Thank you to Alicia and the other assistant today for helping me through an initial visit for finding a wedding gown. I was exhausted after hours of shopping with my Mother and they were supportive, helpful, and compassionate. I would love to have Alicia help me find the perfect dress. She was selfless and extremely helpful! Again, thank you. read more

Called the same day to get alterations done and they were able to assist no problem. Christina was the one who assisted me with alterations. She was friendly, fast with measurements, and knew exactly what I was wanting out of the alterations! Awesome lady to work with. read more

I went into David's bridal after making an appointment online. I'm a first time bride, and had never tried on any wedding dresses prior to this. My intention was just to go look and try on dresses to get a better idea of what I wanted, and explore my options. Hannah was my stylist and she helped me find my dress. At first I was not too interested in the dresses they had and I was a bit surprised at the limited selection. But after showing Hannah what I was looking for and the dresses I had saved on David's bridal website, she quickly found 2 dresses to fit what I was looking for. The first dress I tried on is the dress I ended up falling in love with and I couldn't be happier with it. I had my alterations appointment with the alterations manager Christina, and she helped my dress fit even better. The suggestions she gave were all great, she made me feel comfortable and helped me pick the right shoes and veil as well. Overall my experience here was great with Hannah and Christina, and I was able to catch a sale which was even better. Only thing I was disappointed to find out after going back for my alterations, was that they didn't ring the "yes to the dress" bell for me when I found my dress. That would've made me feel special but anyhow, I'd definitely recommend this location as well as Hannah and Christina! read more

My experience with my stylist was awful. She had a terrible attitude and made me feel like I was an annoying nuisance to her. I have a really large chest and my frame is much smaller. I was already so anxious about not being able to find something to fit my body (literally shed a few tears before I left for my appointment). As soon as she came up to us, I wanted to leave because her demeanor was so unwelcoming. She told us to pick a few dresses and then instantly seemed annoyed every time we would ask for another. She also kept saying how all the dresses would be way too small for me, kept emphasizing it. I felt like an ogre during my appointment. Before I even tried any dresses on, "Have you considered just getting a custom dress?" I feel like she doesn't realize how bitter she comes across because I'm sure she wasn't fully intending on making me feel the way she did but there needs to be some awareness when working in that type of field. I'm aware of my body and how abnormal my proportions are, I've hated my body all my life and my stylist made no effort to even pretend to be optimistic. I actually found a dress I really liked but couldn't bring myself to purchase because I didn't want a sour taste associated with purchasing my wedding dress. There was another stylist there who I think may have been the manager and she was SO lovely, even brought over a bridesmaid dress so I could see the dress I liked with my wedding colors. I had another appointment somewhere else right after and I was beyond relieved because my experience there was the complete opposite and I ended up purchasing my dress there instead. I feel so sad for the brides that make this their only stop and that's the experience they get buying their dress. This is one of the biggest days of people's lives and a wedding dress is a hefty purchase, everyone should be made to feel special, heard, and excited to be shopping for their wedding day and that definitely wasn't the case for me. read more

Waited until the last minute to find a wedding dress of course! Went to David's and showed Kara what type of dress I was looking for which was a long sleeved laced ball gown. She was upfront and told me she didn't have anything in the store even close to what I was looking for but I decided to look around anyways. Didn't find much that caught my attention until Jamoun(probably spelled wrong) pointed out a dress that I felt gorgeous in! Didn't feel the need to try on any other dresses. Great service ladies. read more

I had a great experience coming here for my wedding dress. The staff was helpful and the building was very clean. I had Kate as my Stylist (I should have known it was meant to be since we had the same name lol) and she made me so comfortable and confident going through dresses until I found the one. I would definitely recommend for future brides. read more

Alicia C. made finding my wedding dress fun and easy! She helped me through every step and was great with my hyper 7-year old daughter. She made sure to check on me away from my guests and get my opinions so that we could make dress decisions together. When I finally selected my dress, she let me twirl in it and revel in being a bride, never pressuring me or my family to move on. LOVED IT! read more

I was a panicked bride that had my dress ruined by an alterations company- (unrelated/unassociated with David's bridal) 2 weeks before my wedding! Yes, you read that correctly. I needed a replacement fast! I called David's and told them my dilemma, they got me in for an appointment that day. Every single staff member was helpful from the person answering the phone to my assistant in finding THE dress to alterations. I ended up walking out with TWO dresses. Now I have two gorgeous dresses that I love more than the original. I had to pay a rush fee for the time crunch but it was worth it. I just picked up my dresses 4 days out from the big day and now I can relax and enjoy the rest of the week! Thank you David's bridal. Thank you especially Sam, Kat and Christina!! read more

