I bought a Groupon to get a Full Classic set for $80. I previously had a membership at Amazing Lash Studio off Blue Diamond Road. I was with them for a little over a year. Unfortunately they started going through Lash Techs so quickly I couldn't find a good one. I moved to this side of town and when I saw Delays Lash, figured I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. Gabby was professional. She worked quickly to get my lashes as full as possible. She placed the eye pads Easily and they felt Comfortable. I'm getting married this week and decided last minute that I would try extensions instead of just the false lash strips. I found Deka Lash through Groupon. I called and scheduled my appointment. I'm not sure of who I spoke with, but she was very helpful in explaining the process to me. I came in for my appointment today and have a great experience. The staff was pleasant and my lash tech Desiree was awesome. The lashes look great and they're light weight. Never sign up for their membership they talk you into signing up for the membership then they go back and forth with you on an email to cancel the membership which they told me that you can cancel at anytime it's all a gimmick my lashes was falling off three days after I got them it's horrible I would never advise anyone to go to them. read more

I am soooo disappointed! I bought this Groupon and used it yesterday and I woke up and half of my lashes are missing from my left eye. I mean it's crazy how fragile these things are...I can't control my sleep, but I thought these would be able to endure one night! I called the next morning and they said that they couldn't fit me for three days and I was going on vacation. These lashes are falling out nonstop. I think Gabby rushed the job because she got it done in less than an hour. I am Very disappointed at how they handled this. Why would I pay 70 bucks for eyelashes to not even last one day?! This is disgusting. My kids are literally picking off the eyelashes that are on my face. This is a complete rip off! Wouldn't you at least offer to comp someone something?! Horrible! read more

The services I received at Deka Lash were horrible!! The girl did not do a proper assessment of my eyelashes on my first visit!! When I went back for my second visit I said I was not happy with them as they were twisting and turning and so we tried shorter. That did not work either!! So I canceled membership on third visit which had to be 30 days ahead so I had to have them done four times!! The fourth time was the worst and on one eye most lashes fell out on one eye within four days!! Did you know for $60.00 a month your lashes are only guaranteed for six days total!! They broke all my eyelashes even though they say they were not broken. You also cannot use your 60.00 payment towards removal!! Finally manager made appointment at almost two weeks later to her convenience not mine and took them off!! They also walk u with your eyes closed to bathroom to wash off residue of glue!! So unsafe!! This could be done easily by technician while you are laying down!! Then she said you can buy eyelash strengthener to grow thicker and stronger but not longer eyelashes for half price of 30.00 not 60.00!! I need to purchase a lash strengthen er and lengthener because they are now much shorter than they were. I only wanted to do this because my eyelashes are blonde and I wouldn't have to put mascara on them!! If you think they will look like u are wearing mascara they won't. Also the makeup remover, Removal Q- tips and strengthen for false eyelashes are all very expensive as well!! You need all to wear eyeshadow or eyeliner!! I am sure they offer a lengthening product which I was not offered to buy. Also manager said she could put these on any blonde eyelashes and they would be awesome! When I got there the manager said these eyelashes are just not for me and would only remove them!!! I would recommend going to another place so you don't have a bad experience like I did for eyelashes!! No privacy and no relaxing music either!! Bad experience!!! read more

My appointment was with Christine and she was so nice and very helpful with finding what kind of style I was interested in. The appointment took about two hours and it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I love how they turned out and were perfect for my vacation. I purchased a Groupon for this establishment. This was my first time getting lashes. The ladies there were very nice. The appointment lasted approximately two hours. The establishment was clean and very relaxing (I fell asleep a few times during the appointment). I noticed a slight difference but my family didn't notice any difference in my eyelashes at all, so that was a little disappointing. I had a great Experience. I purchased a Groupon to get a volume set. I was able to get in within a week with Gabby. She was sweet and professional. My lashes look beautiful. I work at The Parlor across the street so I've had some clients go here. They have a monthly subscription $165 a month for 2 volume fills. You get half off your first month with the Groupon. Volume fills are more expensive but I prefer the look. It's a lighter fan lash so if you have thin eyelashes it's not too heavy for them and feel more natural in my opinion. I started with an inquiry and the owner Charlie responded in a timely manner. I had an issue on a personal matter where other businesses would not work with me and lost me as a customer. The owner was willing to understand the situation. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member with a smile. It was clean and fresh inside. I loved the decor. My wait time was not long, even though, I arrived early. My eyelash tech was Jenna and I explained my upsetting experience in having to find a new place and aesthetician. In a hurry to find a new tech, I was unsuccessful and had current lashes that were 4 days old and were cheap and awful!!! The owner Charlie assured me that I would love my new set of lashes and they would fix the awful set I currently had. Jenna was very thorough in her thoughts on my current eyelashes and I trusted her suggestions. I loved the chart she showed me and the choices I had for type. No other place does this and believe me I have gone to 6 different places since moving here!! Jenna also showed me the eyelashes she uses and I had a choice. What women dislikes options?! I loved that! Now, how did Jenna do? She was gentle when removing the lashes and efficient. I felt NO burning. Luckily, the tables are comfortable. I was able to lay for awhile. When I opened my eyes, I liked how she fixed my lashes. I like the advice to let them dry for 48hours. I washed my face and lost 1 lash. Usually after 24hours you lose around 3 or 4 depending how gentle and informed you are on care. Jenna offered me products for aftercare to inform and she did not force any products on me. I made a follow up appointment with her and I am definitely sticking with Jenna. Thank You Charlie and Thank You Jenna for making me feel pretty again and being there for your customer as a professional business should be. I am disappointed. My lash technician was very polite and the salon was neat and clean, but my lashes are falling out far too quickly. I've had lash extensions done at 4 other salons and they last on me at least 3 weeks before they look sparse. It's only been 3 days since I got them done and there are entire patches missing, at least half are gone. I have always been very diligent to follow the care guidelines to ensure the longevity of the extensions and protection of my natural lashes and have never had this happen. read more

