Maybe borderline too hot to grab, just something to note. My pad tom yum was served with fresh bean sprouts and a slice of lime, which I quickly squeezed on to the noodles. The dish was great, and while I didn't exactly taste as much tom yum flavor as I expected, I had zero complaints about the freshness of the ingredients. The pork was perfectly cooked and the noodles were springy and had a great texture. The spice level was also perfect for me. For what I paid, it was also a pretty big portion, and I had leftovers. Since it was a pretty hot afternoon, there were only a few other people at Park the Carts, which meant we had a quiet dining experience.
