that's the bs I got from the one employee.. now keep in mind I saw a lot of empty seats.. oh but their reserved.. for who?????????????. If I knew that David busters no longer had their regular menu I wouldn't even bothered. The waiter was nice but service suck bc he took so long just to bring stuff. It was even packed like that at 10pm anymore .. ***Child birthday party venue review*** My four year old son absolutely loves this place. So of course he wanted his 5th birthday party here. There are several different party packages for food and game play, with add on options, priced per person with a minimum payment of ten people. I emailed the contact with our options and we set the date. She sent over the contract details for e-signature and a link to place down payment; remainder of bill is paid at end of party. It was so easy! Our contact was easy to communicate via email, though I found it difficult to reach her by phone. I strategically chose a Sunday, early afternoon. We go often enough that I know the highest volume times are weekends and evenings. No way was I going to put myself, or the parents of 4 and 5 year olds, through that. When we arrived we were shown to our party area, which was shared with two other groups. The room had two long tables, per group, for seating and a long table for food and drinks. The other parties were as small as ours so we barely noticed anyone else was there, plus everyone is in and out with eating and playing games. Table cloths are on tables so we only needed to bring anything additional we wanted; I brought two centerpieces with birthday balloons, goodie bags, and party hats. That made it festive enough. A server was designated to our table and she was wonderful. She brought all the food out, served drinks, continuously replenished drinks, tended to any guest needs, and kept our area clean. At cake time she also cut and served the cake for us. Kids party areas are designated for two hours, but additional time can be granted at the managers discretion. I was a little worried that wouldn't be enough time, but it was plenty and we were not rushed out. The first thirty minutes we used for eating, then an hour out in the game play area, and the last thirty minutes for cake. We had seven kids and thirteen adults. The kids buffet plus two party trays was more than enough food for everyone. At the end of the party we had so much still left we had guests take food home. Every single guest has reached out to say how much they as an adult, and their child enjoyed the party being at Dave and Busters. I would highly recommend! read more

Made a reservation on open table for a group of 8 for dinner. We were seated and greeted within a few minutes. First thing the waiter said to us was that if we wanted to buy a card to play, we need to buy it through him. He semi explained it and we told him we were interested in eating first and then getting to that. We waited at least 15 minutes in between interactions with our waiter at all times. Most of the times it was more. After appetizers being delivered, I had to go seek someone out to get plates and napkins to our table. Once the meals arrived, we were missing 2 or 3. Those came out eventually with super soggy fries, the wrong sauce on the wings, salad completely drenched in dressing so that it was soggy and smelled bad. My steak salad was not even edible. After asking for a steak knife to cut through the chewy steak, the bites were like rubber and made me feel sick. I didnt even eat two bites and couldn't ask for a new one or refund because the other people in my party had still not received their correct meal. We decided we wanted to just pay the bills and go play the game so we asked for checks. Our waiter kept telling us he would be back and we waited at least 30 minutes from the first time we asked for checks until we actually got them. Then, we were again being talked into buying play cards. We all purchased cards after being talked up and asked to spend more than what we initially asked for. On our bills, the card and plays were included so it made our bill a significant amount more than just our food and drinks, and then it was almost impossible to edit the tip to just reflect 20% on the food and drinks alone. *Add to reflect that I got food poisoning from the steak salad and was throwing up for two days after. * When we got to the arcade area, the entire thing smelled like a dirty bathroom (the bathrooms were opened up to this area). It was also very hot in this area as well which did not help with the smell. 1/3 of the games were out of order or took our plays without working. Every game that worked had people lined up to play because it was so overcrowded and limited on games that worked. Overall, our group could not wait to leave and did not enjoy themselves. This is my second review of Dave & Busters, and my last. If you're tempted to come here, plase remember, Dave & Busters is an arcade, a game room. It is NOT a restaurant. You'll find better food at 7-11. Be sure you bring your smart phone, because you have to scan the QR code in the middle of your table to see the menu and place your order. Then your order comes out haphazardly, entree first, drinks after that, and if you're with friends, you can make a game out of seeing if you can finish your food and order dessert before your friends get their drinks. I did, and I won. By a solid 15 minutes. Last thing. If you have to come to this place, come in winter, because it's at least 80 degrees in here. At least where we were sitting. read more