Most of the sales associates are wonderful. Went in three times before actually buying a dress. First 2 times I loved the experience the last time not so much. The alterations lady, Sonya, was amazing. She really made my experience worth while at davids. She encouraged my family to take pictures and really make the experience fun. My sister is already booking her for her bridesmaid dress and her own bridal gown. Absolutely amazing read more

David's in Henderson was the 9th store I shopped at for a Mother of the Bride's dress. I am short and high-waisted so long dresses do not look very good on me. But Anna found me the perfect dress. She was patient and kind and is a great ambassador for David's Bridal. I also needed a special short dress for the rehearsal dinner and we found that too!! Thanks, David's of Henderson, Nevada!! Seriously, just do not do business with David's Bridal. I did not receive anything close to exceptional service like one would hope when buying a dress for the biggest day of their life! I bought a dress being told that I could alter it the way I wanted no problem. Come to find out, that is not possible. I have contacted DB's corporate to see if they would accept a return and they placated me by saying they would open a report but they are a "final sale" store so it would be pending review of the store's actions. I have already found another dress from a store that has 100% satisfaction guarantee. Funny how a much smaller company is willing to make sure that you absolutely love your purchase with them but this corporation is not. I guess that's how the wedding industrial complex works: overcharge for mediocre products and then tell you you're stuck with it when you're not happy! Surprise surprise, this is the response I received from corporate: "Hello, Thank you for patience while we worked on researching your issue. We regret to inform you that we will be unable to accept the dress back as a return, however we would be able to accept it back as an exchange for an item or items totaling equal to or greater than in value. Had you brought this issue to our alterations team first they would have been more than willing to help make the dress fit and feel correctly for you, which they would still be willing to do. However, since we are a final sale company we cannot accept the return and can only do an exchange. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause." 1. How does a company seriously expect someone to spend $800 in store credit if it is not on another dress? 2. I spoke to someone in-store while my bridesmaids were trying on dresses and she made a comment that my bridesmaids would really appreciate if I just paid for their dresses with the credit I would receive from my return. She said it while my bridesmaids were standing there like she was getting them to agree and pressure me into buying all their dresses. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

I had THE BEST experience with Davids Bridal. My stylist knew exactly what she was doing! I had tried on a few dresses I had seen online, but wasn't entirely in love with them. Then she pulled one off the mannequin and the waterworks started! I absolutely love my dress and can't wait to get it in and altered! read more

I was very pleased with the gentleman who helped me locate a dress for an upcoming wedding. All I had to do was show him the style and colors I was interested in and he was able to direct me to 4 available options. I placed the order and the dress was ordered and delivered in a timely manner. The ladies in the alterations department were absolutely amazing. They did a great job of managing the minimal amount of alterations. So welcoming and friendly. read more

Choosing your wedding dress is a BIG DEAL. Upon entering we were told to "just wander" no other information. Later I was approached by the woman wanting to help, I gave her the exacts on what I wanted and she said "ok so if you like it flip it." That was that. I was able to go through the first rack before she stopped me and said "let's not overwhelm you. Well try on these first and then go back and look. Well, none of the dresses were "it". And so when I asked if I could go continue to look and again gave her specifics she said "we can have you try on two more dresses and here's one that you might like my manager found for you". I was quite frustrated. She stopped me from looking fully, didn't help me try on the dresses other than telling me to get in and then stepping outside until I was ready and pinning it...and then rushed me out. Then she immediately tried to set me up with an appointment the following day to purchase. She was extremely rude when I politely declined and said that I didn't feel I had found "the dress". Besides rushing me out, we had an appointment set up immediately following for my bridesmaids that they totally disregarded once they realized I wasn't purchasing my dress there. The managers whom stopped me as I was leaving to ask me about my follow up appointment were extremely rude when I told them I thought I was going to need some time to make a decision. I, by no means, am a bridezilla. I'm relaxed, I'm not snooty, I just wanted to be helped. And not belittled. read more

