Bought a small and a medium and the price charged was not the price listed on their board... both sandwiches were turkey bacon avocado and literally had to send both sandwiches back. My sandwich had one thinly slice piece of avocado and a small piece of bacon... was not even a full piece of bacon. But they smothered it in mayo . They mixed up how the sandwiches needed to be made and when I asked for it to be fixed the lady gave us attitude. Probably the last time we will come here. The food was subpar the turkey tasted like it was going bad. I can buy better turkey in the supermarket. They slathered the sandwiches in so much of the condiments mustard and mayonnaise that we couldn't taste anything else. They left the requested vinegar off my sandwich. The regular fries were bland and tasteless. When I asked for a box to take the remaining fries the woman behind the counter became belligerent and accused me of yelling at her. So I just tried d this pace today. They were understaffed tonight was about a 20 minutes wait. But the sandwiches were so good that the wait was worth it. The staff is very friendly and double check on your order as they are making it to ensure they get it done correctly. There are quite a few other sandwiches I'd like to try. With that said the pastrami, pepperoni and salami sandwich was awesome. That may become a regular sandwich for me. Also they don't zap the food in a microwave. They actually grill it when they make your sandwich. I see some lower rated reviews on here but the place has only been open a few days and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately I am only basing my review on customer service and not food. I have been dying to try this place since they opened and finally went in last night to give it a try. I got there and it was about 7:50pm. The sign said open and the business hours said open until 8, but when I walked in all the chairs were put up and as soon as the girls working saw me walk in she immediately looked annoyed. I saw her turn to the back and say "F***". She walked over and I asked if they were open and she said no they were no longer open and she couldn't take my order because she cleared the registers and put the food away etc. I was really disappointed. And with my past experience working in the food industry couldn't help but think how unprofessional the service was. I would have never closed out my register and put all the chairs up before closing. Ended up taking my business somewhere else. Called in for delivery and they took my order with no problem, except for one. They couldn't deliver! The gentleman was about to take my credit card information when he asked his manager on how to run the card and he was told, due to employees calling jn, they couldn't deliver. Delivery services need to be honored if they say delivery is an option. The food at this place is great, I wish there would've been discount offered to either drive in or on my next visit. I absolutely love the sandwiches here. I prefer the cold sandwiches over the hot ones. I feel like as soon as you get a hot sandwich and they cook the meat it becomes a very thin sandwich. The cold ones are always filled to the brim with veggies, meats and cheeses. I usually go here about once a week and the portion sizes are great. Getting a small sandwich paired with a cup of soup is the perfect lunch. And while I'm on the topic of soups, do not get the clam chowder here. My husband and I went here for the first time and walked in it was clean there was a very nice lady who was helping us decide what to get. she gave us a sample of soup witch was so good. I ordered my sandwich and sat down my sandwich was really good and had everything I ordered. While I ate my husband was talking with staff. The only one who was nice and respectful was the lady helping us. The other staff look like they did not even want to be there. We got ready to leave and the kind lady wrapped my sandwich. She need to be a manager!! Had a great first experience. My second time- I told all my family how great this place was and how it my favorite sandwich place. I brought my family here for dinner. The place was empty and dirty. I ordered 4 sandwichs and fries. All our sandwiches we're wrong. So we asked them to fix it. The 2people working did not want to there job and kept messing up our sandwiches. We just ended up eating them and tried talking to staff who were very rude! We asked for a refund we were told we are sorry but we don't give refunds. Sad!!!! I really likes this place. The amout of money we spent to get bad service and bad food. Regardless of everyone else's personal experience with their customer service, I tend to end up with great service from the Fresno locations I go to. The different sandwiches are tasty and I love the portion sizes compared to the sandwich's at other popular chains. I am a huge sourdough fan which is what I get at every place but unfortunately thats that one thing I believe is lacking from Deli Delicious. Otherwise getting the works on their creations always enhances the flavor since I tend to lean towards more sour and savory tastes so extra wax peppers is always a must for me. I am also very impressed by the flavor of the fry's and the seasoning they use. Its very similar to a McDonalds fry but with more flavor. Highly recommend the place especially if you take advantage of the BOGO's because they aren't the most affordable prices. read more

My favorite sandwich shop, honestly anyone can make a sandwich but something about these ones are different than the other shops... plus, every time I've gone in the employees behind the counter (always the same two girls) are always so polite and courteous to my family and me. In fact, we did a phone in order and she called back to clarify exactly how we wanted the sandwich made. I love that the large comes in two boxes, perfect for eating one half now and the other half my SO brings to work for his lunch, or I eat a 1/2 and my son eats the other 1/2.
