I'd put zero stars here if I could. Came here a few days ago since they currently have a demon slayer (Mugen Train arc) pop-up event going on. I made a reservation online in advance and put down the necessary deposit (used as in-store credit). This place is located inside of H-Mart by the food court/claw machines. Upon arrival, we checked in with the employee standing at the front oh the store entrance. She proceeded to tell me that the shop is full and they are not letting anyone else in regardless of reservation time and just stared at me. So I asked her what that means and what happens with my deposit. She said we'll have to wait and was looking at at least 35-40 minutes, I will be receiving a text when it;s my turn to get in. So we waited around and watched other people check-in and be turned away too until I started noticing some getting in that came after us. Frustrated after waiting over 50 minutes even with a reservation, I walked back up to the front and she seated us at a table inside. I asked to be seated in the train section of the pop-up because why else would anyone want to come for this. She said she could move us in there after a table cleared but we could sit at the regular table until then. I watched people leave the train tables and asked another employee if we can now move to there. She said its not allowed and those people reserved the train specifically. Which is a flat out lie considering there's only one reservation seating option available. By this point I was ready to get my merch and leave because this entire situation has been horrible. Besides the "train" there was barely any decor besides some posters on the ground and a few character cut-outs. After waiting for some time, we ordered the bento box, tumbler with drink, and a churro. Our food arrived within a reasonable time but the drink never came until my partner went to the counter to ask for it. The only positive part of this event was walking out with some Demon Slayer merch. This place is straight awful and is just scamming people honestly. I will never return to this Bearology location regardless of what type of pop-up they have and will just order the merch online if it's something I really want. read more

the cups are super cute!! But unfortunately, the boba was just okay. I ordered an original milk tea. I felt like the tea was greatly overpowered by the milk. The tapioca texture was slightly too soft (bordering soggy) for me. Overall, it's still passable, and I'm definitely keeping the cup, but I'm not sure if I'd go back again. The boba options are pretty limited in this area as of now, so this will suffice. read more

I was a bit disappointed by this experience. Even with reservations that I paid $10 pp for - there was a wait. Bearology is extremely small. Reservations were for the train. It was good in theory but they definitely missed the mark. We ended up only ordering drinks and that still took way too long for us to get. The experience still have a month left and they were already out of the special Bento box and there were only two choices for the "train ticket". No one explain how the ticket worked so that was also a bust. Any additional merch one may have wanted to purchase was way overpriced. The menu itself was very limited , which is crazy because there were so many things from the anime , or the culture , that could have been included. Churros swords??? Very odd..This being inside of H mart with a lot of other tasty options to choose from , I would not ever return to bearology. read more

This store is located inside the Hmart store plaza. It's Arcane themed so that draws you in but everything after that is a mystery. There are no menus posted so you don't know what they are or what they serve. There was a strong smell of beef so I thought maybe tacos. Went to the counter and found out it is a boba shop serving boba in bears but they have Texas stew as well. And also little cupcakes. I ordered the brown sugar boba which was pretty ok and the passion fruit with jelly which was super sweet. The staff was very sweet and helpful. Would I go again, no. But cute experience and photo props if you are a fan of arcane. read more

We came here for the Demon Slayer Experience and was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We made PAYED reservations for the train car and were seated in the forest area (just tables). When we brought up what are reservations were specifically for, we were told they just move groups around to prioritize larger parties without any notification. Next the menu is only illustrated photos and when I asked for an ingredients list due to multiple members of our party having allergies the waiter said he could describe it. When your menu is three items you should be able to allow consumers to view ingredients. Two out of the four drinks they make you get in the tumbler and won't allow you to get it on its own. Everything is over priced and they are solely doing these "experiences" to over charge customers. read more

We decided to visit this place after seeing they were having a Demon Slayer themed experience. We quickly realized that the videos we saw of people promoting the experience were most likely paid influencers because it was not great! We made a reservation a couple days in advance for 6:30pm on a Sunday. There was already a group of people there waiting but we figured they had later reservations. Come to find out, many of them had been waiting for around 2-3 hours for earlier reservations. We had to drive 45 minutes to get there so we decided to tough it out and wait. About 2 hours later we finally got called in. Luckily we were able to sit in the train section of the restaurant (which is apparently not guaranteed). The decorations were nice, but not wait 2 hours nice. Our hostess was very nice and poor girl seemed so stressed as she let us know they were out of bento boxes! So our only options for food was a churro or onigiri. They were also out of a good amount of themed drinks, including the one I had wanted to try. We ordered drinks and some onigiri and hung out for about 15 minutes. The drinks and food surprisingly came out pretty quickly. After some pictures we left to look for some place else to eat. Overall bad experience, and definitely do not recommend. read more

We went to visit the Demon Slayer pop-up that was located here. We arrived and there is a max of 12 tables in the restaurant when we arrive. We ordered the collectible mugs and the bento boxes. We were then told that they did not have any of the bento boxes left, but if we wanted the food, it would be $13. We then received our drinks and there was no sword stopper. When asked we were then told they were out. This is a limited time pop up and they run out of things. I get it, but this should have been disclosed when we ordered. As avid anime collectors, this made it feel as if the cup was incomplete and to be honest we wouldn't have ordered it if we had known. The servers manager came out and said they would take $.20 off for each topper. At this point we told them we didn't even want it and they could take it back. They then put our drinks in bear cups which to be honest are cuter than the Demon Slayer cups. I have no problem with places running out of things but be honest up front. Would not come back and frankly it wasn't worth what was being charged for the experience. My husband and I were really looking forward to this and the best part of the whole experience was walking around H Mart. read more

Extremely Disappointing Experience- was excited to treat myself and my best friend to a fun Demon Slayer inspired lunch and was immediately disappointed upon arrival. The atmosphere/look inside was nothing like how the videos on social media portrayed. Staff were inattentive and slow, the place and especially our table was visibly dirty when we sat down, had to ask the waitress to clean it after waiting for her to come back after being sat down, which its normal to be sat at a dirty table if there's a lunch rush (there wasn't) but most times if you're sat a dirty table the staff offers to clean it real quick but the whole staff seemed lax on their duties. Overpriced drinks/food. They were "out" of their ONLY entrée (this Bearology location was inside an Asian grocery store/food mart, how are you out?) from the reviews it seems like this is a normal experience. How do you not have enough bento boxes when it's the only entrée you offer and you have to make a reservation just to attend. Obviously the main attraction here is the experience and there was none, zero. Do not recommend. Would leave negative stars and get my money/time back if I could. read more

Service was terrible our waiter was extremely slow and all over the place first thing we ordered was the churro and drinks 15 minutes later came back out to ask us to ask if we could like food order the bento box and rice balls and they where the first to come out still waiting for our drinks and churro has not came out yet the food truthfully was not good but after taking a bite from each leaving the rest we proceeded to wait another 20 mins without receiving our drinks and churro mins you it's almost 40 mins in and the first 2 original things we ordered is still no where in sight while the manger and waiter linger and was time moving things or on the phone finally our drinks come out and about 10 mins later is fallowed by our churro at things point we have had enough and decided to leave we had to walk to the front to pay out and leave wondering why the wait was so extensive the the the waiter proceeded to hand my significant other our ticket from the train and he had done a detailed drawing of one of the characters from the show instead of serving us probably going back and forth not having our drinks the entire trims never receiving what we ordered in the order place and a non existent waiter who was the busy drawing then serving us drinks and an ignorant manager and extremely subpar food this place should've been closed down before it's opened up its doors read more
