I visited this place today, I was in a rush and just wanted somewhere close to my home. As soon as I walked in, it must have been a good time because they were not crowded at all. There were only two more people getting service is done. Once I arrived, someone asked me what I needed and I told them a manicure and a pedicure. They asked me to pick out my color and I did. She had already started filling the pedicure station but I had asked to get my nails done first. She had no problem instead of course. I went to sit at the table and they had clear plexiglass up and I felt very safe. They have brand new chairs that are amazing! They have heat in them and the massages are fabulous. I can tell that they spent a lot of money on these pedicure chairs and they are very nice in there. The girl that did my nails, Helen, she was very sweet. I only wish that their nail polishes were color coordinated in the case. It's nice to see the range of colors from light to dark. Other than that, I was very happy with my services. I will definitely return here. It is very hard to find a good nail place and customer service is very lacking in this department in a lot of establishments for nails. I can't wait till my next appointment!

Totally unprofessional. Why make an appointment if the time is not honored??????? I am disappointed because this was my first visit to this salon. It's sad because I could have been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

This salon is under new management and it shows! The salon is spotless and looks great. While that is important, the service is amazing and what will keep me coming back! Give it a try because you won't be disappointed.

I hate leaving a negative review on a small business, but I feel like I need to warn other patrons about this. My nail tech cut me badly above the heel with the metal foot file and then tried to charge me for a deluxe pedicure when I asked for basic (despite knowing that she sliced my skin). She did apologize profusely for the injury, spent time on the massage, and my nails look okay, but I still unfortunately wouldn't recommend this salon. read more

I wanted a polish mani and a polish pedi. When I walked in they were pretty friendly. When the manicure started they were VERY rough with my nails. There was a lot of flies flying around and the overall salon was not very clean. When I got to the pedicure, she was still so rough with my nails. The pedicure was a whopping 30$ while at my normal salon it is 20$. The leg massage was nice and refreshing but I would not come back here again. read more

Went in for a classic basic pedicure. The classic pedicure is 30 dollars for them. I did not want gel polish, I requested basic nail polish. I go to pay and the lady charges me 60 dollars and said that she put gel on my toes. Lady I did not ask for that but still had to pay for it PS it looks like a child did the pedicure read more

TERRIBLE!!!!!! My 17 and 15 year old daughters had appointments at 2:30. They started on their nails at 2:50, fine! They wanted matching nails for homecoming (in 3 days). They each had a different person. Holly, did my 17 yr olds nails and they were great. She was quick and got them exactly right. My 15 year old was stuck with a man who had no clue WTF he was doing. It took him almost THREE hours. and they look terrible. Holly, had to come help him at one point bc he was so lost. The nails look horrible and now I have to pay to get them redone My 15 year old left in tears. They took $10 off her nails. I am so upset I wasn't there. read more

Very clean and had two nice techs. The massage chairs were very nice compared to other nail spas. We had an appointment, showed up on time and even though they were slammed they sat us within a few minutes. Techs were very nice and didn't pressure to up sell anything. The girlfriend who has much more ecperience agreed, loved her tech, and now plans to have her nails done here regularly. I plan to return again and see if I have the same good experience. Some of these prior reviews don't sound accurate compared to my experience. Thanks! read more

I live in downtown Avalon Park and was going to Avalon Nail Spa because it was within walking distance until they did such a crappy job on a fill that I decided to take my business elsewhere. Expert Nails was so accommodating and friendly, fixed my nails that broke 10 minutes after getting them done at Avalon Nails. I will drive the 5 minute drive to Expert Nails from now on for the friendly service and quality work. read more

I was a first time client on 7/29 with Fiona. The salon was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I have no complaints about the staff or the cleanliness of the salon, however I never had such a cheap job done on my nails. Only 9 days after my visit my nails started lifting and completing falling off. I am baffled because I have never had my nails lift nor come off the way these have. I will be adding images. I did SNS dip and a total of 3 nails came off, and 1 chipped. I spent $55 between SNS dip and a polish change on my toes. I am not happy with my service and do NOT recommend this salon for anyone who is a usual with SNS dip. read more

