Everyone looked around and then he had to go help another customer. Another couple of customers walked out with a few more sandwiches still no sign of my garlic bread, then I heard the gentleman asking again if the garlic bread was ready, and I've seen one of the ladies shrugging her shoulders with no answer then he went on to help more customers as the place started filling up more. Seems like this could be easily taken care of to just remake a new sandwich, but they would not do that nor offer any credit or a refund; all of which I would accept. it's not acceptable that when a restaurant can't make something the way you've ordered it to then contact the customer to tell them so rather than just make the decision on your own to make it differently. I would also change my review on here, pending a response from the business owner to fix this. I guess we'll have to see what happens by yelp response. The order was placed online through the yelp platform. I believe it was delivered by DoorDash so ultimately the only one that would be responsible is the restaurant itself.
