One of my favorite sandwich places. I've been ordering the #13 sub, but recently switched to the #13 wrap and like it better -- the bread is delicious, but I'd rather use those carbs elsewhere in my day! I order through the app and follow the promos (double points, triple points, etc) for free wraps. I usually pick up and eat at home. It makes it so easy to walk in and have it waiting for me. I have my custom order saved in my favorites in the app to make it easy to put in an order when I'm on my way home from someplace. The store is right next to the blood donation location which gives an incentive to donate. Mikes often supports at least one blood drive a year. The staff at this location is always cheerful and friendly. I know they don't remember me, but they always treat me like they do. read more

Food is good always fresh. The accuracy on the order as well as well as the handling of remedying the situation for an incorrect order is why I'm giving the rating of one star. I've spent a couple of call back and forth in an effort to have this dealt with and the end result was nothing could be done. I placed an online order added an extra meat did not receive any call from the restaurant to let me know they could not do it. They just added extra of a meat that I did not request. Seems like this could be easily taken care of to just remake a new sandwich, but they would not do that nor offer any credit or a refund; all of which I would accept. it's not acceptable that when a restaurant can't make something the way you've ordered it to then contact the customer to tell them so rather than just make the decision on your own to make it differently. I would also change my review on here, pending a response from the business owner to fix this. I guess we'll have to see what happens by yelp response. The order was placed online through the yelp platform. I believe it was delivered by DoorDash so ultimately the only one that would be responsible is the restaurant itself. read more

I don't really like Jersey Mike's that much SORRYYY, but the cookies are good. Maybe it's cause I don't like sandwiches much... but it's ok! And the cheese is gooood the meat is meh. Chicken sandwich is great. Enjoyed my sandwich in clean and cool place. Upon leaving there was an older homeless gentlemen sitting in the hot sun and said I'm hungry, can I have a sandwich. I went back inside to order him one. Ben the mgr said your back, told him buying sandwich for homeless man sitting outside. I insisted on paying for it, Ben said, it's on me. I would kill for a Jersey Mike's closer to Oakland. It's one of the better sandwich chains out there. My to-go order is the #8 Club Sub on Rosemary Parmesan bread. So flavorful and moist. Pro-tip: ask for the Mike's Way dressing to be packed separately from the sandwich. That ensures your sandwich won't get soggy by the time you get home. It's been over 10 years since I ate at Jersey Mikes. The last time left me feeling that the sandwiches were over priced and low quality. Fast forward to today, one of the instagram accounts I follow started a challenge to eat Jersey Mikes for one month. Based on all the comments, I decided to try a cold sandwich this time based on a recommendation. #7 Turkey and Provolone Mike's way, extra banana peppers, red pepper chili, and pickles. I chose their parmigian bread 3.5/5: the sandwich was actually very tasty, juicy and good flavor. What held it back from getting a higher score was the bread. The bread could have made it over the top but it didn't. Service and cleanliness was excellent at this location. Overall, the experience at Jersey Mikes was much better than I had in the past. I do prefer the sourdough bread at Crust in Pleasanton over this, but if I could combine the bread flavor from Crust with the toppings at Jersey Mikes, that would be an ultimate sandwich in my book. If you are feeling a sub sandwich, don't hesitate to consider this location. My rating is a solid 3.5. read more

I agree with some of the bad reviews talking about when you're there standing waiting to order , guy behind the counter didn't even acknowledge you . I was standing for approximately 5 minutes while he's cleaning the cutting machine. He looked at me once and never said a word or I'll be right with you or welcome. We like this place and we always go there for sandwiches since we live few minutes away . Looks like it's a new crew and need training how to treat customers. I always saw a female manager running the place and she was always friendly. Looks like we'll be taking a short drive to Pleasnton to see if any better . Well it's only fair that I update this review, since this is one of my go-to places. I just ate there yesterday and noticed my previous 2-start review 7 years ago. It must have been when they first opened. But I'm a huge fan, and I grew up in NJ and know what a deli sandwich should be. Jersey Mike's delivers. Clearly the staff is different than 7 years ago too, but now everyone if friendly and welcoming. I'm kinda addicted to their sandwiches now, and have been to many locations, not just here in CA but also Florida. Sorry for the 2-star review guys, it's way better now! read more

First time trying Jersey's Mike and it exceeded my expectation. I was a little off put by the thought of a thick bread, but it turned out to be fluffy, soft, and squishy rather than dense. Big Kahuna Chicken was delicious! Mike's Famous Philly was pretty good too. Both freshly cooked to hot perfection on the Parmesan sub with melted cheese, layered with shredded lettuce, tomato, and sweet (bell) peppers. Service is quick despite being busy, but I wouldn't want to rush my cooked food to be mishandled due to trying to meet a faster turnaround. Staff are friendly and seems to be hygienic. Dining area is pretty small, so best if you go after the lunch rush. My only gripe is the lack of additional toppings/veggies. Located inside the Target Dublin East plaza, there's lots of shops and restaurants with tons of parking. I plan to go back and try their other subs. read more

Went in around 10:15 am and there was no line. First time trying this place. Yes random pick by my bro. Attempted to order pastrami and got no luck. They didn't prep yet. What a bummer! Decided on cheesesteak sandwich. Got a footlong and regular size. I asked to cut and half and wrapped separately just in case I didn't finish my regular. To my surprise, I finished it. The melted white American cheese was melting in my mouth. The bread went pretty well with the meat and cheese. I asked for extra pickles and yellow peppers on the side. It was well accommodated. Anytime I'm in the Dublin area, I gotta drop by Jersey Mikes for a quick #9, mikes way with a side of chipotle mayo and buffalo sauce. For the regular it's $10.95, and it's filling. The bread size is misleading bc it looks on the smaller side, but once it's all put together it's a good sized meal. The fresh sliced meats, fresh veggies, it's a damn good sandwich for a chain. I'm typically a toasted sandwich person, but damn this cold cut sandwich with all the oils and vinegar dripping everywhere, just hits the spot. It's one of those sandwiches that I can't eat in the car because it just gets messy, so definitely recommend eating it quick and with plenty of napkins. Here I am again.....went in last night & there were 3 workers & 2 customers (that were together) in front of me. Their order took sometime as the worker was writing it down. They finished ordering & not one of the 3 acknowledged me at all, just turned around & started cleaning the grill, conversing w/each other but not a "we'll be right w/you" or anything. I have food allergy and the girl made sure that she did not put any bell peppers on the grill while my sandwich was being cooked since I'm allergic to them and I appreciate that. +5 large sandwich get another one for five dollars after five is a really great dinner for a quick weeknight dinner when I don't have a chance to cook my husband eats his. Incredibly kind and attentive workers and an amazing fresh sandwich - 5 Star worthy experience. Today (Tuesday) however, completely different experience. Around 3:30 I went in to an empty restaurant with 4 people behind the counter all trying their best to not do anything. After 5 minutes of standing at the counter 1 person asked if I needed anything... tried to order a sandwich but the staff kept talking to each other and the person who asked if I needed anything kept forgetting to make my order. After about 15 minutes and being none closer to having a sandwich I had to give up and go somewhere else.
