    Re-used hotsauce bottle.

Service is great. Put the Jelly.. mixed fruit jelly, back on the tables and change out these nasty hot-sauce bottles. It wont affect your bottom line too much I promise. The new ownership is showing a little bit.

Chili and perfectly fried onion rings and all they're thoughtful fixings for it

I was craving an omelette this morning and not all places actually know how to make it the right way sadly. i.e mixing the omelette veggies and meats into the egg creating a egg pizza that's overall dry and stuff lodged in it, yuck! But not hereeee ! I ordered a western with chili and onion rings and it was all perfect, and very quickly prepared. They're also so courteous and thoughtful with bagging your food. They made sure all items were in the bag including sauces jellies, S&P, and silverware and some take home menus. NOT what you get at an L George's usually. Most L George's I've been to have been filthy, rude, aggressive and disrespectful, I once saw the cook in the back with a cigarette in his mouth at the Redford location, not even kidding, how gross I couldn't order anything after that. Sorry not sorry , L George's YOU SUCK. The Lady who took my order Over the phone today was very nice and did everything right. I love that they're so close and convenient to me. Definitely recommend them over anyone else around here! Don't waste your money elsewhere they definitely deserve it more especially in times likes these, support the GOOD small business around here! I will be coming back for more in the future.

    Wtf is that

Nasty, I called to get 12 sliders and this is what they gave me on dinner rolls...no sauce for cheesestix, nothing.

*Service was really nice. *we both shared an Opa and it was really yummy. *my husband loved the fries. They were cooked right. *he got a grilled chicken pita and according to him it was really good. *i had the Dearborn cheeseburger and I think it was great for the price . We moved to dearborn heights and we were so used to dulys in Detroit and I wanna say this is so close to it. We can't wait to have breakfast here !

    Best breakfast ever!

This is hands-down the best breakfast I've ever eaten. Ever. Seriously. Jacob and I have been about 5 times since we moved into Dearborn. The first time we went, we both ordered the French toast special. This menu mainstay includes two pieces of the most deliciously cooked French toast and two of each of the following (!!!): eggs, fresh bacon, seasoned sausage links and tender ham. This is such a HUGE breakfast for the reasonable price of $4.95. My favorite thing about this place? Not the crazy amount of food I get for basically nothing. Not even the fact that I think the French toast is infused with crack because I can't get enough of it... It's the consistency! Each time I've visited, I've ordered the exact same thing, and it's ALWAYS good. I've never had to send anything back, or complain to the waitress about something not being very good. That speaks volumes to me as a customer. Try this place... try their French toast special. It's simply amazing... I can't say anything better about the breakfast this restaurant serves. As an added bonus, the waitresses and cooks are very friendly and attentive. I just love this place!

Cute diner with booths around the periphery

Coming from Ann Arbor, I wanted to stop by a breakfast diner before heading to the Henry Ford Museum. After looking at reviews for nearby diners including Romulus, Adam's, Bob Evan's, Sunny's, I decided to choose Dearborn Coney Island Restaurant. ATMOSPHERE: 4 stars It was a Saturday morning and when I arrived, parking was plentiful. Upon entering I snagged myself a booth. The place felt like a mom and pop and operated like mom and pop. The lady who took my order seems to be the owner because the groups of customers who seemed to be regulars called her by name although I couldn't hear what her name was. She was very friendly as were all the other staff. The place reminded me of a 50's diner/green fused diner. Regardless the place was clean cozy. There were booths for up to 4 people, tables, and counter seats. FOOD: 4 stars Menu was pretty extensive. I was deciding between the omelettes, french toast, and one of the hungry man's breakfast but in the end, I decided to get the corned beef hash with 2 eggs, toast and jelly for $6.25. The food came out fairly quick and just the way I wanted it. Eggs were cooked over medium and the corned beef hash wasn't too salty. It was just perfectly savory. The rye toast was actually really good. I usually never eat my toast but those toasts were awesome! I felt like it was a lot of food for me to eat at one sitting but I am excited to eat the leftovers for later after all that walking at the museum. While eating, the server will put your check on your table and after you are finished, you can bring it to the counter to pay and go. OVERALL: 4 stars I think this is a great diner to stop by for some great food for a great price. I think I saw that this is open 24 hours and that breakfast is served all day. If i lived nearby I'd probably choose to come here more often. Thanks for a great breakfast Dearborn coney island restaurant!

