I took my car here because my AC was not blowing much cold air....just coolish air....and I did not want to be taken by anybody to find out the real issue of the problem.... We made an appointment and showed up on time. I explained the issue and I left the car. About 4 hours later, they called me telling me that they had filled the system with freon since it was low on freon and they gave me a total price. My husband said that in the past, Jim would call before any repairs with an estimate to make sure the customer was OK with the path forward...this time, I just got the work done without any previous chance to "think about it". I arrived, got my car and paid....when I saw my credit card receipt, I noticed that the charge was higher than what I was quoted....I was then told that any credit card charge incurs a 4% extra processing fee... I was just surprised by the lack of transparency. Who walks around with hundreds or thousands of dollars in their wallet??? I think the best is to quote the credit card price and tell the customer that they offer a 4% discount if paid in cash.....

Absolute criminals. My fiance took her jeep there to fix a noise. The first visit, they did a bunch…read moreof work on it that we were not given a work order for or approved of in any way. The bill came to over $1000. The car also needed to stay the night when they originally said it would be ready in time. After it finally being ready after a 2 hour wait the following day, the noise still wasn't fixed. She was told to bring the car back another day and they would fix it for free and it would take two hours. It was finished right before close, she was charged over $300 for yet another part she never approved for, and guess what? It's still making the noise. This is the worst mechanic we've ever encountered. Stay. Away. Seriously. Terrible business, terrible mechanics, terrible people.

The rear window would not work. I was quoted $725 to fix the issue. I was under the gun because I was selling the car within a few days. I went to YouTube. and the issue came up very quickly on what was needed. I was charged $275 for the part which was the wrong part. I did not need the motor nothing wrong with it. I told the guys you need to clear the yellow code after the repair. Christian nodded his head like yup. When I was told the car was ready. I asked if code had been cleared . Yes I was told no problem. I paid the outrageous bill.. For in the car code NOT cleared . I waited 45 mins no luck. I had to leave and come back. I will never bring my car to these guys again JOKE. I don't even want to give this business a 1 star. I took my car for the first time to get serviced,…read moreunder family's recommendation. I needed a water pump and thermostat replacement. Even though, I knew what I needed, they still hooked up my car to get diagnosed. He told me what I already knew and asked, can I pick the car later? In which I asked, can I have an estimate on repairs? Should of been my first red flag. Went into the office, got an estimate on repairs and parts. Since my parts where coming in later in the week, asked if it was okay to keep the car on the lot..since it was overheating. They said it was fine. Came in the next day, to pay for the parts and the owner IMMEDIATELY brought up a white scratch on my car. Didn't know what he was taking about, so he walks over and shows me a HUGE DENT on my passengers side door and drivers side car. I IMMEDIATELY say, that was not on my car when I left it here yesterday. I flip out. The owner, no worries we'll handle it. The business next door has cameras, we ask them. I leave, 1 1/2 hrs go by...no calls, no update. I go to the business next door and explain the situation, they have no footage and tell me, the employee from next door already asked. But I never received a phone call or an update. At that point, the owner, of the shop, Jose, comes over pretty much comes over and says, if there's more problems, just call the police. Say less. I went to the police station, made my police report and called my insurance company. Police officer calls me and tells me, they're much saying, that was already on the car when I pulled up. They noticed the "scratch" at around 330-4:00pm when they moved the car. And the employee informed his boss about it. BOLD FACED LIES! 1. The same "gentlemen" that moved my car, was the same "gentleman" that diagnosed my car. In which we both walked over, to my DRIVERS SIDE door, where HE opened the door and turned on the car to hook up the computer to my car. If that scratch was there in the morning..which it was NOT. WHY WAS IT BROUGHT UP AT ALL, TO HIS BOSS, WHEN HE MOVED THE CAR. If it was there the first time he approached my car, then it wouldn't have to be brought up! And pictures wouldn't need to be TAKEN OF MY CAR! 2. When I was first told about it, and I told him, NO, that dent was not there when I left this car on the lot. He said, no worries, we'll handle it. We have cameras, we'll fix it. But when the police, showed up and questioned the situation, the story was completely FLIPPED, and they told the police, that dent was there when I showed up. LIES ALL LIES. AND I CANT BELIEVE THIS BUSINESS GETS ANY GOOD REVIEWS. I showed up on MY FAMILY'S RECOMMENDATION and am happy and proud to support local businesses. But I can't believe how an owner and employees can all LIE about something like this. As soon as I said, that dent was not on my car yesterday, I should of been first priority! This happened on your LOT! But he was so unconcerned and nonchalant about the situation! The business next door and manager was a lot more helpful!!! Do yourself a favor and don't bring your car to this shop!!!!!

Little did they know I had just got this 2024 car a month ago from a dealer and had a 90 day warranty. So I said wait no, let me call the dealer first and figure out if its covered in the warranty because according to him it was really bad 1/32nd and had days until it gave out. Now I was concerned and frustrated with the dealer, so I went to them and they stated that it was false and they lied to me and should've passed me. So I tried to get it resolved and returned to this shop and told them they checked and stated its good and should've passed. Bob insisted he will not pass me and stated I offered you a great deal and can work on your car now. I stated no, Im not paying for it, if I do no have to. So I went to the DMV inspection and had it challenged and they confirmed this shop did a wrongful inspection and it should've passed. They signed the paperwork and told me to return to them and they notified them that I was returning. I went back so they can update the system, pass my vehicle and provide a refund for the wrongful inspection, and they refused and the front desk woman Lauren became very verbally abusive, telling me she can cancel my appt and make me wait a month, yelling at me, throwing the F bombs, calling me a bitch and kicking me out the office, I felt very unsafe. (I also have a proof of the verbal abusive) I did not want to escalate this but I have no choice because this is NOT how you do business!

Please be careful. No stars. I couldn't do the review without the star. He charged me for new parts and repairs but never put the parts in. He forgot to put my engine cover on, 2 different occasions, I had to call him so he could locate it and put it on. The list goes on.. I highly recommend staying away. If you intend to keep your car on the road and maintained, please take it somewhere else. Very incompetent.

First one wouldn't go outside to check the tired size they made me, 2nd said it would take 2-5 days to order them, 3rd kept looking at his watch and told me that it would be better for me to go online and pick the tires I want. Then the obvious popped into my head, Devaney Tire, I had been then in the past and was very pleased. Monday morning I go there at 8:15, they go out to my Jeep to check the size then they made a phone call and said they would call me when they had the tires. Two hours later they call and say the tires are in, I dropped my Jeep off this morning and got a call in roughly 3 hours to say the tired mounting, balancing and front end alignment were done! No wonder they have been in business for generations!
