Bad customer relations!!! I gave them my $55 order to go. I got home, my hungry family unpacked and we realized they forgot a sandwich. I called and they said I could come in to get it. I mentioned possibly comping me fries at least for the inconvenience of having to go back into town. They said they couldn't do that because it wasn't their fault. The stapler (or something - she wasn't clear) wasn't working probably so when the order came through that sandwich was missed. What??!? So it's my fault?!?! Besides the point: Make your customers happy and just maybe we will keep coming back! I wasn't even made about the sandwich. Mistakes happen, I get it, but then to not to even be sorry for the inconvenience. No thanks. There are plenty of great sandwich places in the immediate area that have great customer service! read more

Love Deli Delicious and so happy they've come to Atwater! Size here is much better than Merced or Turlock so it accommodates even where there are a lot of people there. Their sandwiches are wonderful and their beer battered fries are delicious! read more

Went in on Saturday. Ordered sandwiches and fries. I was very impressed on how full the sandwich was. Way better than subways floppy empty loafs of bread they call sandwiches. Fries were fresh unlike these other places that will pop old fries back in the oil to warm em up to think you have fresh fries. Ever wonder why your fries are really salty? Thats why. The order taker person was focused on me and what I was ordering which was nice bc most ppl they rush thru it and usually forget an Ingredient. I like my sandwiches a specific way. Also, they greeted the customer that walked in behind us. They were quick at making our food. Pickles are the good ones. So ill def be back! read more

Deli Delicious in Atwater is absolutely superb in both the quality of the food they serve and the customer service that they deliver. I was truly blown away by how exceptionally positive my entire dining experience was. The employees were very friendly, respectful and kind and the sandwich meal I ordered was made just as I requested and it was delicious. The store was very clean as well so I would have to give a 5 Star and say that by far Deli Delicious is my new favorite sandwich shop to eat at. read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered 5 simple sandwiches that totaled to $53 just for them to completely make the opposite and incorrect sandwiches. I am never one to go out of my way to take time out of my day to write one of these, but I can not grasp how they read "Roast Beef" as "Turkey". If I am going to spend money on a sandwich then I want the correct sandwich. On top of all of that they didn't bother to offer to fix the sandwiches. Just save yourself time and go to Togo's across the street or any other sandwich place because they do not take pride in their job whatsoever. read more

Delicious sandwiches that are plenty filling. The people that work here (that I have met) are really nice with a good sense of humor, including the owner. They make the food fast and never skimp on extras. Clean store and there is a lot of space to comfortably eat your meal at the shop. I love the beer battered fried. My husband and I tend to spend more money here than at other sandwich places but we consider it worth the price. Very happy to have them here in Atwater. read more

I am so dissatisfied with this Deli Delicious. You are way better off going to the one in Merced. I went in today with hopes high and the employees were so rude to start with. I don't know if they were having a bad day or what. I ordered a small 24- no sprouts, and no olives. Simple right? I guess not. My sandwich had so much sprouts they were practically spilling out. I had asked if they could remake it and the lady gave me attitude and said "what exactly is wrong with it" when I told her she huffed and just scraped the sprouts into the trash. Mind you they weren't even busy. I will never be coming to this location again. read more

Staff was super friendly and the food was great. The speed was also great as I got it to go and it was ready very quickly. The even had the courtesy to separate my ingredients on my salad so it didn't sog. I was thanked for choosing them for my lunch choice. I will defiantly be back. read more

I've been here quite a few times and sandwiches are great. I know there a little more pricey than other local sandwich shops (also pretty good), but these have more substance. I get the same sandwich all the time (Tuna), but I've sampled the other meat-based sandwiches and there all good. Bread is hearty, fresh toppings, staff appears efficient and pleasant when I"ve been there, plenty of choices, and easy ordering. I would suggest staff get out to the main area and clean off tables frequently.
