I placed an to-go here while I was on break from work. The service was great and fast. My food was ready in about 6 minutes. I ordered a regular breakfast with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and wheat toast and they were so nice to make into a breakfast sandwich for me. I appreciated that. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area. Check them out food was great.

It's so hard to find a proper Club Sandwich that I grew up on, Sami's has it. Proper Club Sandwich is Ham Turkey Bacon Mater's with Lettuce, most places leave out the damn Ham. This place has the regular Club or for a buck more a proper Club both on the menu. Every meal here is under $10 a great reason we visit often. Just look at the Chicken Kabob Dinner $9.95 it's outstanding Delicious . We shared a bowl of a fantastic Split Pea Soup WOWED. A order of Sami's Fries topped with Loose Burger, Bacon and Chili OMG a must order perfect for sharing. Today is National Sandwich Day 2023, YES tho Club Sandwich qualifies as perfect choice on this special day. Eat on the super cheap Sami's on Eureka a past Telegraph Taylor Mi. #samisconeyisland #nationalsandwhichday #clubsandwich #chickenkabobs #lentilssoup #loadedfries #lowprices #downriverfriendseat

Really good service, family oriented atmosphere. Soups are very good along with the omelettes and country fried steak but the burger was very lack luster it wasn't juicy and it tasted like it was one of those premade/shaped burgers you can buy 30 pack of at a time

The staff was very busy but barely anyone here but it was still pretty quick service, I had a New York Coney Dog and the Coney Island special, and the chili cheese fries. The Coney Island special had ground beef in it which was delicious and the New York dog had Sauer kraft on it which was delicious and the cheese fries used Nacho Cheese, everything was really good and I would definitely go back there again.

This was an awful table to be at in here. We hardly had elbow room or table space, especially after the giant platter sized bread was out with all of the breakfast/ brunch items for half of the table. I ordered the Fazolia. Everyone else got omelets, burgers or wrap items. Yes, a couple of team members weren't keen on ordering Fasolia with scrambled eggs, large Greek salad, 2 lahm sighar (one with potato and one quit eggs), 2 smashed burger, Yemeni scrambled eggs, chicken fajita, Greek skillet, southwest skillet, chicken wrap, coffee, tea without milk, Turkish coffee, mint lemonade refresher. Every team member said their food was good. The scrambled eggs are a tad runny and looked a bit puréed. The fasolia has good flavor and even better with some heat. It came out piping hot. Without the added eggs, this dish would be woefully lacking in substance for me. I would likely still be left hungry with the beans alone, since I don't eat the bread, generally. I tried the bread to give it a go, it's good. The Greek salad is nicely plated or bowled rather. The ingredients are in separate piles and looks like a pinwheel. The red onions were crudely cut. The tomatoes looked wrinkled and not so appealing. The Greek salad was underwhelming for me. The tea doesn't taste good, definitely need some honey, sugar or the milk here, although I favor nothing in my tea.

This place is definitely worth a visit if you are ever in the Detroit area. First things first,…read morethey do not take reservations and they are always on a wait, that should tell you that they are good. We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm on a weekday. It was a Friday though around 11am and, predictably, they had a wait. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. It was totally worth the wait. Their ambiance is cute- the hallway is clean, they have bench seating and they put you on the list to get a text, so you could sit in the car if you really wanted to; we did not. They could use a foyer though. It was 22 degrees and snowing so every time the door opened we were instantly freezing. The menu is massive so if you're trying this for the first time and you're from out of town, honey bring as many friends as you can so that you guys can order everything!! Theeeee must have that I tried were the smoked wings. I have never had wings that were smoked and then fried baby they were crispy. They were seasoned to the bone and were delicious. I almost ate them all and had no room for anything else. We also did the berry pancakes which could feed 3-5 people alone; second of all, they're not overly sweet, which is why I did berries and not the peaches or anything like that; and, third of all, the pancakes are the size of your face, but they are fluffy and melt in your mouth! These were easily top two pancakes I've had in my life. We also tried the shrimp and grits, also a 10/10. A generous portion of shrimp, not overcooked and the sauce was bomb. They do put bacon on it if you're not a bacon eater pay attention. I tasted around it anyways but yes, we also tried a vegetarian omelette with home fries. This was just a 7/10 but probably because we only ever tasted it reheated because we were too full to touch it. It was 3 entrees and an appetizer and was definitely enough food to feed a family of seven. This is a must visit place, so if you are in the area and have never been: make time!!!! And take some friends. Each plate is a day's worth of calories!

Theirs are more like a fried croissant, which isn't bad at all. Theirs flavors added with the dipping sauce was great. Their breakfast portions are no complaint. They are most definitely shareable sizes. I ordered a southwest skillet (just some things out) and I loved it. The shrimp and grits were really good too. Service was nice and everyone in the restaurant worked as a team. It was also very clean in the inside. Prices were very reasonable as well. I will gladly give them my business again.

This is a German restaurant in name only. Service was sub-par. My party sat for 10-15 minutes before water was offered. Ordered appetizers and our dinners. Dinners came first followed five minutes later by appetizers. My order of Chicken paprikash was lukewarm and I could find very little chicken in it. I was so hungry I regrettably ate it that way. Waitress never checked back if everything was ok or if we wanted another round of drinks. I generously give two stars because the Weihenstephaner Dunkel on draft is a rare find and the German egg rolls are outstanding. Other than that, our visit was sehr enttäuschend (disappointing)

The schnitzel was good, but not big enough to share. The paprikash bowl was also tasty. The German potato salad was a real standout, give it a try. Prices were reasonable.
