I had the best experience at this location with LARS! He was a fantastic help, and had the brightest personality! This was my second appointment searching for bridesmaid dresses, my first appointment was at the Sahara location, and while the associate there did her best, she didn't use half of the tips and tricks that Lars had to make the entire process quick and easy! Lars's helped me find the perfect dresses in 30 minutes, something I didn't manage to do at the other location in over two hours. 5/5 stars to Lars and the sweet greeter at the front door, I don't recall her name, but I do remember that she is new to Vegas (from Chicago) and was super sweet and funny, keeping us company while we all checked out. Thank you Lars and front desk girl! read more

Ladies please request Courtney at Henderson NV location as your sales rep in your dress shopping! She is an angel. My original sales rep (Rose) kept changing the arrival time of my dress and she wasn't updating me of all changes. I had to call the store and even come in just to find out the updates about my dress. It was very stressful dealing with her and not knowing anything. In the end I decided to cancel my order and Rose started treating me bad. She was staring me down in a very bad way and I felt like she was going to attack me. I felt awful and my fiance was with me too to witness what happened. He is very upset of what happened and how Rose treated me. But thank God for Courtney she took over the situation and helped me through this stressful process. She was amazing the entire time. Courtney was very kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend Courtney to all my bride friends and Co workers for their dress shopping. I hope no one else goes through what I went through with Rose. read more

Our associate was nice and knowledgeable.... The product was massive quantities & poor quality with the dresses reminding of prom dresses. No thank you. read more

I made an appointment to come in and look for a bridesmaid dreas for my best friends wedding. I am in a different state then the wedding party so I came in alone. Zemjas was my consultant. She was awesome! Super friendly, really listened and really helped me, giving opinions and making me feel really comfortable. Just so happened that the dress that we all said yes to (the bride, myself and Zemjas) was on sale! Score! Thanks for everything girl! Everyone here was so nice and helpful. read more

Made a appointment to pick up my daughter's dress from alterations.. I show up on time and the appointment before me showed up a half hour late and I had to wait almost a hour to pick up the dress . Just a suggestion maybe make the person who missed there appointment wait?! Or reschedule them.... Very frustrating and not the best customer service. read more

My experience here was horrible. The dress selection is decent and I did find a dress I really liked but the experience was horrible. I made an appointment beforehand to make sure I had one on one time with a consultant, but that never happened. My consultant was not only helping me and another bride, but she was trying to tackle helping 3 different brides all at once! My maid of honor had to help me clip on the corset they gave me and she had to put me in two of the dresses because the consultant was too busy with the other brides. When I wanted to try on another dress I saw I had to walk (in one of the sample dresses) to the front to pick it out because my consultant was missing. When I got to the front I saw 5 other workers just standing around talking doing nothing! This was such a horrible experience. I never felt that bridal moment because I wasn't treated like a bride! Stay away from David's bridal if you want to feel like a bride! read more

Definitely a bridal store that cares! I had a bit of a wedding dress debacle. Alessandra in the alterations department is amazing. She came to my rescue to help me put on the wedding dress of my dreams! Courtney and Sara went above and beyond to make sure I was ecstatic about my dress on my wedding day. Accidents happen, it's what people do to rectify the problem to fulfill a positive outcome is what matters most. This is the place that does just that! Everyone truly cares and gives you that small town family feel. Thank you lovely ladies! read more

Jordane Santos assisted us and it was just amazing. Found an amazing dress at a reasonable price.

Purchased my dress and the host was wonderful. She suggested a dress that I didn't even think I would wear and ended up purchasing it. I loved it. read more

I originally bought my dream dress back in June 2014 unfortunately i forgot the name of my consultant at the but she was amazing. It was the first dress i tried, must have been meant to be! I just went back this evening to buy the essentials for under my dress. I arrived 2 hours before closing and was greeted by Ashely H. She was awesome. I could tell she was also helping someone else but she was very prompt and polite. She made sure i had everything i needed! I'm the kind of person who likes it when things are easy. Ashley was never pushy she just made sure to give me all of the information and listened to my concerns! Both of my experiences have been awesome! Thank you for all of your help! read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They have a terrible return policy. All of their garbage in stores is Final Sale and you have 14 days to return online purchases in which the shipping must be paid by the customer ($17 from Vegas to PA). Here is a tip, if you need something, give your money to a place that actually deserves it. Places like this should and will eventually go out of business if the policies are not updated. Also, if you do a little research, none of the items at Davids Bridal are specifically made in the magical Davids Bridal couture design lab. These are all generic items you can find online or in other stores. If you do some research you can find beautiful gowns and dresses through more reputable sources. I highly recommend bhldn.com for your wedding gown. They provide gorgeous dresses and wonderful customer service even through online purchases. Do not get taken advantage of. Getting married and planning the wedding can be an emotional time. As an Event Planner I understand and I will NEVER do business with Davids Bridal again. read more

