I've been to many Dave & Busters considering that I travel often but this one was kind of ghetto. Firstly, the food menu was kind of small. The food was good and so were the drinks. The arcade is semi-big, but a lot of games when I went were out of order. The prizes were decent however the people working there didn't explain to me why they were scanning products multiple times and overcharging the prizes. Just Bar Service Games we fine and fun! At the bar with some friends and it took us some 20-30 minutes for a bartender to even speak to us. Once we finally ordered, the server rushed through all of our drinks, and was very short and rude for whatever reason. Went up for a second drink at last call. The same bartender saw me and proceeded to ignore me, talking to other patrons about, what I assume, nothing in particular The only other bartender served us shortly after, and made our drinks (without the attitude of the first guy!). Currently at this location and disappointed to say the least. Your staff needs better customer service and support overall. It's the day after Easter and there is only 1 server on the floor (Bri) with zero leadership support. The woman who is assisting Bri needs coaching in how to communicate to customers. We came here with my family who's visiting from Seattle and my brother in law looked at the menu online and notice you have unlimited wings today. When we ordered this, the elderly woman told my brother "please don't say that too loud, we're not advertising it, it's just on our website".. really?? If that's the case then you guys should remove the online add- very simple. We've been waiting for our food now for over 30 minutes and are sitting with some empty drinks because again- poor Bri is left solo with no support. I am a food and beverage manager in this industry and understand the hard parts we go through, but this is poor leadership, poor training and poor service to say the least, and for being an establishment in the middle of one of the biggest the tourist strips in Florida I expected better... Update- after waiting over 30 minutes for our food, everyone's food was delivered and was hot and of decent quality however it seems that they completely forgot about my order so now I'm stuck waiting on my food while my family eats. I came here with my friend and her family and the seating situation was ridiculous. It was crowded but it seemed that the servers were disorganized about the bussing of the tables and we waited a good :30 min to be seated. Also if anyone in your party wants to order a beer tower, be sure at least 2 adults present their IDs and either can't be double fisting drinks. That's right, Karen. You need to finish 1/2 yo mojito before they'll let your hubs order that tower. Needless to say, the alcohol rules seemed random. My Brussels sprouts were doggie paddling in oil, bleh. We decided to get out of the house and do something "fun". I've personally never been to Dave & Buster's and I'm ashamed of myself. We went specifically for the drinks and the games so we skipped ordering an actual food. It's an adult Chuck E Cheese and I'm not mad about it at all. We went on Wednesday which is like half price day or something, it was well worth it. We got the biggest offer of tickets so that we could play a good two hours and we did. With it being Wednesday (1/2 priced games) it was definitely a lot of people, I'm assuming more than normal. With Covid, everyone did have masks but not necessarily wearing them as you are able to eat/drink while playing. If you're super concerned about Covid I wouldn't suggest going on a Wednesday. Definitely not worth the over $120 spent on our family of four. We left feeling a little disappointed and slightly ripped off. We have had much better experiences at Disney Quest, but since we were in the area with no set plans, decided to give Dave and Buster's a chance. At first, we were pleased with the menu and dinner/game card combos. Our server was okay as far as timing and information, but lacked a friendly personality, and seemed as if he really didn't want to be there. While I was looking through the menu I came across several squished pieces of food on one of the pages. This might have been a three-star review if it weren't for that unpleasant surprise. My husband and I both ordered entrees that came with a game card for ourselves and a grilled cheese with fries for the children to share. We waited a reasonable amount of time for the food, but the food was average at best. My husband said that his ribs and wings combo was barely edible, he ordered it thinking, if a place like that could get one thing right, it would be wings and ribs. I ordered the lobster alfredo dish topped with steak. The steak was absolutely terrible, dry, tough and flavorless. The pasta, however was very good. I suggest they offer the pasta as a dish by itself and charge a few dollars less. My five year-old was more than ready to hit the game floor at this point, so we headed over to the arcade. The gaming experience was overall pretty good...all the machines were in working order, the floor area was well organized and clean. My daughter and I had a fun time playing the various games, as did my husband and toddler, however for what we spent, I don't feel as though we got our money's worth. The cards that we purchased with our entrees only lasted us about 45 minutes. My daughter hit the jackpot on one of the games and we thought we accumulated a good amount of prize credits, but ended up taking home a small ball, a slinky and a piece of candy. I get what Dave and Buster's is all about, and really wanted to like it, but based on this experience we will probably not make a return visit. read more

