We inspected the color together, selected keepers and losers from the varied boards, decided which areas and rooms to choose our favorite boards for.. Juan did much behind the scenes such as meticulous moisture testing, moisture barrier placement to make sure our product would look good long term, not just right after install. He also gracefully handled many unexpected challenges such as manufacturer defects which required a large delayed re-shipment. He stepped up to help us over the hurdle, taking delivery into his own hands to take some time off the schedule. He even helped calm a neighbor who had been upset about unrelated aspects of our general construction project. Juan and his whole crew couldn't be nicer guys, and they are all true professionals that inspire confidence easily. I would definitely hire Navarro Flooring again.

The entire living area and hallway were redone to the thresholds of the other rooms. This meant lacing in the new wood flooring to the old wood flooring, including around the kitchen island. Very bad experience…read more Floortex sent a very unprofessional installer who did a poor job and took a very long time. The Floortex salesman refused to correct the poor installation, and complained loudly and rudely that he was losing money on the deal. He offered to rip out the carpet and let me forfeit my deposit as his only remedy. The carpet was not set flush against the walls, and the pattern did not match where the seams were sewn together. The installer, who was in very poor health, took over twelve hours to complete a very small bedroom and short hallway. Now I'm stuck with expensive, poorly installed carpet and an an angry carpet salesman.
