Really pricey and the cheesecake is rich but far too rich at almost $10 per slice. Very bougie spot and the service was alright. Reminds me of Genova Bakery in Stockton CA but not as home feeling

Yup... still love this place for their cookies and frittata. The deli counter can be a little slow at times, but overall, a great place to find some goodies for the road.

a "half sandwich" with about a tablespoon of tuna salad. Not even enough to spread over the piece of bread.

Charming shop, very pleasant people, but the "half-sandwich" I bought was terrible. For $7.99 there was at most one tablespoon of tuna salad, a couple slices of tomato and a bit of lettuce. Could be the worst sandwich I ever had. Very disappointing as I wanted to love this place.

Cutie little store/sandwich shop with all your Italian goodies plus lots of vino. Service was super friendly. We came here after hiking & wanted a deli sandwich & came across this place on Yelp. Hubby loves anything Italian & thought the sandwich was legit. I give it a 4/5 only bc I thought it was too thick for my liking & was hard to eat as it kept falling apart. There were too many layers of meat & made it taste a bit salty. Other than that, it wasn't bad. I would give this place another try in the future if I'm in the area

I mentioned we were staying for a few days next door almost, and then asked about craft beer singles- a few were some months past their "Best Before" date, but I wanted to try them anyways. I asked if there was anything he could do for me if they didn't turn out to taste good (usually when I've had this issue I at least am offered a steep discount- they aren't even supposed to sell them almost 6 months past this date because they might've spoiled which would reflect bad on the producer. They were 19.2 oz singles priced 3.89$ each ("Firestone Mind Haze Galaxy Bender") and I wanted to try them before leaving the area to go home to a small community where I can't get beer like these- I knew the risk I was taking and was prepared for that. He said "they're fine" and that all sales were final, then rang up the total (27.72$) and I gave him the 25$ I had out (I'd already decided I didn't want to use my cards at this place, because it was small and sketchy looking and I hate having my info jacked) and dug out the last 2$ in my wallet, and looked in it for change (finding a couple quarters). I said it was all I had and he said I'd need to charge .72$ to my card (ignoring the quarters I'd found, but taking the last 2 one dollar bills I had), and added "plus 59 cents fee for being out of money" (no mention of an ATM, not that there was one, or I was interested right then- I had more cash right back in the Airbnb we were staying in). I told him I wasn't going to do that, and asked for my cash back and told him I'd be right back with the rest. He stared at me, nudged my items closer, but when I tried to reach for them he said "not your items until paid for in full". I told him clearly I'm not going to use a card here, and I need my cash back so I can come back with another dollar, and he just stared. I thought he didn't understand, but then he said "ok cheapskate" and lifted his hand from the beer and bag of stuff, and I lifted them and asked if I could leave and come back with a dollar. He said leave. I walked back and got exactly 79 cents together and left it on the counter on the way back by a few minutes later (didn't say anything, and he didn't either). The beers were not good too- definitely spoiled. TLDR- rude owner, expired beer, expensive prices and you get treated really poorly if you want to ask questions or even look at products.

It was supposed to be a quick stop, more of a grab a snack and get out situation, and somehow I ended up just walking around impressed. This is hands down one of the nicest and largest Food 4 Less locations I've ever been to. Everything felt open, well stocked, and surprisingly calm. Coming from LA, this location felt like it was kind of in the middle of nowhere compared to what I'm used to, but that actually made the experience better. It felt less chaotic, less rushed, and honestly refreshing. I kept thinking how lucky the people who live nearby are to have this as their go to grocery store. The aisles were wide, the layout made sense, and nothing felt picked over or messy. It's one of those places where you don't feel stressed shopping, which says a lot for a grocery store. What really got me was how what started as a quick errand turned into an easy snack run plus browsing. It was clean, organized, and just overall a pleasant place to be. Sometimes you forget how much environment matters until you walk into a store like this and realize how smooth everything feels. If this were closer to me, I'd absolutely come here more often. Easily five stars for being efficient, spacious, and unexpectedly impressive.