THE, not to be tampered with, Coney Island Hot Dog.

How could you not come in to dine at a Coney Island when visiting the greater Detroit area? Sacrilege, I say! That would be like going to Texas without eating beef or going to New England without eating "lobstah" or "chowdah"! This particular Coney Island, in Dearborn, did not disappoint at all. In fact, I wished that I would've been able to stay in town a little bit longer just so I could have the excuse to dine here again. These "old school" diners are getting harder and harder to find across the country. It really is a shame. Anyways, if chili and cheese are your friends (like they are mine), you'll love it here. Those two food items are found throughout the menu. Whether they're smothering French fries or a hot dog (with mustard, of course!), your tastebuds will be happy. The flavors were excellent, and the price was reasonable. Good ol' comfort food. As far as I know, this location is open 24/7 and they even accept credit card.

Dellah Coffee & Brunch House is a not-so-hidden gem in Dearborn, MI, serving Yemeni-American food…read moreto the large Arab population in Dearborn as well as to tourists like my boyfriend and I. Dellah is located on a mixed residential and commercial street with plenty of parking nearby. We chose to eat lunch here in June 2026 since it wasn't too far from our hotel and we saw that they had outdoor seating - important since we had my little dog with us. The place was very busy but since we were eating outside, we had no wait and we were waited upon promptly. There are a LOT of American choices on here (like sugary pancakes) but a third of the menu consists of Yemeni food. I got a traditional Yemeni tea ($4.50) and my boyfriend sipped on a smooth matcha latte ($6.50). We had a big breakfast that morning, so we chose to just share the lahm sighar ($20), which comes with a piece of khuba bread, and also order an additional khuba bread ($2). About 15 minutes later, our food was ready and after taking the necessary pictures, we dug in! Needless to say, the extra bread was not necessary. I don't know what we were thinking but we assumed a piece of khuba was small. Nope! Each piece is the size of my 17-inch computer. Anyway, we used bits of the khuba as silverware to pick up the deliciously tender lahm sighar, something I saw others do when I went inside to use the bathroom and nosily looked around. I must mention that the BATHROOM HAS A BIDET. I REPEAT. BATHROOM HAS A BIDET!!!! Hehe :) seeing it just made me happy lol. So anyway, I saw that the coffee section of Dellah is set up inside like a traditional coffee shop where you can grab and go some coffee, tea, and pastries if you'd like. I did grab my bf, dog, and I some water from the coffee counter, which is self-service. We didn't leave a crumb behind and loved our food here. I would happily come back again! There is a 3% card surcharge fee so I paid the bill with cash, which came out to about 45 dollars after tax and tip. A little pricey, thanks to our expensive drinks, but so yummy!

I came here with our team. There was 10 of us in our party…read more Not sure whose idea among the Dellah staff thought it was a good idea to squeeze so many guys and me at two small tables by the door. This was an awful table to be at in here. We hardly had elbow room or table space, especially after the giant platter sized bread was out with all of the breakfast/ brunch items for half of the table. I ordered the Fazolia. Everyone else got omelets, burgers or wrap items. Yes, a couple of team members weren't keen on ordering Fasolia with scrambled eggs, large Greek salad, 2 lahm sighar (one with potato and one quit eggs), 2 smashed burger, Yemeni scrambled eggs, chicken fajita, Greek skillet, southwest skillet, chicken wrap, coffee, tea without milk, Turkish coffee, mint lemonade refresher. Every team member said their food was good. The scrambled eggs are a tad runny and looked a bit puréed. The fasolia has good flavor and even better with some heat. It came out piping hot. Without the added eggs, this dish would be woefully lacking in substance for me. I would likely still be left hungry with the beans alone, since I don't eat the bread, generally. I tried the bread to give it a go, it's good. The Greek salad is nicely plated or bowled rather. The ingredients are in separate piles and looks like a pinwheel. The red onions were crudely cut. The tomatoes looked wrinkled and not so appealing. The Greek salad was underwhelming for me. The tea doesn't taste good, definitely need some honey, sugar or the milk here, although I favor nothing in my tea.