I have gotten my eyelashes done at different salons many times and I have never experienced a problem at any point. I went to Deka Lash for the first time yesterday and paid $119 plus tip for the 3D hybrid set. A few hours later my eye started to hurt and I noticed it turning red, but I thought I might have accidentally scratched it or something. I woke up today and it was still red and hurting so I went to the doctor to have it checked out. I was told it was an eye infection. I called Deka Lash to let them know and see what they could do for me. The lady on the phone (who was stationed in Pennsylvania) said the best she could do was book me in for an eyelash removal. I said okay but then asked what she could do about the $119 I spent to get them done. She then said they don't do refunds because the service was already provided. In short, I spend a lot of money here to get an eye infection and received no help afterwards. I would not recommend this place to anyone read more

Recommendation would be 4 out of 10. I've been a member at a deka lash in Pittsburgh for over a year and have not had issues. These looked ok the day I got them, but within only a couple days after my fill at this location, lashes were falling out regularly, and at only 7 days after a fill, I need another. I'm in Las Vegas for work for another 2 1/2 weeks and feel like I should be going somewhere else to get them fixed! My coworkers here loved my lashes when I got here, but now are saying they don't want to try it if they only get a few days out of them. As a regular Deka Lash customer elsewhere, I'm very disappointed. I have a big event here in Las Vegas in 2 weeks and really want my lashes to look good, so if anyone has a suggestion of where else to go, please let me know!! read more

While I appreciate the gesture of trying to rectify the situation, it was not a pleasant return visit . I came in just to see if there was an opening. I showed the girl I think her name was Kristy at the front your private message . She shouted loudly "You left us a bad review on yelp?" To which I explained what had happened. She had a horrible attitude the whole time asking me non stop about why I made that review and if I put it on Facebook... not only that but said in a threatening tone , "After I do your FREE lashes you're going to take down your review.... ok ?"All loudly and in front of other customers. she was also yelling at her coworker next to her about not cleaning the bathrooms and scheduling issues . It made for a highly uncomfortable 2 hours . Then trying to upsale me when all I was saying was I liked my lashes before , they had just fallen out quickly . I won't be returning, I've found another business nearby to do my lashes where both the service and quality meet my needs . I first went here not sure how it would work out, things went well and after 3 weeks my lashes held up well so I joined the membership. Had my lashes done again and no issues. Then I had my lashes done and they started falling out fairly fast, I went for a refill after 3 weeks and was told that i would need a full lash appointment as i did not have enough lashes to get a refill. I ended up paying additional money and got that done. I drove out of state that same day and was losing lashes as I drove in the car with my sunglasses on, I had several on my face when I removed the sunglasses. Lost 4 as I was sitting in bed reading Saturday night. I got up to brush my teeth and there were 4 on my face. I decided at this point to cancel my membership since the lashes are not holding as they did in the past. I understand the cancellation policy is 30 days notice so I will be charged for the month of August, so be it. I stopped in last week and asked if there were any same day appointments available as I have done all but one time. I was told there were not and that it looked as though I didn't even have lashes on so would need a full lash appointment as opposed to a refill. I said I would have to check my availability and come back to schedule an appointment. What makes me livid is that I have two options I can get my 3 refills that am paying for but apparently it will cost me an upgrade each time since the lashes don't hold up or I just don't pay the extra fee and I paid for 3 refills I will not get. I had rated them on Facebook and was asked what my name was because they wanted to make things right. I left my name and nobody ever contacted me. Basically they want to show they care but never follow up. read more
