1st time in area and in this place. My co worker were staying next door so we decided to try it out. Store wasn't crowded, I found it a little odd but like I said earlier it's my 1st time. Ordered the Del Taco plato but was surprised it didn't come with a drink. Anyway, it take too long to get order but I did notice some of the tables weren't cleaned off nor the floor was swept. Seems the young people were more interested in staying behind counter and in their workstation than someone could break free and do a little house cleaning. Food was good and I was surprised and I kinda appreciated it tasted better than Taco Bell. Can't speak for anyone else who had bad experiences recently or earlier. This place was horrible. The lady francisca or Emilia both names are on the receipt. Service was rude and with attitude. They forgot part of our order and didn't ring up and give us the rest of order. When we questioned where it was they were snappy saying it's all in there and it wasn't. I was in last night and spend almost $30. The lady in the drive through was unprofessional and unpleasant. Then I pulled in the parking lot because I had to use the restroom. This was my first and honestly will be my last time at Del Taco. My review is not based on the food, which wasn't that bad considering it's a drive-through fast food restaurant. My review is of the customer service which is lacking in so many ways. I tried to handle it in an appropriate way and just have a conversation with the person working the window & the drive through but was still met with such disrespect, annoyance, and utter incomprehension of what customer service is, I left stunned. Just the tone & lack of caring alone has left me never wanting to come back. When I asked for a manager or supervisor I was told there was none. So I pushed a little harder, questioning if there really was no manager or supervisor there and I was told "there's a number on the receipt OK bye" and the window shut. For quick service restaurant Dell Taco takes the Mexican Cake for me. I love the do specials like Carnitas. I love the drive thru and nice staff. If you ask for extra meat or cheese they ate happy to do so for a small charge for hearty eaters like me. They make very good tacos del carbon and be sure to sample the fish tacos. My wife and I ordered to eat in. There were 4 people working in the restaurant. We were the only one's in the place. Had to wait for someone to take our order. A girl took our order, she had long acrylic finger nails. We ordered 2 Del taco meals. After she took our order she was filling an order of French fries without gloves on. She rubbed her nose with those long finger nails. Then continued filling the French fries order. The person making the tacos did have gloves on. One of the tacos I had had about 1/4" of meat in the bottom. The other taco had about 3/4" of meat in the bottom. The employee's were discussing someone that worked there. This wasn't a good discussion. They could of used that time to do some cleaning because the place could use some good cleanin. We won't be eating at this Del Taco again. read more

I wish I could give this place no stars because the customer service is lacking greatly. I pull up to the drive thru and was greeted with a "what do you want?" After giving my order I had asked if they added beef to the tostada which the lady had said "yes" in a cold short tone. Upon arriving to the window I had asked if she could repeat my order, she did and in doing so she realized she forgot to add the beef to my tostada. Getting frustrated with her attitude, I asked her who the manager was, in which she responds, "my aunt". Getting more frustrated, I respond "what is your aunt's name?" She responds "umm....... Brenda" (clearly having a difficult time deciding which fake name to give) As the lady proceeds to hand me my food. I sent in the order, it said order was received. For 30 minutes I saw that my order was being prepared and then it was cancelled. The DoorDash had no answer either. The other issue I had was giving me the wrong order and only offered a small value meal as an apology. Well this time I have had it. This place has workers that don't seem to care. They are rude and the wait is long in the drive through. Everything about this place is sub par. Ask for a lot of sauces and you'll get like 4. Last weekend I went here to get some food with a friend around 2:30am. We pull in the drive through and a car is in front of us they didn't take too long to order. So we pulled up and the employees says "we ran out of food". A little tipsy I yell from the passenger seat "oh ok". As we're pulling away I realize the menu I looked at and how much food there was on it. So we I tell my driver to pull back in around again. We stop by the menu and the employee rephrases the same thing before. I ask "how is it possible you guys ran out of food? Would this business really leave you guys with nothing to make till 3:00am..?" She never really answered my question but with a bunch of "umm"'s. I notified her I'd contact her manger. I could see her leave the kitchen to the bathroom which was so just wow and rode off. I tried to contact the store the next morning just to find the landline was disconnected. Never again. read more
