That was helpful, and I appreciated him pointing it out. That being said, I specifically asked for the tire to be patched from the inside, and it was patched from the outside instead. I understand there may be different ways to address a tire, but I was very clear about what I was requesting. I was also charged $40 for the patch, which felt high compared with what I'm accustomed to paying for a basic tire patch. The only reason I went here was convenience since I work next door at the realty brokerage, and I was honestly in a desperate situation. I've had several realtors in the area tell me not to go here because they felt the shop was overpriced, so unfortunately, my experience didn't exactly change that impression. And just a little side note: please don't assume a woman doesn't know cars. I may not love dealing with tires, but I absolutely know my way around a car. I could build an engine in four hours. I just happen to not enjoy tires. As realtors, we're constantly recommending businesses and services to our clients, as well as to fellow agents. When we have a good experience, we're happy to send people your way and support local businesses. Unfortunately, based on my experience here, this isn't a place I would feel comfortable recommending. Overall, I'm glad they were able to help me when I needed it, and the gentleman who assisted me was friendly. But between the price and the fact that the repair wasn't done the way I specifically requested, I personally wouldn't return. Convenient in a pinch, but I'd look elsewhere next time.

Overcharges. And my own mechanic who sent us to him, has promised to never send any more customers to him. He saw his shabby work with the bad seals (after $5.5k expenses) and said he did a terrible job after two rounds. Like many others on here, I also brought my Audi to be serviced as the acceleration was choppy and the check engine light was on. Eddie then called me the next day informing me that while they were running tests on the car, the timing chain broke and the car was completely un-drivable. They then offered to fix it for $2,8000 and it ended up being $5,500. Upon completion, when I picked it up, it had no gas in it and a terrible leak that has since made a mess of my driveway. I called the owner and he claimed there were no leaks when they finished servicing the car, yet I noticed the leaking immediately as I got home. I took it back in to have it fixed and they informed me it had been fixed, yet the leaking has continued. Overall I feel very dissatisfied with the service I received.

I brought my car in for brakes and a cv joint replacement. The technician that took care of us…read morequoted a very good price for both jobs and assured us the work could be done in a couple of hours. He ordered the cv joint and brakes to begin the work that afternoon. I could clearly hear the clicking of the cv joint and knew what the problem was, so we left the car to be fixed. After about an hour, the technician called us and said that the issue was not our cv joint -- that he could not find any issue with it, but the brakes could still be done for the quoted price. I know for a fact that our cv joint needed replacing, but he said he'd already sent the part back -- before talking to us mind you -- and that if we still wanted him to do the work he would. At that point he'd lost all credibility with us, and I feared he would damage my car if I insisted he do the work when he did not want to. Best guess, he quoted us too low a price, put it in writing, and then backed out of the job. Very poor service. I approved the brake job, but he blatantly lied about the cv joint. My husband took him driving in the car to point out the clicking of the cv joint and the technician absolutely refused to acknowledge the sound CLEARLY coming from our tire. I would never recommend a liar to anyone. And as a side note - I felt completely disrespected as we waited. He put two ladies that were of his same ethnicity ahead of us in for service. When we came back, we found our car sitting in pieces while he was working on theirs. A job that was supposed to take a couple of hours took nearly the entire day.