I came to D&B on a Friday at 7 pm to celebrate a friend's Milestone Birthday (50!), our plans were to meet up in the bar, then have dinner and then play games. We were seated immediately, I'm pretty certain we had a reservation as we were a group of 15, but the dining area wasn't busy at all. It's been forever since I'd ventured into one, but I knew what to expect so I was kind of happy to see that the prices for dinner were on par with the local mainstream eateries. The Guest of Honor bought both tables one of their combo platters, the which had 5 different things, Quesidilla, Pigs in a Blanket, wings, Tots with cheese & bacon on them and pizza pretzel. It was delicious. We shared the platters and conversations while we waited for our meals to come out. I ordered the buffalo blue burger, medium, it came out well done, if not a bit over well, but I'm really ok with that, since I didn't eat much of the burger on it's own. I deconstructed it, eating the buttered brioche top, some of the onion straws, both of the buffalo chicken strips. By the time I got to the meat patty, I was pretty much full. I'd ordered tots that were cheesy with bacon on them but there was too much cheese sauce on it so they got soggy on me, and were so much meh. Once we got finished with food, we headed out onto the game floor, where all the lights and sounds overwhelmed me. It was fun, if confusing. There was a long line at the counter and almost no one used the kiosks to get themselves a card. My friend Jeanie and I used the kiosks without too much confusion. (They aren't really easy to use, some of the wording is pretty ambiguious.) Most of the games give you tickets, so it's ALMOST like gambling, it can become VERY competitive with your friends, especially at games like bowling and coin drop. The tickets are redeemable for prizes either right then on that day, or over time if you're local. Currently (12/18) they have a promotion going. You can buy 100 tickets for $1.00 or 500 for $5.00. I utilized this promotion because I had 758 tickets, and the toy I wanted (I'm going to put it in my local Toys for Tots bin) was 800. So by giving them $1.00, I was able to get the item I thought was best. This is located on International Drive in the heart of the tourist district. There is ample parking. If you enjoy playing video games, it's not old school, it can be crowded, but it is fun. read more

My bf and I came to Orlando for HP, but to do other things, we went to D & B. I'm from San Diego, so we have these here as well. This place is still fun no matter location!! And I really like the sliders and wings! Bone in of course!! When we first cans in, their set-up is way different from the one on the Bay or Mission Valley. They have underground parking as well as side parking. When you first enter, you walk up about 20 steps and are immediately near the eatery. To the left of the eatery, is where you'd purchase tokens/game cards. The girl at the front probably should have asked for a second cashier because there were about 7 of us in line, but it was all good. She was cool enough-I say this because she didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered much. We had a wonderful waiter named Josh who always checked on us. My bf wanted the Wi-Fi password and the girl gave him that with no problem. After eating and drinking, we pottied and the bathrooms were great! Very nice and spacious! I suggest those lol. Then we played games! I really line the Mario games and deer hunting games. Add usual, some games were over priced and of course the prizes were over priced. But I love the fact that they had XBoxes and fit blazes there. As well as a beautiful Batman soup mug. I recommend this place for the atmosphere and food. An accidental date night. We should be so lucky! We were headed toward a seafood restaurant right up the road when we noticed Dave & Buster's off the freeway. You want this? I want this. Are we doing this? We're doing this. It took fo-eva to find a parking space. The arcade is located on a hugely busy strip and in a tight spot. So after circling the parking lot for a few times, we opted to go for valet, which was the equivalent of giving some high schooler $5 to park in a wedge, praying that your vehicle doesn't get scratched to smithereens. Seriously. They didn't even park the car; we parked the car. Anyway, once inside, I was became a literal 12 year old. I'd heard of Dave & Buster's, but I had never been. We went for bar seating for dinner -- calamari, wings, quesadilla and steak with a glass of wine and waters. That put us back about $65. Pricey, pricey. But the food was quite delicious. I was impressed, really, especially with the calamari and wings. Here -- you have my endorsement. Then we dropped $30 to spend the next 1.5 hours playing all sorts of games! My favorites were the active games that required body movement. Especially skee ball. That reminded me of so many childhood visits to Chuck E. Cheese's. Frustrating, though: There were several games that were busted, but there were no signs posted. So we lost some cash on defunct games. This happened several times that night. In the end, after we were sweaty and tired, we had enough tickets to purchase a single stuffed toy the size of a tomato on steroids. That was it. I've been here a couple of times, most recently