The owner Adam bought this space and turned it into a very unique horror-themed coffee shop. It's tucked in the second floor of a building on the sky bridge. There's a teenage mutant ninja turtles arcade machine and a lot of horror movie decorations. It reminded me a little bit of Six Flags haunted houses. I got an iced lavender matcha. Great wifi and chill spot to work from! Love this hole in the wall coffee spot!

Found this place hidden in one of the buildings downtown and love the theme of it! I got a matcha and it satisfied my craving. It was quiet and small (and kinda hard to find), but I loved how chill it was.

This place was a 10/10 for me; i'd go back if I lived in the area. The man who made my drink was super fast and super friendly. The drink itself was very good and all of my friends enjoyed their coffee as well. The restaurant is located in an office building kind of but it's not hard to miss. It's decorated with such cool decor & definitely gets 5 stars from me!

Amazing vibe I love all of the horror details and the themed menu items! I got a May special called The Dead Tired and it was amazing!! Adam helped me today and gave me good recommendations while I'm visiting the Dallas area and was very friendly! Wish this was where I lived

I love dropping in at Scary Good on my way to or from work for a delicious matcha latte made by a friendly face. Sometimes I'll try a pastry if I get there early enough. The spooky decor is always so fun to see, and every day I notice a different detail. Do check it out if you're ever downtown.

Oh, let's talk about the coffee, I kept it simple since it was my first time, BUT they do have a horror themed seasonal menu.

However, when I called the restaurant the nice owner asked me to describe it. He told me that I dropped it at the front door. Unfortunately, I could go back to retrieve it, because I was already at the airport. Whew! The owner told me he would mail it to my home in Georgia. Thank you all for your honesty and once again your fantastic food!

Our waiter was seemingly new at waiting tables and seemed confused and unsure when taking our order. He obviously couldn't handle a party of that size and should have had some help. When the food arrived at the table, two orders were completely incorrect and had to be sent back. When the re-made the two orders, one was incorrect a SECOND time. It seemed like their was very little communication between the waiter and the kitchen. Consequently, it took extra time for everyone to finish eating and one person's food order simply. never. arrived. After waiting we had to approach the host (the waiter wasn't around) to ask to speak to a manager. The staff then REFUSED to get a manger for us! We finally spoke to a manager who offered a 30% discount after arguing with us and telling us varying stories as to why our food didn't arrive until our party was ready to leave. Sloppy, disorganized, uncaring and boarder-line hostile staff. Our brunch outing was ruined. None of us will return. I do not recommend. Plus their tomato sauce definitely comes out of a can.

I made a reservation online in advance and put down the necessary deposit (used as in-store credit). This place is located inside of H-Mart by the food court/claw machines. Upon arrival, we checked in with the employee standing at the front oh the store entrance. She proceeded to tell me that the shop is full and they are not letting anyone else in regardless of reservation time and just stared at me. So I asked her what that means and what happens with my deposit. She said we'll have to wait and was looking at at least 35-40 minutes, I will be receiving a text when it;s my turn to get in. So we waited around and watched other people check-in and be turned away too until I started noticing some getting in that came after us. Frustrated after waiting over 50 minutes even with a reservation, I walked back up to the front and she seated us at a table inside. I asked to be seated in the train section of the pop-up because why else would anyone want to come for this. She said she could move us in there after a table cleared but we could sit at the regular table until then. I watched people leave the train tables and asked another employee if we can now move to there. She said its not allowed and those people reserved the train specifically. Which is a flat out lie considering there's only one reservation seating option available. By this point I was ready to get my merch and leave because this entire situation has been horrible. Besides the "train" there was barely any decor besides some posters on the ground and a few character cut-outs. After waiting for some time, we ordered the bento box, tumbler with drink, and a churro. Our food arrived within a reasonable time but the drink never came until my partner went to the counter to ask for it. The only positive part of this event was walking out with some Demon Slayer merch. This place is straight awful and is just scamming people honestly. I will never return to this Bearology location regardless of what type of pop-up they have and will just order the merch online if it's something I really want.

One year ago in 2024 (I write in June 2025) we had positive experiences with the food, service, and cleanliness. We became fans of La Madeline once again after a long hiatus. In 2025, the situation was different. Our silverware and dishes were not cleaned well and had residue. The wife did not enjoy her French breakfast and said it was not good quality. The croissant was greasy and heavy. My tomato soup was good (just warm, not hot though), but my grilled cheese took forever and a day to get it so that the soup was gone. I had hoped to dip the sandwich in the soup. The kid did not like her pasta and they got the order wrong. Basically, the meal was close to disaster all the way around. I think it is going to be hard to get the family to agree to return anytime soon.

It seems such a waste to let this restaurant chain get to this state. My husband loves the blueberry muffins, but all of the croissants have lost their crispiness. Today we had the spinach and Loraine quiches. The dough was thick and doughy and the quiches were not creamy or flavorful. The bread loaf we ordered, had not risen properly and was like only 2" tall. I hope the corporation that owns this chain can step up their game.