Literally angels! I was in need for a pedicure but waited last minute (literally right before Hurricane Dorian was about to hit) and they took me in as a walk in. The nail tech did an amazing job on my pedicure, I was in and out in no time. The massage chairs = out of this world. It's super affordable and the customer services was superb. They greeted me very welcomingly when I walked in and thanked me when I left, even making sure to tell me to stay safe during this storm. Can't wait to be back here for my next pedicure. read more

I haven't gotten my nails done in years but YALL this place is incredible. Super friendly staff & they did an awesome job. The pedicure was so relaxing, especially considering I'm 9 months pregnant. The massage chairs are super cozy & you can adjust the settings & everything. With the manicure, they don't file down your natural nail to a crazy thin amount & are quick & efficient. I have been cut literally every time I've ever had my nails done, BUT NOT THIS TIME! Love this place, super affordable & can't wait to come back! read more

Worst nail salon I have ever been to! The people specifically the guy that worked on my nails was SUPER rude. I called ahead and asked if they could do a design and made an appointment, but once I got there he acted like I was inconveniencing him by having him do a design even though I would be paying extra for the design. He kept insisting that he couldn't do it the way it was in the picture. Which eventually I gave in to, but the picture wasn't much different or harder. He would constantly complain about how difficult the design is and argue on each nail he couldn't do it. Then he would make little comments to his friends and laugh. I told him one of my nails was broken and what my options were to fix it before we did the gel but he did not care and instead painted over a broken nail which of course did not last but one day. I did end up breaking another nail, but jewels also fell off that one and another the next day. I went in to fix it and they were very rude and didn't want to do it. And of course, they wanted to charge me to fix it even though it was the next day and the other one was their fault. I was frustrated that I had to pay again especially after paying $40+ with a 20% tip but I at least wanted it repaired and even with me paying again for the fix they didn't want to. Eventually I got them to fix it but the guy was 4x as rude as before and purposely hurt me while he was doing my nails being rough and vindictive. I advise that no one go there. These are my nails the day after they fixed them with more jewels falling off. read more

Have been coming here for over 7 years. Great staff and location. Staff is always accommodating and friendly. Holly is beyond superb! She is always able to create my nail design vision. Appointments are encourage but walk-ins are welcomed. They are always busy due to high volume of happy loyal customers. Stop in and check it out for yourself. read more

I called and asked if I needed an appointment. She said yes she would recommend one-so I said ok how is 1:15? She said great. I get there at 1:15.... wait till 1:50pm to be taken back to sit in the pedicure chair... sit there in the chair NO WATER RAN.....for 10 min before she comes over and fills the tub with water. Why would You tell me to make an appointment if you aren't going to adhere to it? I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Nail techs don't speak to you, basically here's your "service" now pay. read more

I enjoyed my first visit here. I just relocated from Maryland and stumbled on this place while next door shopping. It's clean and the rates are pretty reasonable. Kelly did an amazing job on all my services, she did my gel fill in, pedicure, eyebrow and underarm was as well as my facial! All perfectly done. This business has everything they need to be successful. The only thing their are missing is presentation, cleaning and overall COVID sanitation precautions. They have the space for social distancing; the plexiglass and sanitizer everywhere I looked. I would work on having my personnel practicing hygiene and taking precautions as far as cleaning in between clients. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now and I love it here. The staff is kind, never have a problem making an appointment. I love to see DD, I request her every time. However, if she isn't available I have liked anyone else here and my family comes here and also has great experiences with all the staff. I do the dip powder on my nails and they last me 3-5 weeks, usually 4 weeks. Also a plus, Dunkin' Donuts coffee is next door so I always grab my coffee first then get my nails done. Two great things in one place! read more

Most importantly though, you can still reliably get a killer manicure and pedicure here. The attention to detail and level of care given is incredible. My faves Pink and Tina are still knocking it out of the park with the most impeccable manicures I've had and I really can't see myself trusting my nails with anyone else. And I've caved and tried a place or two over the last couple years and regretted it. Won't make that mistake again!! What's changed? I'd say they've added more staff to keep up with the demand. You still should always try to make an appointment. I don't go anywhere these days without an appointment. And they also have added a number of services including their new head spa services that lol pretty amazing. If I didn't already go for regular massages I might consider it. They also have all the trendy gels and dips and builders and that you might be looking for. Oh, and they recently upgraded all their massage chairs! How could I forget that!! I definitely highly recommend the Hand & Foot Spa. Again, just make an appt and be sure to get there on time. They're sticklers for keeping on time. Which, as a regular, I appreciate because nothing would annoy me more than having an appt and having to wait to I'm happy they are like that personally. Keep up the good work guys!!