We did a girls weekend to get my sisters wedding dress and the experience was amazing. The staff was so helpful and informative on what she was looking for. I'd give a 1 honestly but I am only give them a 2 because I did love my dress and the girl that helped me find it was nice. Her name was Zee, Dee.. something like that. She was great. The reason for not giving them a better rating is because what they charge for alterations is absurd. Also, come my wedding day, my bustle fell apart a half hour after bustling it which lead to my dress being stepped on by a guest and ripped two big holes in it and I had to hold it up myself most of the night. Kind of annoying while trying to dance. Lastly, the fabric that hooks a button in the back also fell apart the night before so we had to fix that ourselves. To pay that much money in alterations for it to not hold up for a few hours is ridiculous. read more

David's Bridal - My wedding on 08/08/15 - Bridal Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Henderson Location Im sad to say my experience in the Henderson location was terrible. Even though I was measured, the sleeves put on the dress were 1/2 the size of the measurements they took. The job was poorly done as a make shift sleeve was attached to the pre existing shoulder flap which was a part of the dress instead off sewing a new sleeve as it should have been done. CS not impressive. More importantly, the store was closed the following day, no ability to reach anyone to resolve the issue; my flight to out of state was in 2 days. I sent an email on identifying the error, a response was returned the next dat after 3pm; so I worried the entire time. I have to give the credit to the Sahara store location. for amazing customer service, team work and without hesitation; the goal, take care of the customer first; that was their priority. Thank you Carmen for saving the day; seamstress extraordinary read more

I stopped by even though they didn't have any appointments available online, in the hopes of getting in on a cancellation, since I'm from out of town. They were wonderfully accommodating. The manager was very welcoming immediately, as was the associate managing appointments in the front of the store. I was assisted by Francesca right away. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away. She was very attentive to every detail I expressed interest in. With her help I was able to find a dress I LOVE in less than an hour. Christina and Cindy were on hand right away for alterations and measurements. They were very detailed and made sure every detail was covered. This shop and everyone I came in contact with was amazing. The best customer service I've had in a bridal shop since my engagement. read more

The processes after picking the dress was great. From beginning to end everyone were really sweet and nice. I didn't like my dress consultant though. She didn't really help me pick the right dresses and when I mentioned I wanted the birdcage veil, she made a face and said "you're in luck, no one buys these because they are hideous" didn't end up getting the bird cage. Kind of regret it. But everyone else were sweet. read more

Manager Sonna would not honor coupon price that worked online for a bridesmaid dress. When I asked for a credit she refused and said she was not aware of online deals. Horrible management at this location! read more

My 5 bridesmaids had an appointment with Luaella (I believe her name was) she was extremely rude to all of us and half the time we didn't know where she was to help us with sizes or even check in with us to see how we were doing. Anytime we had questions she answered back to us like we were retarded and we should have already known the answers. I hope she works on commission so everyone can read this and not go through her to buy anything. Horrible service!!! On a side not Faten was amazing!!! We purchased my dress through her and she was absolutely incredible. She was even short handed the day that I was trying on dresses and she still was by my side every minute I needed her. THIS is the type of employee they need, someone who cares about their customers big day. Thank you! read more

I shopped all three David's Bridals and found the customer service at this location from the stylist Melissa and managers Manya and Mandy were exceptional. I exchanged a dress I was not happy with and after two appointments, finally found the right dress. I felt no pressure and was given the time I needed to try on as many dresses. Even the girl at the front desk (unfortunately don't remember her name) spent time on the computer looking for dresses in other locations for me. Everyone was more than helpful and pleasant in dealing with my indecision. I appreciated their friendliness and high level of customer service. I especially want to mention how impressed I was with the way the managers were out on the floor assisting the stylists and customers. They really work their butts off to provide a great experience. The reason I did not give this review five stars has only to do with the selection and quality of dresses. Five stars to the management and staff. You really made a stressful situation very enjoyable for me. read more

Our appointment was a nightmare from the start; the person helping us was so unprofessional, she started complaining about the bride that she was helping along with us saying she (the bride) was awful! How professional is that? Our consultant didn't get us dresses we had to get them, we had to ask for bra's. She just stood around rubbing her forehead. She didn't help my daughter with the dresses, she didn't help with the trains, she just let us do everything. She did run to get us a bridesmaid dress. Then we couldn't order the extra material that we needed over the weekend when purchasing the dresses, the manager said she would call me on Sunday, which never happened. I had to call back to find out the material is now discontinued! Had we known that we wouldn't have gone through with the sale! read more

My experience was awful. By the time I left the store, I was fuming. The first thing I told them was the color I needed.
