Came in for lunch, and made it just in time before the lunch crowd showed up. There are so many toppings that I got overwhelmed, but they luckily have some pre-made combos to try. The buns are toasted, yum. And there are some sides (mostly variations of fries). Getting one hot dog may or may not be filling to some, but the topics do help. And if that doesn't help, the prices aren't too bad if you want more than one. I received mine to go, my partner picked it up for me. Be mindful if you do, as certain topics may make the hot dog bun soggy, which is what happened to me. I'd go back again to try in person, and was told there are hamburgers. Not many options for those that don't eat meat, that was the only downer. Great addition to the area! read more

First off, we could not tell if they were open or not because the window tint was so dark and we did not see an open sign. Turns out they were closed and we didn't realize it until we tried to open the locked door. Then the owner rushed to the locked door to let us in and insisted we were welcome to place and order. We felt terrible for arriving after hours but that was a 10 out of 10 customer service experience. They were helpful with our suggestions on what to try since it was our first time there, my kids are not hot dog fans so we were happy they had a burger option. We took our food to go because we were already there after hours. First the fries, the texture was not my favorite because I personally like a cruncher fry but the taste was wonderful and the suggested cheese sauce just made it better 9 out of 10 The cheeseburger was high quality even though my kids eat it plain. It was great and the bun was excellent. 10/10 The server suggested we try a sausage dog and I'm glad she did because it was wonderful and it is HUGE. 10/10 This place is great but the customer service puts it over the top. My husband and I came here for the first time tonight. Hubby got a Chicago-style dog and I built my own with bacon and Swiss. Service was friendly and fast. The hot dogs are huge and served on a toasted bun. The bun was amazing. Dogs are grilled and tasty. We enjoyed the food and will definitely be back! read more

There is no go-to breakfast place in Rincon for us and we have tried them all. We were excited to see Dawgs starting to offer breakfast on the weekends. I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with tots and it was delicious. My wife got one of the specialty breakfast sandwich and she loved it too. Tots were nice and crispy. Lovely, locally owned spot. They serve hotdogs and sausage dogs along with a few burgers. This was my first visit and i was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff (owners?) that were warm and gave the small town feel. I was told that every side is made fresh in house and I could tell. The fries were fresh with a crunchy outside and soft potato in the middle that came topped with "dawg sauce" and cheese. The sausage dog had a nice bite that was full of flavor. I was checked on a couple times by staff to make sure there was nothing I needed. You just can't beat the kindness of a small town place. I can't wait to return and try other things!!! read more

Ok, I'm retracting my previous review because I was a little hangry and impatient. I didn't think about how long it would take to cook that big ole thing. The sausage dog rocked. Go there, just be patient while they cook your food fresh. read more

Okay just a few things that can be easily fixed, so it's not a big problem. 1. The prices. Everything is just a little pricy. Came as a party of three, paid fifty dollars. I did see the owner say that they were working on that though, so it's okay. 2. The seating. There were only a few tables in there, and each table usually only had 2-3 chairs. It may have been because of people moving them. All of the tables but one were taken, and it was a table of two. Two parents and two kids walked in. They ordered, and the kids did not want to sit in the same chair. Both of the kids sat and the parents stood. Other than that, it's fine. read more

I so badly wanted to love this place. The inside is nice. A cool spot I could take my daughter to and hang out to eat. The hotdog and hamburger itself were pretty good. Unfortunately, the fries and toppings were lackluster. The cheese sauce was awful, no flavor whatsoever. The chili wasn't any better. I was upset I wasted so much money on the toppings. The coleslaw for my slaw dog was ok, but a bit too much vinegar. It ended up being pretty pricey. $43 for 2 hotdogs, 2 chili cheese fries, and a hamburger. My 8 year old daughter said she didn't want to go back, because of the cheese sauce. I might go back just for a plain hotdog or hamburger but nothing else. Which is why I gave at least 2 stars. read more

First time in the place - kinda neat place. Not really sure where to go, so I asked for a menu. While I was looking at the menu, I was approached by someone I presumed was the owner or manager. She explained the menu & we got into a conversation about Chicago dogs, as I was born & raised there and enjoy a good dog "dragged through the garden". I asked if she used authentic Vienna beef hot dogs, steamed poppy seed buns, & the bright green relish, to which she replied "no" and explained why. I went ahead and ordered the Chicago dog, even though it was not authentic. While the ingredients were all there, it was not a Chicago dog, but a fair replication of one. So glad that this is now open! I wish I would have gotten pictures but my family ate everything before I could! The cheese and chili fries were delicious and the fries taste fresh and homemade. Our kids got hot dogs with cheese sauce and bacon and loved them (they are very picky). I had a sausage dog with sauerkraut and the sauerkraut reminded me of my families up north. Literally just left after the only high chair was yanked out of my hands by waitress. Girl stated the last kid in it was sick. I had to ask if we could just sanitize it and she only said "no". I then asked "So, there is no where we can sit?" and the reply was only "no, sorry." So my family and I left... not in the business of begging to eat at a restaurant.. Four tables inside were empty but not wiped down, very unwelcoming feel. Won't be back. *I know the bleaching/cleaning procedure, I wasn't approaching *that* clearly marked table, the line wasn't that long, and lack of communication may be better suited...I never mentioned anyone should be reprimanded- but a hard no when asking for alternative seating would make anyone feel unwelcome.
