Pepperoni and olive pizza MammaMia !!

Quality has no competition. I've been to hundreds of pizza places throughout the tri-state area. I am not sure why but this guy makes the best pie. Must be the crust! Pizza lust!

Super friendly staff a very yummy fresh food made in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

Half pepperoni half cheese for the littles! They loved it! We did too ;)

This place is great! We wanted to try a new place in town and these guys did NOT disappoint. We can be picky pizza eaters and this place delivered. Their crust was nice and crispy but stuff soft, the sauce has good flavor and wasn't bland. The toppings were full of flavor and the cheese wasn't overwhelming. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of the menu. Thanks so much!!!

DB's never disappoints, a hidden gem locally. Pizzas and subs always great. Unassuming place, but very good, nice people.

Escorted into the bar area, we chose a Counter style booth right next to the wood-burning stove. I found the additional warmth & cozy surroundings to be just terrific. That night, there was a jazz trio playing, and it added a real sense of flare to the place. My guest and I shared eggplant fries that were lightly coated & crisp absolutely delicious! For dinner he ordered a Caesar salad and lasagna and devoured every bit. I enjoyed the braised beef short ribs, which were tender, served with a rich velvety sauce & mashed potatoes. We added a side of roasted Brussel sprouts that were yummy! (though a bit over salted) Crispy cannolis with homemade ricotta filling were taken home to spoil our kiddos! Our waitress SUE was an attentive and thoughtful, lovely person!

I think I'm going to add it to my calamari now! The kids chicken cutlet meal with fresh cut fries were amazing! The three of us ate the fries and still took the rest to go. Chicken cutlet was thin, crispy and moist inside. We always get the same pizzas wherever we go. Naturally, it makes comparing different restaurants on a good baseline. We got a large NY style (thin crust) pepperoni with half sausage. I'm not a huge sausage fan but my boys are. However, this crumbled sausage was delicious. The pizza is put into a wood fire pizza oven, crust was perfect; thin and cooked well but not burnt. The undercarriage held its shape with a nice bite and crunch! I had to finish off the meal with a Nutella pizza and I have zero regrets. A thin pizza crust with decadent Nutella spread all over it and sprinkled with crushed hazelnuts ended the meal perfectly. Ambiance and decor is modern and beautiful, family friendly and the staff is fantastic! I can't wait to go back and try other types of pizza. They offer Neapolitan, Grandma's and NY; not to mention other foods as well. Ciao!

Love that they have several choices for pizza by the slice as we weren't looking for a whole pie and didn't need the leftovers. We took it to-go so no pictures. I had the meat lovers and it was easy to tell that they use good quality meats. It was not very greasy considering the amount of fat laden meat it had on it, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the little sausages. My kid had a few slices of NY style roni and it was truly reminiscent of NY pizza. He really liked it and although just a kid, he's had many different pizzas over the years. I would 100% go back if I was ever in the area again.

I ordered the NY thin crust cheese with a side of "grated cheese" right there should've been my first indication that they are not New Yorkers. It should be called cold cheese, and it should be shredded mozzarella, not dried flaky Parmesan. I will say the pizza is VERY GOOD. Idk if it's giving me NY but it does remind me very much of Pier pizza which use to be in this location a longggg time ago. Either way pizza is excellent but def get rid of the grated parm and get some cold cheese! Then you can call really call it a NY slice! Will order again!

We walked in for a late lunch and sat at the bar. I love the interior of the space. The pizza oven built of pizza stones is an eyecatcher but if you look around, you'll catch all kinds of fun decor choices throughout the space Our bartender was a gem. She was busy working on side work but she always kept an ear towards us so when we were ready, so was she. A sign of a real professional. We ordered some margaritas, the calamari and a small Powerslide pizza. Before long, she was setting everything down in front of us and we dug right in I was able to sample this pizza before at our National Pizza Day event last month so I was eager to snag a slice the moment it appeared before us. Sausage, caramelized onions, garlic and goat cheese. Yes, please. The combination of toppings with their dough as a base, with the bit of char from the wood fired oven? Divine. The calamari was excellent as well, fried perfectly (and if you know anything about me, I'm a bit particular about seafood). The peppers and olives were classic, well-prepared additions to the dish. And with the drizzle of balsamic, provided the extra acidity that I love on my seafood. And WHEN (not if) you swing by, if you drink make sure you order a cocktail. I've had an espresso martini before and now this time a margarita and every time they knock it out of the park! Loads of flavor options as well so you will find something you love, guaranteed. Summer is coming, so head down to the beach now before it gets too crazy and get one of the best pizzas in South County!

I got there around 11am but they still had a wide selection of calzones, pastries and pizza available. The ladies working the counter were very nice and quick as well. Before long I had my pizza strip and zeppole, and was on my way. The pizza strip at first was sweet. Almost too sweet for me, but as I continued, the sweetness faded into balance with the crust and became quite enjoyable. It wasn't long before I polished it off. It is a softer strip, with a good amount of sauce on top. The zeppole was wonderful. The whipped cream was soft and pillowy inside delicate pastry. All of it was light as air and it was a struggle to stop at the hallway mark! But I had to save room for the lunch meeting so I forced myself to quit... For now! We honestly couldn't have asked for better staff interaction. Everyone was friendly, personal and genuinely cared about our time there! Also hats off to the chef! Jared told us he was the best and I can agree! This was quite possibly one of the best meals I've had all year! We shared a special of the night ( goat cheese, beets, peaches and hot honey) and the salad that is set to be a new menu item. Everything was locally sourced and these dishes were a 10/10! It was hard to choose and entree so Emily C and I split the cod and the steak sirloin. The cod was to die for. The best I've ever had. The sirloin was chefs kiss and the sauce and asparagus it paired with (and potatoes too) were all out of this world! While i was already full, the dessert menu is a must. The only thing that didn't quite land for me was the vanilla gelato dessert because it was drizzled with some type of oil (most likely olive oil).