I chose not to do gel just because I wanted to give my nails a breather. Anyhow, one of the techs came and got me and sat me at her chair. I asked for the manicure first so that it can dry while I was getting my pedicure. She was listening to her AirPods when we first started, but then I started telling her about my cuticles being sensitive and to just be cautious. She seemed very sweet. Anyway, the manicure was done and she put oil on my cuticles. She didn't say anything about a massage and I assumed since I got a regular manicure that she was going to wait for it to dry or something. I probably should've said something then, but normally when people get manicures, they want a massage too. Anyhow, we proceeded over to the pedicure station, which they have really nice chairs. I don't know if they offer water or anything, but she did offer me anything. Anyhow, we started talking about the tea shop next-door and how delicious it was. She seemed very kind and then the pedicure was over and there was a lot of lotion still left on my feet and she put my slippers on. After afterwards, she took me straight to pay and said it was $55. I asked her if I wasn't going to get a massage on my hands and if that wasn't a normal part of the manicure. SHE SAID IT DEPENDS ON THE TECH! She said some people don't like it so she doesn't give one unless it's asked for. I'm sorry, are you kidding me? You don't give a massage on hands when someone is coming for a manicure? How about ask me before you put polish!!!??? Are you for real? I was so baffled! She stood there while I checked out so I felt obligated to tip her. I was infuriated! I asked her again about the massage and I told her that I wanted a massage. She did not offer to do it and she did not have anyone else waiting. Decent conversation doesn't equal a tip for me, service does! Anyhow, I walked out of the shop and I was sliding in my sandals. I decided to come back in and ask if I can sit there until they were dry. A lady put me in the sitting area and turned on the fan underneath. I then grabbed my own towel from the handwashing station and wiped the lotion off my feet so that I wouldn't slip and fall. She went outside and she was on her phone. Then about 10 minutes later, another girl walked in and she went to her table in the back. She had plenty of time to do my massage on my hand, that I paid for! I am so mad right now I cannot believe that I even wasted my money here. I won't even mention her name, but she sits all the way in the back. How disgraceful! She didn't even make any eye contact when she came back in with her other customer. Who gets a manicure without a massage? And for $55! What a shame.

Pedicure- BodiPure Reflex Keratin- $38- they do charge $10 to remove previous gel polish. The service uses the little cheap foot masks you can buy for $1- $5. The hot stone massage was nice. Truly don't know why places charges $10- $15 to remove gel as they don't use any additional products just fill off the older color and it's faster than doing a soak off. I brought my own polish for my toes- as I hate the $10 up charge for gel which again- saves them time because you cure them and not wait for the polish to dry.

Others have misaligned the nail tips, over filed some so the shape is not consistent, or have left one hand with noticeably longer nails than the other hand. Unskilled filing left cracks up the nails that came up very painfully. I say "they" because the appointment was always with Cecilia but the owner/husband would always grind and file before she grinned and filed some more. Nails were always overworked, sore and raw before first brush. And the man was always a bit too pushy and touchy for my taste. I was uncomfortable since day one; and asked him to stop touching my arm/shoulder. Im sure it's innocent but not professional. We have had to rest & take care of our nails at home because of how painful all the cracks and lack of nail bed have been. Never going back!

My husband and I were excited to get pampered before our Mexican vacation with gel manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. While the staff was okay, they were overly pushy in trying to upsell services. We politely declined acrylics or dip powder several times, but they persisted throughout the visit. To make matters worse, the technician was much too aggressive with the drill on both our hands and feet. It's been over a month, and my fingertips are still sore! My husband's gel manicure only lasted two days, which was surprising considering he is in IT and they don't use their hands for anything more than typing. Additionally, his pedicure was sloppy, with jagged toenails left unfiled. It seems they rushed through his service simply because he's a man. The total cost, including tip, was $200, which felt excessive for the poor quality. To top it off, my nails were filed so thin they broke within a week. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this salon. read more
