Very cute coffee shop located walking distance from liberty park. The inside is adorable and has a little shopping area with such cute stuff for safe. I ordered an iced tiramisu latte and it was sooo good. More on the sweet side and I loved the to-go cup that it came in! They have seating options inside and outside. The barista was super friendly and my coffee came out quick!

This is seriously the CUTEST coffee shop in the 9th & 9th area. I'm so lucky that I stumbled on it by accident. I found myself with some time to kill before an appointment nearby and I enjoyed browsing through their selection of upscale, well-curated gifts. Then I settled in with a delicious chai latte and a piece of amazing chocolate. The folks who run this shop are so kind and enthusiastic about their business. Just the kind of people I love to see making their dreams come true and sharing their passion with the rest of us.

Food Quality: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Don't skip on: The Tiramisu Latte Wow! This is one of the cutest coffee shops ever! We stopped here in search of an afternoon pick-me-up and it did not disappoint! The cafe has "Dear Coco" on all its branding, but after talking to one of the employees, I found out that this will soon be changing to Better than Coco soon due to needed re-brand. The cafe will have all the same delicious drinks and fancy Belgian chocolates (which are incredible!!) I ordered the tiramisu latte and it came in a cute plastic "can" that was sealed on the spot. The callebaut chocolate adds such a rich flavor to the lattes without being too sweet - so good! I can't wait to go back and more of their menu! The staff were very welcoming and really knew their products and could answer any question I had about their drinks and chocolate. They also had a section dedicated to small gifts both food and non food items. Go check it out!

The staff was so friendly and it was so beautiful inside. Definitely coming back. Try their vegan chocolate cake.

Very cute and lots of interesting tropical coffee and tea offerings. The shop would be a perfect place to stop in for purchasing gifts. I just sampled the manuka hand cream and was just blown away with the rich honey smell. It's close to Liberty Park so was perfect to start a friend date. I think there were maybe 2 or 3 tables so wouldn't necessarily suggest here for hunkering down for hours as a digital nomad. However, the pink feather lamps absolutely do make for a fun vibe to sit, sip and gab.

such a cute new spot in a busy and eclectic neighborhood. I love their artisan chocolates, a beautiful gift for any occasion!

This shop is in the transition from Dear Coco to Better Than Coco. It's a fun shop that has plenty of seating and a local market of trinkets and snacks. It's one of those places that you can roam around on a cold day while drinking a hot drink. The staff is friendly and the orders come out pretty quick. I stopped in after walking around Liberty Park and it made a perfect end to the after noon. The drinks were great and I would definitely stop in again.

Absolutely amazing! Coffee, chocolate and artisanal finds. Services great and this coffee was even better! I'm always a fan of trying seasonal or specialty flavors and I couldn't recommend that tiramisu latte enough. Also obsessed with the presentation. Coffee in a can? Genius!

The frozen hot chocolate was so delicious!! Their coffees looked so pretty, we will have to go back and try them. Chocolates and pastries were yummy. The guy working was so so nice to everyone! The gift shop had really cute items as well. Such a cute new spot :-)

Great place to enjoy the best velvety tasty hot chocolate in town. Not just aesthetically pleasing but also the owners put a lot of effort into the quality of their hot chocolate and all the products inside. It's hard to find a place that has both ambience and quality drinks. Good for families and date nights. Can't wait to return!

Don't walk, RUN to Dear Coco! My fiancé and I tried their hot coco, caramel latte and belgian chocolates in the flavor of double milk. Everything was so flavorful and delicious! Their shop is super cute inside with lots of menu options, and the owner was so polite and friendly! If you don't try their hot coco, you're seriously missing out. I've never had a hot coco better than theirs and I order hot coco all of the time. You can really taste the quality of chocolate that they use and I would order it every day if I could! This will for sure be our first stop when visiting Utah again! Please open a shop in California!

Such a cute and inviting environment with incredible coffee and chocolates. We don't live close but will still make a point to visit often.

This place has quickly become a staple every time I am in SLC and with a seasonal rotating menu, plus all the normal coffee shop classics, there's something for everyone. Matcha is great, chai is solid, coffee is great and they even have a decent selection of other teas. Don't even get me started on the assortment of breakfast foods and pastries (wonderful)! Their sourdough toast is a must and boasts an array of fresh toppings to choose from that anyone can find something they'll like. Price is average. Service is quick and friendly. Presentation is nice-enough (nothing to gawk at). There are minimal outlets but lots of seating indoor and outdoor, but there is seemingly always a line so that must mean the locals love it too. I'd come early! Oh! They also have a board full of community events and a local artist sticker machine which makes me excited every time I'm in town. For this visit, I got an iced oat banana matcha and a sourdough slice w ricotta and seasonal berries. The matcha was buttery and smooth, well mixed, and lightly sweet. You can definitely taste the banana but it is minimal, which I like. The toast came warm and soft and crispy in all the right places. Blackberries and blueberries were juicy and complimented the cheese/bread nicely. The honey added the softest sweetness, tying it all together.

I spoke to the gentleman who took my order and he raved about the cake, stated it was a shame they only made it once a year, etc. - all this to say, I certainly ordered and paid for the special cake. Flash forward to today when I break open the box to dish out the cake. It's not the cake. It's an olive oil cake, which is fine if you like it, my mother does not. Was Mother's Day ruined, no. But paying 50.00 dollars and driving to order the cake, then days later driving to pick up the cake, only for them to give me a cake you can literally get everyday is just wrong. So very saddened by this.

We ordered a few drinks to go on a Sunday before hitting up the NHM. I ordered an ube latte and their juice drink special (sparkling water, local orange juice and mango syrup) for our daughter while my husband ordered a cortado. I wasn't too impressed by the ube latte. I must have misread what was in the drink because I was drinking crumbled ube cookies and the drink was just a little too sweet for me. My husband thought his cortado was more of cappuccino because of how much milk was in it. I thought the juice special was good and my daughter enjoyed it. We'll swing by again, especially for those delicious looking pastries!
