He also shared measures they've already and still plan to enact to remedy some of the issues I ran into originally. While there were some communications challenges throughout the installation process, the overall professionalism and competence of staff is very good. In my recent interactions, they have demonstrated that they do care about customer service and satisfaction. Their billing invoices are still somewhat confusing and vague, but they are working on making them better. I would like to publicly acknowledge two people on our job that went above and beyond. First was Jose who did the installation, he identified that the lines didn't have to run the attic and other site survey errors that saved us time and pain. He was personable and professional and took pride in his work. The other was Tara who assisted us in identifying and rectifying billing errors and took the time to call and discuss each of my concerns in detail.

The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.

But that was quickly forgotten thanks to the excellent follow-through. Samantha called me back and was incredibly friendly, patient, and efficient in setting up the service appointment. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Then Gerald, the technician, came out and truly impressed me. He was thorough and professional in the completion of the work. He addressed the wait due to staff training and professionally represented the company throughout. He carefully inspected everything and made sure the tank, lines, and hot tub heater hookup were all safe and working perfectly. Gerald is the perfect example of great on-site service. This crew from Duke Energy worked in the pouring rain to replace this piece of burnt wire in order to replace my electricity. I'm deeply appreciative for all their hard work as the alternative was to temporarily run wire to my home above ground and have a third party to fix the issue. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE CREW!!! Installed in December, the heater worked as intended approximately 6 times. It began to shut off immediately after ignition. After two attempts at repair, we requested a replacement of the heater/log set (February 1st 2024). The fireplace has not ignited and stayed ignited since January 31st. On each of the two repair attempts, Tyler would show us his phone with "hundreds" of unread messages. On February 14th, we had heard nothing about the order of the replacement; he stated upon responding to our text days later, that he had ordered it and would let us know when his credit card was charged. No contact. On March 1st, he stated it should be on the delivery truck and he would notify us after he checked. He also stated that we were being "mean" and that he didn't want to "make this right". Today, April 6th, we have heard nothing more from Tyler. We have a $4100 fireplace that does not work at all. Tyler has also not ordered the final permit inspection.