We went to the 9:00 New years eve bash. It definitely was not as good as last year. The food wasn't the best and the churros were better last year. We were a party of 5 and I spent $85 a ticket plus tax. It was soooo NOT worth it. We were going to make this a family tradition, but I think I'm going to have to rethink this. Worst service. We were a party of 10 and waited an hour for a table- as a large group that's understandable. We then waited an hour for food and drinks before we walked out. Twenty minutes before a server shows up initially. Server was then no where to be found, we had to ask the hostess for a someone to come to the table twice. Once for service and again for drinks after they took our order because it was another twenty minutes without even water. The manager came out and spoke to us for a moment, but I think he was too in the weeds to really do anything. Honestly, I've been here several times but I never received the best service until recently. Terrence is amazing and I hope and pray everyone is blessed with his sincere service and personality. He truly makes everyone he greets feel special with an authentic and unique conversation every time. The salmon entree was recommended to me but I chose the steak salad (if you like bleu cheese, this is a winner!). Very tasty, I wish I would've been able to capture a photo, it is a smaller portioned salad but still phenomenal! I had the Henny's Strawberry Nirvana to pair with my salad and it was a match made in heaven. What can I say, it's Dave and Busters. I wish they had skee ball at this location but they do not. You can use the app/your phone as a game card now which is pretty convenient. They've got two or three VR-type experiences which cost $7 and coming here for about an hour will typically run you $30-$60 not counting drink purchases. Fun way to kill a few hours. Our bartender was very nice so I am giving four stars - otherwise it'd probably be a three but I always love to see employees that care. read more

Who doesn't know or like Dave and Busters?? This place a great place for adults to play games while drinking beer at the same time! It's the arcade for adults! I liked the fact that many of the games have been updated to go along with today's times. Although I miss of the older games they used to have, it was still refreshing to see newer games. We also enjoyed the late happy hour specials which ran until closing time! Awesome! It's a good place to watch adult letting loose and have a good time. The later it got, the less crowded it got, so note to self, come late! Dave & Busters is rarely a totally inexpensive one, but I think it's worth the money for the most part. I took my 9 year old boy there for a little father / son celebration time. He about exploded from sensory overload when we made it up the stairs and said WOW! The space is large, bright, exciting and overall really clean. We spent about $30 on credits for games and that lasted the two of us at least an hour. The bar has a really good happy hour deal from 4-7, which is when we went. I think this may be a really good time to go if you don't want it to be crazy busy. Wednesday they do half price games for Happy Hour as well. Overall, I'd go back with the rest of my kids. It may not be "cheap", but it's still less expensive than a lot of attractions. Lastly, if you get sucked into play for tickets then you're going to spend a fortune. We got there around 5pm. They had no power and where not sure for how long. So, we went to the Yard for dinner. After dinner the power is still off they say give them 30 min. We parked and my Son wanted to take my GD on a helicopter ride. Took a little over an hour but when they finished D&B was up and running. Michael C was absolutely amazing and i have to give him a shout out for all the good recommendations and his patience. We were a very indecisive group, and we came with a person with disabilities and he was understanding and patient in every way. One of the best services we've ever experience from the moment we got there he personalized our experience asking what time of drinks we enjoy, recommending appetizer and entrees all the way to end making sure we end got out sweet tooth taken care of. We got our playing cards from Michael and proceeded to play for about 2-3 hours. I have been to Dave and buster millions of time and We've never gotten the type of service we got from here, he was fully changed our view on Dave and busters and how fun it can be so thank you so much because we will be back plenty of times asking for him. All of the above is done on a D&B card, or a wrist band