Basically, we had this 'Max' guy come on out and basically charged us $500.00 to put taping around our system to contain "leaks". We were having an issue with our airflow pressure, A/C, and the fact that it was not cool enough. Then he talks about oh call my friends to rip out your floor see what's going on. Ya no thank you. Today on October 29, we called another trustworthy company, and here is the breakdown: 1. The fixed both our heather and A/C 2. Cleaned filters we didn't even know about, and Max didn't care to look for. I mean they were really really bad. The previous owners were filthy, disgusting people and we didn't even know those hidden filters existed. 3. Airflow is 10x better 4. Cooler and Heater works 4. It only costed $85.00 and no bullshit from them. So whats really the moral of the story, yes I should have paid more attention to a scammer just looking at a system and saying here is the problem it will cost $500.00 to fix, but we were desperate and fixing up a brand new home we bought. The other lesson here is, calling them out for it, so other people can avoid these businesses and call upon other honest businesses that do you the service you need for the price that is fair. So I will say avoid these guys and go somewhere else.