on a Saturday. My first tip: DO NOT GO HERE ON A SATURDAY!! The place is packed and it's like a zoo, with kids running and farting around, rude people and bigger women who bump their boobs onto my back trying to get by, etc. I had the worst experience there on a Saturday. But, I gave Dave and Buster's 3 stars because if I go, I usually go on a Wednesday. They have half off drinks which makes the kids bareable. The games are fun and I always have a blast playing them while having a few Jack and Cokes. While playing the games, you get coupon tickets to collect. At the end, you go to the Prize Room where you can trade in the coupon tickets for cheapo prizes like stuff animals, candy, etc. The food is OK. Nothing to talk about. It's edible. They need to check their table napkins; Mine had a big hole it in. The loaded queso was edible. They do have a good deal going on the week where you purchase a meal for $17.99 and I think you get $10 worth of "coins" on a Buster's Card. I don't remember the specifics about it, but it was worth it. Also on a Saturday, there is absolutely no parking. The lot is completely full. D&B does have an over-flow lot, which is behind the Ale House. But that means you have to walk across International Dr. Ugh I hate i-drive and I really do avoid it when I can because all the tourists that can't drive. Again, do not go on a Saturday. This was my first visit and most likely my last. We went for a birthday party for my boyfriends daughter. Basically this is an adult Chuck E Cheese but honestly there were more children and young adults in the place than what I cared for especially at 8pm at night. Parking was a nightmare! They offer valet but I'm not going to pay for valet to have my car parked illegally on the curb which we saw what was happening. We ended up parking across the street and walked over. This is I Drive so be careful walking because cars do not know how to stop at cross walks. If you have sensory issues then this is not the place for you. It's super loud and you can't hear yourself talk. Since we were there for a special party we were seated in Studio 2 which was a little more quiet. The "Studios" are basically a pretty big room with several round tables that accommodate larger parties. They have big TV screens that play various music videos while you dine and celebrate. We had 2 tables with one waitress that was also taking care of other tables. We ended up ordering some of the appetizers because I was not going to pay the prices they were asking for "bar" food. I understand that they are located in the tourist area but the food isn't that great for me to justify paying the prices they wanted. We ordered the Slider and Wing Combo. Ok. Most places that I've ordered sliders from actually make a patty to fit the bun. What D&B does is takes a regular hamburger patty and cut it into quarters. You're left with mostly bread and no meat. Can you say rip off? We ordered the watermelon Margaritas which were actually the best thing we had all night. The ice cubes were frozen Strawberry puree which was pretty good. It gave a different flavor. Service was spotty. We literally had to go into the kitchen to ask for additional plates and cups. It should be noted that all occupants under 21 have to leave after a certain time as it turns into a nightclub. I'm still not sure how they control this because they don't card you at the door nor do they give out wristbands. There is not enough space for their customers that want to eat then play, and the play area is huge and over crowded. We waited about 2 hours to sent to dine, then we were seated in the back with two large parties. This meant we were not a priority, and everything took longer to come out. Why 2 stars: The food was not good, the space we were eating in was uncomfortable, and the managers on duty were not friendly. The server we had was very pleasant and she tried to be as accommodating as possible, but our experience was already ruined. I came here a few times. It can be tiring to go to I-Drive area since the traffic is bad for locals or too much expensive tourist spots. This place is definitely worth the time and drive. I always have fun. Skip Andretti's. While the food and games are costly, you will definitely get your money's worth. It was a very busy Friday night but you can still enjoy the games. Doesn't require much waiting. I ordered the Backwoods Blueberry Lemonade. Very nice drink. A bit soft. Towards the night, we got a bit thirty. I ordered the Mango-Strawberry Snow-cone. Very tasty and nice. My dinner was a Fire-Grilled Salmon. I was trying to make my order a bit healthy. I thought I would regret it as others ordered burgers, sliders. My dish was awesome. Descent amount. The service was very exceptional considering we were a big party, a lot of people in our party came at different times, a busy Friday night as well. Food and drinks came out fast. Definitely would come again. Even for a Friday, the wait for the game was good. Everybody played fast. So we got the most of our night. read more

Service was only fine. Not anything to brag about. Food was not worth the amount charged. I am a frequent diner in multiple cities and diners. For this price and atmosphere it is a disgrace on the prices they charge for food and drinks. Not to mention they were out of everything. I would not recommend this location even if on vacation. Better places and kid friendly elsewhere. read more
