They know their maintenance business well. And they sell top quality German vacuums. Polite, good prices, worth it.

Overcharged for a very simple repair. When asked, they informed us they do not warrant their work. Stay away.

There was a young man there, I believe his name was Patrick that assisted me trying to make a new key for me. I happened to be near Ace Hardware today and stopped in just to tell him thank you very much and that the key worked perfectly. He was not there, but I passed word along to his fellow coworkers. Thanks, Patrick great job. You were professional and courteous, and represented your store in a very positive manner.

The policy at this Ace location to do a simple exchange is that you must have a receipt and the purchase must be made within the last 30 days - neither of which applied to me. These were the ACE HARDWARE Brand of air filters and all I needed to do was exchange them for the correct size. Man at the register rudely told me this was the policy and there was nothing he could do. So I went to Artie's Ace and they gave me a store credit and I was able to get the correct size filters. Artie's Ace is heads and shoulders above this Ace location; the best customer service and a much nicer store - with a post office! Drive a little further (Tatum & Thunderbird) and get a better experience!

From the beginning, this has been on issue after another. Products arrived and were measured wrong by Lowe's team. We were missing handles for two out of the three sliding doors as well. After being mistreated by the store manager, Jason, we escalated this to upper management where they stated the windows would be remade and expedited along with the door handles. Six weeks later, the next set of windows arrived severely damaged and could not be installed, once again. What has been even more disappointing than the product issues is the complete lack of customer service. Management at this store has been dismissive, smug, and unwilling to take any ownership to the major mistakes made. Calls and emails often go unanswered, or put through multiple people because no one can handle anything. As a customer who made a significant investment in our home, we expected professionalism, communication, and accountability. Instead, we have spent months chasing answers while living with an unfinished project and damaged projects. As of today, this matter remains unresolved. We gave Lowe's every opportunity to make this right, but the experience has been infuriating, exhausting, and far below what anyone should expect from a company of this size. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Lowe's for windows or doors to carefully research their installation process and service department before making a major purchase. This location is on their fourth set of installation contractors, the one who was here said he just gave his two week notice becuase half of the jobs have this exact issues. Nobody seems empowered or motivated to fix their mistakes. No one.

As I walked to the register, I stopped by the section where they have Stanley cups on display just to look. I'll let the cashier know it's on me." I was so surprised and speechless! I've always had very friendly and attentive service when coming here, but this was next level. Thank you, Sean and the entire Lowe's team for your generosity!

