Seriously best salon I've ever been to! I used to get shellac and pedicures at least once a month over in the UCF area, sometimes even every two weeks, but it was getting so expensive and I never completely loved my nails. So I was super skeptical going in, even after reading all these good reviews, but I'm so glad I went!! I had a male, I forget his name, but he was so nice and actually took the time on my nails. I wasn't going to do shellac at first as I just wanted a good pedicure, but they had a $10 off coupon at the door (check right by the window and maybe it's still there) so I decided to go for it. I'm soooo glad I did. He spent like 45 minutes to an hour on my pedi alone, massaging and really scrubbing my feet well, plus I had him do a flower design to match my mani color and it came out so cute. I don't even think he charged me for it! That was another thing, they didn't charge or try to up-charge everything in there; they did my shellac adding some sparkle and my pedi with the design and it only came to $37 total, obviously I gave him a $10 tip to add on, but in the other salons by school that would have been well over $50, even with a $10 off coupon. Then with my shellac, he actually took his time with the process - by simply leaving my nails under the uv for the full-time and let them completely set before adding another coat. Just little things like that make not only the experience better but your nails last a lot longer that way. It was just an overall great experience, I didn't feel like they were talking about any of the customers in Chinese, and I thought each technician gave each customer the same time and respect. It's a little smaller than most salons I've been to and can get busy, when I walked in there were like 6-8 people and only like 4 techs but they managed it well and no one complained. This is my review after visiting Deep Nails Spa for the first time: I wanted to get my nails done for the first time in 8 years after losing my previous nail technician after being with her for 9 years. I was really looking for someone that I could go to for years to come, someone that would know what I liked and could trust that they would do the job well each and every time. Tracy is exactly that person. I loved that she asked me questions to find out what I liked and what I wanted. She make me feel really comfortable with her work. Even though I just called her out of the blue for an appointment for my mother-in-law and myself, as soon as I walked in, she said "Hello" to me by name. My mother-in-law absolutely loved her manicure and pedicure. Plus, she fit us in her schedule, as well as two more of my family members who wanted to be fit in that day while we were at our appointments, even though she isn't typically open on Sundays. Yeah, it might me seen as an opportunity to earn a little more money, but servicing our needs took away from her family on a day she really didn't plan to work as late as she did. So, I really appreciated her dedication and professionalism in meeting our needs, despite previous obligations that were made. Deep Nails is absolutely the best, as far as I'm concerned. My total reason for selecting her as my first nail technician in Oviedo was due solely to her positive reviews of Yelp. And, I have to say that she definitely lives up to those positive reviews. She is just as wonderful as the first day that I visited her. I love the new chairs and atmosphere. My husband now goes with me EACH AND EVERY TIME. I went to Deep Nails Spa 2/7/2014 to get Calgel for my wedding. My planner had advised me against a regular mani because of chipping, and honestly my nails were in terrible shape from my regular weekly manicures and the loooong winter. I am a bit of a nail addict and love experimenting with colors and styles, but wanted something relatively simple for the wedding because my dress, shoes, hair were all over-the-top. I had never gotten gel before and they did an AMAZING job. I picked a neutral taupe with a small beige glitter gradient on the tips. They have tons of calgel colors and basically every color of glitter. The manicure looks incredible, I got it on a Tuesday and my wedding was on a Saturday 2/15/2014 and it was still as shiny and beautiful as the day I got it. I can't quite believe how strong, chip-free and fantastic it looks. I got tons of compliments all week. It seriously looks like something off of Pinterest. I'll be returning to Deep Nails Spa to Let Tracy do my honeymoon nails, something more funky and tropical. Since it's expensive I don't know if gel will be replacing my regular weeklies, but the result is SO much better that I might be a convert. it' now been 1 1/2 years since I started seeing Tracy and her staff. i feel lucky to have found this salon. i go in regulary to get my legs waxed. Tracy take the time needed for each appointment . she's very detailed oriented and I never feel she's rushing. i recently took my mother therefor the first time to get her nails done. she love it . she was impressed with how much time and care they took when doing her nails. she walked out there so happy and for the rest of the week all i heard was " i love it my nails, they are so pretty !" highly recommend this salon. Regarding some of the other reviewers - it seems to me that people are not communicating their needs or questions to the staff and in short then blaming the staff for their experience. I think customers need to be better customers in all honesty and learn to better communicate their needs and hop. this will only result in a good experience for both parties. I alway very clear with Tracy and her staff what i need or what i hoping for and they always respond with focused attention to those needs. speak up people. they can't read your mind! Definitely my GoTo spot. I came in with my old acrylics that are a month old. Kept up well this whole time. The lovely staff here is so attentive to detail and they understand that removal of acrylics can be painful if done incorrectly. They soaked them off and during the wait they make sure you don't feel alienated as they assist other customers. This place is definitely busy on the weekends, but I don't mind the little extra time it takes because they make sure whatever you want is done right the first time. I got to witness how great Peter is with kids as he was doing one little girl's nails so she would make a hit with her classmates when she came back from her spring break. Today I'm letting my nails breathe before adding on a new color. But I can't resist the lovely designs Tracy does, so I talked myself into getting a long overdue pedicure just so I can get penguins on my toes! They do eyebrows here too, so I'm making sure I'm leaving here very shapely today! read more