This place is definitely worth a visit if you are ever in the Detroit area. First things first,…read morethey do not take reservations and they are always on a wait, that should tell you that they are good. We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm on a weekday. It was a Friday though around 11am and, predictably, they had a wait. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. It was totally worth the wait. Their ambiance is cute- the hallway is clean, they have bench seating and they put you on the list to get a text, so you could sit in the car if you really wanted to; we did not. They could use a foyer though. It was 22 degrees and snowing so every time the door opened we were instantly freezing. The menu is massive so if you're trying this for the first time and you're from out of town, honey bring as many friends as you can so that you guys can order everything!! Theeeee must have that I tried were the smoked wings. I have never had wings that were smoked and then fried baby they were crispy. They were seasoned to the bone and were delicious. I almost ate them all and had no room for anything else. We also did the berry pancakes which could feed 3-5 people alone; second of all, they're not overly sweet, which is why I did berries and not the peaches or anything like that; and, third of all, the pancakes are the size of your face, but they are fluffy and melt in your mouth! These were easily top two pancakes I've had in my life. We also tried the shrimp and grits, also a 10/10. A generous portion of shrimp, not overcooked and the sauce was bomb. They do put bacon on it if you're not a bacon eater pay attention. I tasted around it anyways but yes, we also tried a vegetarian omelette with home fries. This was just a 7/10 but probably because we only ever tasted it reheated because we were too full to touch it. It was 3 entrees and an appetizer and was definitely enough food to feed a family of seven. This is a must visit place, so if you are in the area and have never been: make time!!!! And take some friends. Each plate is a day's worth of calories!

Theirs are more like a fried croissant, which isn't bad at all. Theirs flavors added with the dipping sauce was great. Their breakfast portions are no complaint. They are most definitely shareable sizes. I ordered a southwest skillet (just some things out) and I loved it. The shrimp and grits were really good too. Service was nice and everyone in the restaurant worked as a team. It was also very clean in the inside. Prices were very reasonable as well. I will gladly give them my business again.

The place was bustling and I managed to snag one of the last open tables. Fatteh with meat- For the uninitiated, this is akin to a parfait of pure deliciousness. It's a dish constructed in layers, with fried khubz (fried pita chips), meat, toasted nuts, pomagranate ariels, yoghurt, whole tender chickpeas, and hummus. This time, the pita chips were sogy and not crunchy even though we dug in immediately. Otherwise, this dish was flawless. The large size is huge and enough for four people to share. 6 Falafel- They come drizzled with tahini and a touch of spice. They are tender and moist inside, and the outside is fried so that somehow it's maximally crispy without lacerating the inside of your mouth. It's flavorful enough to eat by itself, or dipped in the sauce it comes with or any of the other dips you order. Hummus- This is smooth and topped with whole, tender chickpeas nested in the middle, and a sprinkle of dried herbs. There's not a lot of olive oil that comes with the dish, but there's olive oil provided at the table to help with adjusting the consistency if you desire. This was the perfect consistency and delicious overall. If this was the only hummus available to me for the rest of my life, I would be happy. The bread is commercial pita bread wrapped in a basket at the table, and they give you the usual assortment of vegetables (sliced tomato, onion, pickles, etc) on a plate as well to enjoy with your meal.