First time experience at a David's Bridal and would definitely come to this location again. We had an appointment to search for two bridesmaid and a wedding dress for a wedding that is to happen in Fall of this year. We really had to make sure we wasted no time in securing dresses. Lars was our consultant and he was friendly and gave his honest opinion of the dresses we tried on. He really took into consideration what we were looking for and offered suggestions on colors for the bridesmaid dresses that would go well with the groom's suit color. Anita was also very friendly and offered suggestions. We had two people working with us to find the perfect dresses. It really felt like we were VIP clients! In the end, we were able to find bridesmaid dresses and a wedding dress! Both Lars and Anita made sure the bridesmaid dress styles and color choice was available readily in time for the wedding on such short notice. The wedding dress was also beautiful and Anita made sure that would also come in time. Turns out, it was one of the first to arrive before the bridesmaid dress, so it worked great! They were both professional and we would work with them again! read more

Unfortunately 1 star is as low as you can rate. The lady at the front desk was nice, that's the only positive note I have. Went to David's Bridal in Henderson as my very first wedding dress experience and was beyond disappointed. I'm not sure if it's just the franchise itself or my stylist that made it a subpar experience. My stylist was Rose-she never did measurements, put me in a dressing room by myself to attempt to figure out how to get in and out of dresses, the dresses were 1-2 sizes too big and you couldn't see how they even fit my body. My friends starting attempting to stand behind me to pull the dress tighter because she never offered to clip them. Once they finally asked for clips she attempted to clip them and still did a shotty job. She only brought me dresses within my size range instead of allowing me to try on smaller/ bigger dresses to see if I liked the style. After numerous failed attempts my mom attempted to grab a dress she wanted me to try. When she asked the stylist for assistance she rolled her eyes at my mom and walked the opposite direction. After getting in and out of dresses alone for an hour I was sweaty, irritated and overall defeated by the entire wedding gown shopping experience. An experience that is supposed to be a fun and exciting time. If you have the opportunity please try Brilliant Bridal and/or Silhouette Bridal. Skip DB all together and save yourself the frustration on your day! read more

Omg! The experience I had this evening with Courtney and Diana was absolutely amazing! I had 1 dress appointment here, and my bridesmaids purchased their dresses here too. My appointment for my wedding dress went very good and the staff were attentive to my needs. I would suggest them to other brides. Their bridesmaids dresses are top notch and the staff is helpful. Henderson Nevada Thank you Kara and Jamoun for all your help! We had a great experience finding my daughter's wedding dress and the afternoon was perfect. Kara is an amazing sales associate and person and thanks again! The manager Jamoun (sorry I'm sure I'm spelling your name wrong) is just WONDERFUL! My daughter lives in Washington state but is getting married in Las Vegas, so we decided to dress shop in Las Vegas. After finding "the dress", Kara said it would be best to have her dress shipped to Washington for fittings and the final details. David's Bridal manager Jamoun m, did all of this perfectly! The dress, veil and undergarments made it to their store in Washington state with no problems. She called me every step of the way. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Corporate David's Bridal, please give these girls a bonus! We are a very happy bridal party! read more

This place is amazing! The staff is professional and super nice! I have dealt with Courtney and also with Whitney, both ladies treated me like a princess!!! As far as bridal shopping goes you get a mediocre experience here. I fell in love with a dress spent 1,300.00 and then when I went in to pick up my dress they charge me an extra 11 dollars for a garmant bag... seriously how tacky. Here's your dress glad you bought it with us now take it home in a plastic trash bag. Seriously David's Bridal get your business together and stop being tacky. read more

Horrible service!! Arrived at 7:20pm on 04/07/2021 with my mother in law to try on. Was told we could not try on because they are short staff. We never once had a associate check on us. Lady working the front desk was extremely rude. Short staff but yet you have two associates standing at the desk talking. I regret purchasing my wedding party dresses from this location. read more

Terrible! Make sure you have your emergency kit handy! DB is why they invented bridal emergency kits. 2 out of the four bridesmaid dresses had a hook but no eye and one girls ripped off. We had to use safety pins! Terrible quality. The sizing is not right and the cuts of the dresses are made so inconsistently. The customer service isn't that of a reputable bridal shop. We felt like we were in a retail store in the mall. They have you make appts, but aren't there to help you in and out of the gowns because they're off helping someone else. I definitely won't be buying my dress here. I'm sorry, but it's the McDonald's of bridal shops. read more

Rose, you're awesome! My friend takes the longest to make up her mind and Rose was really patient with her. Thank you!

Went in the other day to get a dress for my sister's sweet 16, and let me just say I found THE PERFECT dress, and it made it better that the whole staff was super kind, something the world lacks nowadays. Shout out to Hannah and Amber the super helpful stylists, shout out to Christina who I will be going back to see for alterations, Courtney the sales manager who was also awesome, and last but certainly not least, Sara the operations manager..... she's running such a great team ! read more

This store is a disaster. They never have the right sizes of anything!!! And will talk you into buying shoes or undergarments or whatever even if they don't fit right. Ladies plan ahead. They don't keep their store stocked. It will take 6-8 weeks to have anything delivered if you need it in a different size. read more

This place is amazing! I came in for a bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding which is in 3 months . The dress my sister wanted for me would not be ready in time . Where to start. David's bridal will happily place you into the dress of you dreams but lying yo you about alteration they cant really do. And then you ask them to keep the fabric from your dress and they dont. They dont do alteration right so you have to keep coming back. And then to top it all off from the crap customer service, to steam my you want another 40 bucks for something that should just be done with the purchase! I will tell everyone about how crap David's bridal really is! read more
