I've only tried the one sandwich, because they only have the one [listed] vegetarian option (I won't try the new vegan option -- it's not a flavour I enjoy). But, I still love the vegetarian sandwich. Avocado, cream cheese, sprouts and other veggies -- and I get it every time. It's good food and a sandwich you can count on. My partner gets the BBQ Tri Tip, as far as I can remember and they really like it too (on dutch crunch). I used to also get chips, but they moved from having the Salt and Vinegar Miss Vickie's to using the Salt and Vinegar Lays, which just aren't the same. Decided to try this because it was a new restaurant near where I work. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich since im a big fan of the one sold by a nearby competitor. My experience started off bad, the guy behind the counter was not the best at customer interaction, he just didn't seem comfortable or confident in what he was trying to sell. 20 minutes went by before I received my sandwich, mind you they were not very busy. after one bite of the sandwich my first thought was, "hmm, this is different" it did not taste bad, and it wasn't spicy at all but, I had a feeling I might pay for this later. Sure enough, out of no where I am rushing to the restroom for the rest of the day at work. So I tried it and I wont try it again. Not very impressed. The sandwiches were OK, but when I go to a sandwich shop and spend the money I like to get something that tastes better than what I can make at home. Didn't seem to have very much on the menu that was original or special. I got the tuna sandwich, and all it was, really, was tuna and mayonnaise. When you make salad spread you can do a lot more and add something to it to make it original or different than everybody else's. They just use tuna and mayonnaise, that's it. First time here, loved it! Dutch crunch bread was perfect wasn't too hard, and the beer battered fries are a must try! The service was quick and efficient but not in a make you feel rushed kind of way. We were taking a while to decide on our order and we asked if we have been in before and to feel free to ask any questions. We made a mistake on our part with an order today, but the manager, (whom I think is Rae) was very accommodating & understanding. You call it in and they OVER CHARGE you along with giving 4 sandwich's. In the 5 minutes it takes to get back home my sandwich was already SOGGY from the way they slop the mustard and mayo on it, it had 3 produce items on it that I asked to leave off and then the bead was ALMOST STALE. The only reason they have ANY chance of me going back and why hey even got 2 STARS is because their bear battered fries were pretty damn good! Came here the other and I have to say to its pretty good. Way better than Subway and Togos. Along with sandwiches they have salads, soups, fries (regular and sweet potato) and much more for a sandwich spot. They were really friendly with us even gave us samples of soups for our 2 year old try as well as put cartoons on the TV for her. Me and my wife both got sandwiches we both enjoyed very much. The lettuce is brown and red, I'm not sure how that was missed while the salad was being put together especially since it's not just some of the lettuce it's the entire salad. We were just in there for lunch, why there were only two people working during lunch hour on the weekend is beyond me and they screwed up our order. They either need a screen with orders on it or orders printed out so that things are done right. There was almost a line out the door because the lady at the front didn't know what she was doing. Mind you the last three times we've been there which have been sparingly over the course of six months there are always new employees that don't know what they're doing. Maybe management needs to train better upon hire? The sandwich maker lady had to keep coming over and helping the cashier which delayed other peoples orders ahead of us and behind us. It took a good 20 minutes to order and go over the order with her to make sure it was right.
