What stood out from other companies I interviewed was Francisco took very detailed before photos when giving the estimate from all different angles of my mom's attic versus other companies barely looking at it just taking just one or two photos. I knew if he was thorough on the initial interaction, he would be thorough on the job. Here's what I really liked: - No sales pitches, scare tactics, high pressure sales tactics. He was very transparent and wasn't pushy. - communicated very well throughout the process - His team also cleaned out an outdoor storage closet for me which had never been cleaned. - Hardworking crew that were extremely detail oriented. - In 2022, I hired an insulation company to just do the crawlspace and apparently while they laid the insulation they didn't vacuum and rat proof and air seal like the contractor stated in my agreed contract so Francisco came in to do the work the last company didn't do. - before and after pics were shown and it's like night and day - Francisco's team also let me know they didn't see any termites issues which makes me feel better because I thought I had to tent the house - They notified me of a split piece of wood in the attic that I need to fix with a handyman.
