I'm a self proclaimed salmon connoisseur and that filet may have very well been one of the best I've eaten. Also, the strawberries.... I'm not sure who their strawberry supplier is but it has to be some well kept secret because you cannot buy strawberries that fresh and sweet at a grocery store.
