Got an offer I felt was fair and made the appointment to come in and finish the deal. I have to admit, being new to this, I was skeptical. I came in and worked with Johnny. We went through my paperwork. They checked out my car to make sure it was as I indicated online. About 30 minutes later, I walked out with a check. I purchased a 2021 Mercedes GLE with under 45,000 miles, expecting a reasonable level of reliability. Within weeks, the AC system began failing. Since then, I've returned multiple times (August, October, and now March) for the same issue--only to now be told the compressor needs to be replaced at a cost of $1,900. What's most frustrating is not just the ongoing issue, but the way it has been handled. The front desk staff and service team were dismissive, unhelpful, and at times openly argumentative. The interactions felt unnecessarily catty and unprofessional, with an underlying tone that I should simply expect repeated failures on a vehicle at this price point and mileage. While the diagnostic fee was waived, that does not address the larger concern that this issue appears to have existed from the time of purchase and was never properly resolved despite multiple visits. I understand that used vehicles can require maintenance. However, repeated failures of the same system on a well-maintained, under-45,000-mile luxury vehicle--and the lack of professionalism in addressing it--is unacceptable. This matter has now been escalated to corporate. I hope for a fair resolution, but in the meantime, buyers should proceed with caution and ask detailed questions about inspection quality, repair history, and accountability after the sale.

The tires had 26k miles on them and were originally purchased from Discount tire (who is not open Sunday). When they went to balance the tires they said belt was separated on the front two tires. They have the tires off the rim and on the ground when they attempt to show us where they are separated. They will not put them back on the car and we are made to purchase 2 new tires for the car and a total of $545 out the door. They give my husband the tires to take back to discount. He did today and they put them on rims and aired them up and were able to balance them no belt separation. They stated they would have put them back on the vehicle. So basically we got screwed and shystered into purchasing two new tires from a shady establishment. DO NOT go here!!!

When I checked in I was advised that it would be 3 hours before they could start the alignment. Can not comment about service since I refused to wait 3 hours and left. UPDATE: I was contacted this afternoon. The service desk apologized for this morning and asked me to bring back in my vehicle. I arrived about 10 minutes later. The service desk asked me for my keys and about 25 minutes later she brought me my keys and again apologized for this morning. This second trip restored my faith in NTB.

Came all the way from Waco to look at a used vehicle, had an appointment, confirmed the appointment, and showed up when I said I would. When we got there MaryAnn was in the vehicle on her phone giving me a call to let me know someone else had walked in 5 minutes before I arrived and said that I now had to wait for them to look at the vehicle and look at numbers before I was allowed to look at numbers. Apparently 2 people can't look at number on the same vehicle at one time. We asked to speak to the manager and the used car manger came out and told us that we could look at numbers if we wanted to. We told him we had gone to the wrong building in order to find MaryAnn and the manger said the people who showed up before us got there before us. Then proceeded to cuss us out as me and my son walked back to our truck. "Get the f**k off my lot then" We left and we to talk to the General Sales Manager and he said we could look at numbers and said "Well I don't want to waste y'all's time." He told us if we both were looking at numbers the other people who got there before us would have to say no to the numbers before we could say yes. Newsflash if we both looked at numbers and they said yes. IT WOULD'VE WASTED OUR TIME SO DON'T SAY YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE OUR TIME. I understand you can't hold a vehicle but at least it should have been the other way around. IF ANYTHING the other people should've been informed we were coming and WE SHOULD'VE HAD FIRST CALL. I bought a used 2018 Nissan Rogue from Drive Casa in May 2024. At the time, I needed a car quickly for work and did not fully understand how expensive the financing really was. Here is the reality in simple terms: * $2,000 down payment * About $11,700 paid so far in monthly payments * Only about $4,600 of that went toward the car * Over $7,000 went to interest and fees * As of December 2025, I still owe almost $14,000 * The interest rate is around 22 percent * The contract now ends September 2028 That means I have paid almost $14,000 total and the balance barely moved. This is how high interest loans work. Most of your payment goes to the lender first, not the car. I am not saying this is illegal. I am saying it is very easy to agree to something you do not fully understand, especially if you are young, stressed, or need a car fast. Please read this if you are considering buying here: * Do not focus only on the monthly payment. Ask for the total amount you will pay over the life of the loan. * Ask for the interest rate and write it down. If it is over 20 percent, understand you will pay thousands extra. * Google the value of the car yourself before agreeing. * Get everything in writing and do not feel rushed. * Use an online loan calculator or even ChatGPT to check if the deal makes sense. One more important thing. Drive Casa offers Collateral Protection Insurance, but this is not the same as legal car insurance in Texas. You still need separate liability coverage. This was not clearly explained to me before I drove off the lot, which could have resulted in tickets or impoundment if I had not followed up. Some staff were kind and professional, and I do not think everyone there has bad intentions. But the process is confusing, rushed, and not transparent enough for such a major purchase. I am sharing this so others do not end up paying thousands in interest without fully realizing what they signed up for. If you buy here, slow down, ask hard questions, and do not be afraid to walk away.