If I could give this nail salon 6 stars I would! Every time I go to Deep Nail Spa I leave happy! When I first moved to Orlando, I was skeptical about which nail salon I would pick as my go to spot... then I found Deep Nail Spa! Not only is this salon family owned, but its employees act as a family and truly care about their customers. They have services for all types of ages. My entire sorority goes to Deep Nail Spa and we rave about it. Frank, one of the owners, specializes in reflexology. He was able to take my pain away in my ankles, took pain away in my mom's feet, and helped my friend when she had pain in her wrists. Now that I know how much Deep Nail Spa truly cares about their customers, I refuse to go to any other salon. This place is truly so clean and they have so much to offer. I've been getting acupressure treatments from Frank at Deep Nails Spa for about a year now. I suffer from neck, back and hip pain due to scoliosis. Frank has an amazing ability to apply pressure using the tui na technique directly to where I'm hurting to alleviate pain immediately and eventually eliminating it altogether! Not only does his treatments eliminate pain, they improve circulation all over my body, giving me more energy during the day and improve the quality of sleep at night. For the past two weeks, I've been having sciatic pain in my left leg. After 3 treatments, I am able to sit, stand and walk without pain! I travel a lot and I need a place that will treat me my nails right!!!! Totally fantastic experience. On a Sunday. With very little notice. Also: inexpensive. Comparing customer service against professionalism, skill and cost, this place is extremely rare. You can take that to the bank. I have paid triple at five star hotels for lesser quality work. Had a great bikini wax from Her last week. Tracy was professional and very thorough. The best thing is that they do not double dip the wax as some places do which is very unsanitary. I can't speak to any other treatments but the space looked AMAZING. Very cute and clean. The prices are more than an inexpensive nail salon, but you get what you pay for. Deep Nails Spa is the place to go to get your perfect manicure and pedicure, everything is sanitized and clean. People there are very friendly and the service is wonderful, with the people there always making sure that you are very satisfied with the results. Besides doing nails and eyebrows, Deep Nails Spa does a type of deep tissue massage called Nui Na ( also known as Tui Na) which causes the body to release the pain that it has had and to let the chi flow in a way that makes the body healthier. I had been in a car accident before in 2014 and I have gone to may doctors and chiropractors over the years to help me relieve the pain and help my body be healthy, but I can sincerely say that until I started doing the Nui Na massage at Deep Nails Spa I have never felt healthier and pain-free as I do today. read more

I have been coming to Deep Nails Spa since they opened! It is by far the best nail salon in this area and their prices moderate. Peter and Tracy are awesome! I have referred friends and hands down they all agree : ) I alternate between gel nails and the new 10 day color. As I type this review today, I have had french manicure/pedicure 10 day color for 19 days and my pedicure still looks fresh. I am just now having to do my hands again. I love the 10 day color because the removal is just like regular nail polish. My daughters get their eye brow waxing done by Tracy and they LOVE it! I think it's terrible to trash a business based off conjecture. How do we know they aren't just posted by a competitor? To change a review based on a random faceless review is sad. You should base your review on YOUR experience, not another review. Anyway, onto my review. I turned up three minutes before closing and decided to make an appointment for the next day, only to be welcomed inside and told they could do my pedicure then and there. In spite of the late hour, Tracy did not rush nor make me feel uncomfortable. She did the best pedicure I've ever had!!! I also enjoyed chatting with her about our kids. Amazing experience today at Deep Nails Spa. I walked in and was greeted with friendly and warm smiles. My appointment was original booked for a pedicure, but I am so glad I was introduced to reflexology massage @ Deep Nails Spa. I've had nine years of professional massage therapy, was under the care of a chiropractor, and physical therapy; however, none of them seem to address my neck, arm, and foot pain like what I received today. I had an extraordinary and awesome experience in this nail salon that I need to write a review. I did manicure, pedicure, massage and treatment due to a lot of stiffness in legs and hands and left the place with more confidence and feeling beautiful ready for my cruise. Great staff, great services. I made an appointment to come back. The treatment and massage are painful but once Frank finish the job you can feel the stress leaving your body and feel free of pain. I have finally found the perfect nail salon! They are amazing here! This is my second time and I love it! The first I went, I used the $10 off of a shellac mani/ pedi! Which is a really great deal! The pedicure was marvelous and lasted me a whole month! The shellac exceeded my expectations! This time, nothing less! What I love about the palace is the quality doesn't change with the person. Have been twice now for fills for pink & white French manicure. Very friendly, clean and excellent results. The second time, it was recommended we just trim and fill as I had plenty of white left for the tips. Cost me $10 LESS, which was a pleasant surprise. The other salon I had been going to never suggested that so was always the full price for fills. I can't stress enough what a beautiful job they do and how well they grow out. I must say that I havent had a full set done in over 3 years because everytime I would they would cut/burn my fingers with the dremel or file my nails down so low they would ache for days. Well that was definitely not the case here. Peter was very gentle, did an amazing job and has a great attention to detail! Tracey is just as amazing! It has been over four years since I was treated by Frank for a terrible back pain. Prior to that I had been treated by many doctors and pain specialists but nothing worked. I should have never cheated! I used to come here all of the time, but stopped when I got a job that was further away. For a long time I was not getting my nails done at all, but started doing them at a place close to me....went there three times and never left happy. Yes!! Tonight was my first time having a service at Deep Nails Spa ... and I was Soooooo Pleased! This Family Owned business (Tracy and Frank) are very warm and welcoming. The salon has several comfortable massaging chairs for the pedicures and also has a large selection of colors.
