My daughter went in for lift and tint and they didn't have as much lift as we had hoped and the tint is not very noticiable.

Back in December 2018 I got my first lashes set here. But many of them fell out by bedtime. I had my vacation away and came back for my refill and my technician was Christina, she repaired the first technicians mistake and bad quality of work. I kept working with Christina who was always detail oriented and excellent quality. A few times due to our schedules I had to have other technicians work on my refills and one of these technicians gave me an eye infection the other ones the lashes fell out quickly Eventually I only had bookings with Christina and I became a member only under the understanding that I would make appointments only with her since the other technicians quality of work were faulty and poor. When I came in for an appointment they told me my technician Christina the manager was no longer with them I asked to cancel my membership and speak to the owner the owner was rude disrespectful and condescending that I didn't have all these issues with these technicians and disparaged me I don't know how they run a business like this without Christina I will never go back again and I highly do not recommended anyone else to go there. I have now tried over six technicians during since 2018 Christina was the only one that did quality work, if anybody knows where she's gone to please let me know because I would follow her to any other salon Also Since Christina has been gone they change the music as well which had some terrible songs on that were very misogynistic, sexual content and disturbing with commercials, you guys are really going downhill I do not recommend this place ever to anyone!! read more

Booked a appointment for hybrid lashes, told the tech I wanted them more on the classic side & that I did not want them long. (Was my first time getting lashes and didn't want anything too crazy). Got my lashes done, half way through, she told me "You have a lot of lashes, I'm gonna add more, so it might be a little more volume," which I did not want. good experience, until I looked at my lashes. She gave me total full volume and length to clear to my eyebrows. Came in the next day to get them removed because I hated them so much. The different girl removing them thought I had come in and gotten volume, so clearly I wasn't the only one who thought they were a little too much. Wish I could get my money back. I've been a loyal customer with Deka lash for over 2 years. Never had a problem with them until now with the texting to make an appointment. If you call the number they have on file they would automatically text you to talk to you. It leads to a lot of miscommunication and no one likes it. This is so ridiculous I've made appointments before and wasted my time because I wasn't in for today and when I ask to cancel an appointment they don't do it either. They keep your old appointment and have you done for your old appointment and not the new one they confirm you with through email and text! read more

I decided to check out Deka Lash while seeing it in passing after a meeting in Centennial Hills. My artist's name was Jenna. Avoid her at all costs! First few minutes of the experience was nice (smells nice, comfortable chair, etc). After my service, I did a brief check, tipped and left. When I made it home, and REALLY looked, my right Lash was noticeably incomplete and both eyes were already shedding! I am so happy I only tipped her $10. I got my lashes done on the 4th and they are almost completely gone. I usually go to New U Natural Beauty and they do a great job! I wish I would have stuck to what I know because now, only a few days later, I have to schedule an appointment with my original artist at New U Natural. I am not saying the Deka Lash as a whole company sucks but Jenna definitely does and I would suggest avoiding this particular artist. Other than her talent, she was very pleasant and nice. So I guess the $10 tip was for her customer service. BTW, I also had a Lash fall into my eye while I was leaving and she helped me get it out- I wish I would have taken that as a sign of her poor skills. I've never been here before I made an appointment online and it clearly states that you need to cancel in 24 hours I made this appointment at 8pm the night before for an 11:30am appointment. Apparently this is 24hours in there books. I got charged 20 dollars for cancellation and the women on the phone didn't even care she was pretty much just like oh well that's the rules.