with RFID technology that can be scanned (think Disney Magic band.). The staff hostess was being trained, so she spent little time making eye contact or making us feel welcome. We stated we were celebrating a birthday but there was no acknowledgement of it. The evening gets progressively worse from there. We were seated at the table closest to foot traffic and realized this once it started getting busy. I recommend asking for a booth if possible. The tables were full of dust or "lint" as our waitress said, which came from the towels. The table was sticky so it's no surprise that it was also lint ridden as well as the black cloth napkins. We were given hot water once we complained about the dirty silverware. They did acknowledge they all had what looks like dirty dishwasher smears (not drops from hard water). The food was pretty bad including the 2 steak dinners at $29.95. The mash was good but the asparagus was a bit soft. The wings were tough and cold. I had spicy Korean with truffle fries. My picture shows all the oils they were drenched in so they too were ruined. The kid's burger meal was edible. For drinks the strawberry lemonade is sweet and the drunken pumpkin is the highlight of the night. It's similar to an apple cider in thickness and the alcohol makes the pumpkin have the same hit to the throat. Between the steak, wings, and fries- I suggest skipping the meals here. The games were fun for those who played. Arcades are everywhere in Orlando so I would recommend checking out ones with more to offer. read more

Such a good time here! It really is a playground for adults. Video games with alcohol, what's not to like? Parking here can be a total nightmare as it gets later in the night. So be prepared to circle around for awhile. They should really look into renting a lot and doing valet, they would make bank! You walk in and see the bar area where you can purchase food & drink. Also a potential nightmare in terms of finding a seat, also be prepared to circle that area to find a seat. They have a variety of specialty drinks which are really fun or keep it classic at this full bar. The food is typical bar food. Always ask about promotions. Sometimes they have a deal when you buy the power cards there and getting more "tokens" for your money on the power cards. The downside with these cards is, technology is sometimes unreliable. I've had a couple issues with cards at this location but luckily the managers have been super helpful. There are video games, simulation rides, classic games, ski ball, massive connect four, basketball - the works. The prizes are so so but it's really about the experience and having fun. read more

Experience was enjoyable. Food was pretty good. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and I ordered the voodoo pasta which were both really tasty. I certainly expected food quality more along the lines of Chuckee Cheese but it was far from what the rodent serves. We also ordered the churro basket and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Personally I didn't like the churros because they had a really weird filling inside which was not only unexpected but also burnt the heck out of my mouth. Shortcake of really good. As for our server, we got Jason, his name tag is in the Spanish spelling but it's pronounced Jason. He was seriously phenomenal. Super kind, helpful, and was very patient with my family when we ended up needing various things that resulted in him having to take 3 or 4 different trips back and forth from the kitchen. He was genuinely amazing! My only complaint is the music was a bit too loud for a good portion of the night. Although I think someone else may have commented on the music because it did get quieter at one point as we were eating. I will say when we went to play games after the music was back to being insanely loud and widely unnecessary. Each arcade game in there, which is easily over 50+ individual machines, each has music of their own playing loudly and so the music playing over the speakers made it impossible to talk to or hear the person right next to you. Fries were hard and Luke warm as if they'd been sitting for a while. The server was inattentive and slow. She said she didn't know that we were her table so we waited a while before being acknowledged and having our order taken. I observed her give better service to another table who were not of color. Ok...it was my impression that this was an upscale place for young adults....WRONG. We went in expecting a nice lunch and a few games with my 18 and 20 year old. It was like a circus. Slow service, even with at least 8 servers standing around in a pretty much empty dining area. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, and the ranch salad dressing had a black hair in it. My sons burger was super greasy, to the point he only ate 1/3 of it. My ribs were hard , not tender at all and cold, I "ate" 1/2 rack and picked the second half apart looking for something edible. The waiter asked how the meal was and I said horrible, after about 30 minutes after food delivery, that was the first time he checked on us.... His reply was you should have told me sooner....