My name is Frank Rassam. I have been a loyal and frequent customer of your Bell & Tatum location…read moresince 2010. I shop at this store approximately three times per week, and there are months when I spend between $2,000 and $3,000. I have always considered Home Depot my primary store for my needs. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me extremely upset and deeply disappointed. On February 4th 2026, I purchased an assembled Masterbuilt smoker Order # H0464-502286 that was displayed outside the store on clearance, reduced from approximately $899 to $274.Because the smoker was very heavy, I returned the following morning with a rented truck and hired help to load and unload it. This required additional time and expense on my part. After bringing the smoker home and attempting to use it, I discovered it was defective.Within a couple of days, I returned to the store. I was informed that because it was the last unit in stock, it could not be exchanged, even though I was within the 90-day return and exchange period. I was advised to contact the manufacturer, Masterbuilt.I attempted to resolve the issue directly with Masterbuilt. They only communicated through email, requested that I send a video, then claimed the video would not open, and failed to provide a phone number despite my request. I have attached proof of my email correspondence with Masterbuilt to demonstrate that I made a serious effort to resolve this matter responsibly.I returned again to the store on 2/12/2026 around 8:30 pm and spoke with a young cashier (a bearded young man whose name I unfortunately do not remember). He was respectful and genuinely tried to assist me. He confirmed I was still within the 90-day return or exchange period and checked inventory at another location (Talking Stick, Arizona), which showed three units available. To avoid wasting more time and money, I asked him to call that location to confirm they would process the exchange before I transported the defective smoker there. After calling, he was informed that they would not assist because the smoker had not been purchased at their store. At that point, I requested to speak with the manager, Nancy.I must also note that I had a previous negative experience with Nancy about a year ago. At that time, I was attempting to get assistance, and she repeatedly ignored me while speaking with someone else, even though it was clear I needed help. I chose not to report that incident because I assumed she may have been having a bad day.During this recent interaction, I calmly explained the entire situation -- the defective smoker, the rental truck, the hired labor, my failed attempts with the manufacturer, and the time and money I had already spent. I clearly stated that Home Depot sold me the smoker, and therefore Home Depot should take responsibility in helping to find a solution.Instead of taking ownership or offering meaningful assistance, Nancy became dismissive and frustrated. She stated that she has dealt with "customers like you" many times. I found that statement inappropriate and disrespectful, especially toward a long-term loyal customer. After expressing frustration, the only action she took was handing me a phone number for the manufacturer -- which I had already been attempting to contact without success. There was no escalation of the matter, no proactive solution, and no sense of accountability from store management.I also raised a serious concern: how is it acceptable for an assembled unit to be sold if it appears not to have been tested? What if this defective smoker had caused a fire at my patio ? Instead of addressing this concern professionally, she responded sarcastically, asking whether she is expected to check everything in the store before selling it. That response was unacceptable. This entire situation wasted my time, cost me additional money for transportation and labor, and left me feeling disrespected.I also want to state respectfully that I have an accent when I speak. I do not want to make accusations without proof, but I could not ignore the difference in tone I have observed in how I am treated compared to other customers. If there is any bias involved -- cultural, racial, or otherwise -- that is deeply concerning and should be reviewed seriously. To be clear, I am not requesting compensation. I am requesting that this complaint be formally reviewed and get addressed professionally I respectfully request a professional response and confirmation that this matter is being reviewed. Sincerely, Frank Rassam

All the managers/employees, especially Manager Jason, are awesome there. Unfortunately they were out of the Midea portable floor AC unit I needed and had to go to the N Hayden location. I had purchased this unit from the Bell Rd Home Depot location on May 29th, 2026, and unfortunately it already died. I filed a claim with Midea, and provided them with all necessary documentation. After several days of review, they sent me a "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA) for a direct exchange at Home Depot. I originally went to the Bell Rd Home Depot, but they were sold out of the unit. They were very nice and called the Hayden location, who had the item in stock, and had them set it aside. I drove 25 minutes to the Hayden location and went to customer service with my form and unit. They had the new unit waiting. The customer service employee had never seen the form. I asked her to call a manager, as a manager should be familiar with this form and process. It took her about 20 minutes to locate the manager via phone. When she finally located the manager, Travis, she explained the situation to him. Travis never came to the Customer Service area in person, and on the phone, he just said that he would not exchange it. I told her he is wrong, I have all the documentation and he should at least come look at it because this is pre-approved through Midea and Home Depot. Travis refused to present himself in person, and they sent me packing, refusing to exchange. I hauled my merchandise back out to the parking lot and into my vehicle, and called the Home Depot customer service line. I explained the situation and the customer service representative was awesome and apologized regarding Travis. She asked for the case # and RGA# on my form and placed me on hold. She came back a short time later, apologized, and said go back in the store, that she spoke with Mr Travis, and they would exchange it like they were supposed to. She said I would probably see Travis back at customer service when I went back in. So I went back in, of course no Travis to be found, and they did exchange the unit like they should have. The employees were not overly friendly, but I understand they were following Travis' direction. Travis is a HORRIBLE representative for Home Depot and he represents the worst in customer service and not what Home Depot is known for. My guess would be this isn't their first issue with him. If you do have to shop this store, just hope you don't have to deal with Travis. Travis, at the minimum, you could've done your job. For me, I'll avoid the Hayden location and continue to shop the Tatum/Bell store as they represent everything great that Home Depot is known for!!!
