We recently visited relatives in Granada Hills and came across DC Donut Café. We loved the experience and went there almost every day for breakfast while we were there. My daughter is a supper picky eater and she loved their Chicken Quesadilla with added avocado (#30) and the Caramel Frappuccino (D12). My daughter ordered the same thing every day and by the 3rd day they jokingly called her D12. My favorites are the Croissant with Egg, Cheese, Spinach with added avocado and the freshly pressed green juice (I think it has spinach, kale, green apple, celery, etc. all the good stuffs). The service was super fast and friendly. The portion is huge and everything tasted so fresh. We were usually there around 9 AM so it's probably passed the rush breakfast hours and we usually got our foods in 5 min. They also have a few small tables if you want to eat there. You can also order it from GrubHub, DoorDash or UberEat. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you check it out. read more

DC Donut Cafe on Chatsworth is my go-to donut spot in the valley. I bought donuts for work and was told "No one eats donuts here," but if it's DC Donuts, apparently that rule doesn't apply; if I bring donuts in from DC, they are gone by noon, 1pm at the latest. They don't have a huge selection of donuts, but their stock is fresh, classic and exceptional. I love their crumb-topped old fashioned and their chocolate frosting on chocolate cake with coconut. All their donuts are great. All the servers are great. read more

I'm so glad this came up on Postmates! I ordered a ham and cheese for my son, and a roast beef, eggs and cheese croissant and a Vietnamese iced coffee for myself. I always rode by and saw the sign on the side of the building and finally decided to go in. I had a bacon egg and cheese croissant and the matcha slushy and they were both delicious. It was so good me and my mother decided to go again the next day. The donuts are delicious, the croissants are PERFECT so perfect it's insane, the coffee is AMAZING too. The ingredients they use to make the sandwiches are fresh and the fresh juices they have are really good too. The business owners and employees are so kind and welcoming, the business is very clean and decorated nicely. If you were ever curious about going here don't hesitate because it's so worth it. My mother and I woke up very early to come try this new place out. When we pulled into the parking lot there was a man, servicing himself right out front. I didn't know what to do so I pulled into the Walgreens parking lot across the road and called the non emergency LAPD number, since it was so early they were closed. I decided to call the DC Donut Cafe, to let them know. As I watched one of the owners came outside gave the man donuts and coffee and politely asked him to leave. I watched from across the street to make sure I could call 911 if something happened. The gesture from the owner was empathetic and so nice, especially because of what he was doing out there. We came back and the shop owner walked out to greet us, and walk us in for our safety. Then service was excellent!! Great donuts, yummy boba, and every single employee was kind and generous! They even gave us a couple extra donuts! Then the owner walked us out at the end for our safety once again. This will absolutely be the only donut place I will continue to go to!! read more
