Cannot say enough nice things about Javier and his crew. I would hope my contracting crew comes off this good. We had a very overgrown house, many years/decades. The bushes, hedges, and mainly the 100+ foot trees needed some serious work. They handled it great and took care of the neighbors properties too. I didn't have to walk through it all each day, it just got done and done to what I think is the right way. They put plywood where it's necessary to protect things and are careful when limbs drop. You can't even tell that they were here besides the yard, trees, and the property, looking great. It was a multiple day job, each day they all were nice, worked hard, and got it done efficiently. Everything they cut looks natural and not just trimmed without care like our other guys, it seemed very selective and not willy nilly. They all went above and beyond what we expected. They were not the cheapest option, but Javier seemed knowledgable, trustworthy, and like he could handle the job from the get go and estimate. They weren't that far out from the cheap guys either, definitely more, but I am so glad I chose this company vs just the cheapest. Other crews have "botched" it before and I don't think we will do that anymore. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

With the delays of the city over the past year, the city would not accept the "aged" report and asked for a new one. When we called James and asked him to revisit the site and update the report, he claimed that it would cost about the same as the original report. Alt nothing has changed at the property, while waiting for permits from the city, James said it would take even longer to issue a report as he would have to explain any changes from the first report (although the city refused the original report and NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON THE PROPERTY) We decided to reach out to other companies for a competitive price and obtained a price for a totally new report nearly 65% of-this company's price. Now remember, there is no issue of quality of the report as both companies just issue a report on the trees on s and there is no "good" or "bad" repor and hardly any justification for the inflated price and same price for updating the report. Anyway, the conversation with James was far from "giving a dam" about a customer; we paid him over $3k for the report and will now have to pay a little over $2k for a brand new one. Either way, I would never use their services again and suggest that you do the same.

Diego and his crew did an amazing job removing an overgrown bush and 2 smaller bushes in the front of my house. Some of the weeds in the yard were hand pulled so as not to disturb a few surrounding flowers in the yard. I was pleasantly surprised that they went ahead and trimmed some overgrown vines in the back of my shed in the backyard but did not charge me for that extra work. Diego was very pleasant to deal with and their prices for the work done is very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs their yard maintained. De Leon has done my weekly maintenance and special projects for about two years now. They are the best I've ever had and are very responsive to my requests. They just finished moving several large valuable succulents very carefully. Over a year ago Angel encouraged me to prune my very large Aleppo pine and other trees. One of the trees they had had a large fungus growth on it, Juan point blank said "don't worry about that" and kicked it off the base of the tree. Obviously, I believed him... until ~6 mo later when a landscaper noticed it and next thing the city comes out and declared the tree diseased to the point it had to be removed. So either he was wrong about it being benign or lied about it and took our money to trim it anyway. You decide which is worse. 2. The second tree they trimmed came down in the rain last week, having obviously been left so imbalanced (and it lay on a hill) that it just toppled under its own weight. It's incredibly sad to lose giant beautiful trees like this, and we learned the hard way that taking care of them should not be entrusted to just anyone.
