Took both my vehicles here few months ago. Was hoping to deal with the owner Steve directly since he seemed very passionate about what he does through messages. He wasn't there both days I stopped by. So I was helped by his wife. Dropped off my SUV first. I had spilled some soy sauce from a steamed fish. I asked the owners wife about it and she said she can get the smell out. I picked up the vehicle end of day. Smell was about 25% of what it was. I asked about it and she said maybe it's still damp so give it a day and see what happens. I agree since I was dropping off my sedan for a detail anyways and would be back the following day. I do a quick walk around and instantly notice dirty spots on the exterior and point them out to the owner. Check the interior and the windows were dirty from my son putting stickers on them. I asked how come they weren't cleaned. Owner said since the windows were tinted they didn't want to damage the tint. So she grabs a towel and some window cleaner and guess what. The residue from the stickers came right out. As I was about to pull out of the lot I notice a missing tab cover on the pillar right on the driver side. I call the owner over and she said are you sure it was there before? I told her it's a pretty big hole for her not to notice when I dropped off the vehicle. She told me she would ask her worker and get back to me the next day when I pick up my sedan. I went home and aired out the SUV overnight and next day it stilled smelled. Next day I pick up my sedan. When I dropped off the vehicle I had notified the owner of a few areas that I wanted cleaned. Only 1 of the 3 areas was clean. Then I asked about the smell and my missing tab cover. Owner tells me to bring the vehicle back and leave it there for 24 hours so they can get the smell out. As for the tab cover she said her worker couldn't find it but she will order another one for me. I tell her ok and to call me when the tab comes in I would drop off the vehicle so they can remove the smell. Never got that call. I ordered the part myself and took my SUV to another shop to get the smell removed. Pretty much disappointed in the overall experience. Maybe if I would of waited to deal with Steve it would of been different. For such a small operation to overlook such minor details is pretty bad. I would give it 10 stars if possible. Steve and his associate Jeff are top notch when it comes to professional results and awesome customer service. This is the second visit for my car, not a top of the line luxury car but a MKV Jetta with black paint. We all know that black painted cars show off every little detail and with my OCD, I'm very particular as to whom or what goes onto my car. When I moved into the area, I searched high and low for a quality detail place, and got burned in the process. So finding a detail shop that has high attention to detail and outstanding professional workmanship is few and far between. They really took the time to finish the car right and didn't let it go out the door unitl it was. It shows that they take pride in the work they do as most if not all of their business is repeat and word of mouth. ....and as far as the Mini Cooper guy with the 1 star, you are an idiot. read more

I had my bmw detailed here today and am very pleased with the results. I was searching specifically for nearby detailers who used Zaino, and only steve's place came up in the search results, so i decided to give it a try. Made an appointment last week, and I went for a "stage 3". Dropped my car at around 10.00 am and picked it up by 5.30 pm. I was the first customer for the day. Steve was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He mentioned has been working with zaino products for the past 11 years. (It was also interesting to know that he has a background in the high-tech industry, and that he still consults). Steve's staff was also friendly. His team did a good job eliminating several visible scratch marks on my car. It now has the shine of a new car. My interior i think was quite clean, so his team focused mainly on the exterior and gave me a discount on the "stage 3" price. I had a friend of mine pick me up from Steve's shop in the morning, and drop me off to the shop in the evening. After he saw my car in the evening, my friend is now thinking of getting a stage 3 done on his car, heh! Well worth the drive to Los Gatos. read more

Steve/Deep Reflections does amazing work! It's rare in these times that someone does this much better work that you expect, but when I picked up my car I was astonished... and for once, in a GOOD way. I took my 2007 C6 Corvette in to be detailed, and when I went back, the car looks 3 years newer. The Zaino shine is truly mirror-like, the interior is immaculate, and the convertible top treatment rejuvenated the top far more than I thought it would. Everything was perfect. Steve's eye for details clearly makes him an exceptional detailer, and the cost was certainly reasonable. He'll be doing my husband's car next, for sure. read more

Then I didn't make an appointment & they called to ask if I was coming in. Their price was 4x more than the guy I had actually detail my car. Not brain surgery, just car detaining. I took my 2014 Hyundai Sonata to Steve because a friend had told me about the quality in workmanship and the products they use on the paint of the car. I bought my car new, May 2014 and had never had any detail work done to the outside of the vehicle. I took it to this shop and have to say, I was sincerely impressed with the outcome. I had never seen my car look this good, even from the day I purchased it new. The only thing I have to complain about, a week later, the car got rear ended on HWY 85. I have owned my 2004 Jaguar XJ8 for 10 years since new and have looked after the car. However, it was showing some signs of its age, so I decided to try a detail job when I recently received a Groupon offer for Deep Reflections. I can't believe how they managed to make it look like new again - what a fantastic job they did! I had made an appointment online back in June ... I received a phone call that same morning from someone in the office confirming my appointment. The day of my appointment no one showed up in the office. I waited an hour ... I left a message on their phone asking them to please call me ... I was actually concerned that something bad might have happened to the person who was supposed to do the work on my car. The one star is not for the no-show or the hour that I wasted waiting for them ... I understand: things happen. People get sick, traffic, etc ... the one star is because no one bothered to call me or e-mail me to apologize or to explain what happened ... no one bothered to offer me another time to come in for the work. Another amazing, stunning shine and finish on our almost black car. If you want to learn to maintain that shine, they teach Zaino products. I want to give credit where it's due to the knock-out job that Deep Reflections did on my white 2012 Ford Escape. The car was damaged by the dealership's removal of industrial fall out with a dirty buffer. There were deep swirl marks all over the body of the car, particularly deep on the hood. Deep Reflections spent far more time on my car than any other detailer I could have taken it to, and they still honored the price they quoted me. They got my car looking beautiful and new again. I appreciated their honesty, their commitment to hard work, and of course their knowledge and expertise. They went the extra hundred miles for me and weren't satisfied with a job that wasn't their absolute best work. My 2005 Trailblazer had been used as a work truck for the last 4 years. Needless to say, it was well trashed inside and out. I got a new work vehicle and had Deep Reflections do a Stage 2 detail before I gave the Trailblazer to my wife. When I got it back, it looked better than when I picked up from the dealership 6 years ago. I couldn't believe it. I have been purchasing Zaino through Steve for a while and he has given me great detailing tips. This year I thought my two modern Mopars could use a bit more love and wanted Steve to take out swirl marks and fine scratches. He did a great job with buffing the cars and then putting on the Zaino shine. Friends commented that they have never felt paint being that smooth. What I really appreciate about Steve is is that he knows a lot about paints and is always very cautious of which products to use to not jeopardize paint or clear coat but instead restore the most shine possible. read more
