This is none other than "Fagundes Meats & Catering" which has been a staple in Manteca for decades. Their actual brick-and-mortar location is off of N. Main St/E. Louise Ave in the heart of Manteca while their food truck ventures out to various locations for a variety of community events. In this case, I saw them serving hungry patrons at the Manteca Watermelon Street Fair that took place during the weekend of 6/6/26-6/7/26. To those that know this business already is that they are famous for their tri-tip. In addition to that, they also have other amazing protein options including rib-eye, brisket, pulled pork, Italian sausage, linguica, chicken, and the order I went with, their pork belly. I ended up going with their "Pork Belly Kabobs" and went for the combo deal which included a side (I went with their macaroni salad) and a drink (I opted for a Diet Pepsi). Total price for everything was $17 (which included tax + tip); not bad especially at a public outdoor event. I will say that the pork belly was quite delicious; a little bit on the salty side but nonetheless still a fairly decent portion in each and every bite. I paired it up with their homemade BBQ sauce which had a sweet yet tangy flavor. The macaroni salad was just average for me as it had too much of a vinegar taste while lacking a whole lot of flavor. Overall, I enjoyed this meal as it held me through the majority of the afternoon. I am definitely curious to try their other meats if I end up visiting their actual butcher shop. Overall, the service was excellent considering I was at a busy outdoor event. The line moved quickly while the prices were quite reasonable, even these days where meat prices have become quite outrageous. With that said and done, I am giving the mobile food truck portion of "Fagundes Meats & Catering" an above average four stars. Hopefully I can make a future visit to their butcher shop in the coming months so stay tuned!

Despite these concerns, we did not request a discount or refund, and we accepted the substitution that was communicated to us approximately 10 to 15 minutes after placing our order. On a positive note, the staff were very courteous, and the establishment was clean. However, I suspect that the items we ordered may not represent the best offerings on their menu. While the service was commendable, there was a notable wait involved. It would have been preferable to have been informed of the oat milk shortage prior to payment, as we might have chosen to leave at that point. Unfortunately, our dissatisfaction led us to seek alternative options, and we subsequently drove to Stockton to visit Peet's Coffee, where we consistently find lattes prepared to our liking. Used to love Deli Delicious. Now they are to corporate to bother with . I ordered online for a group. one was a large lettuce wrap. When I got there. They said they couldn't make the large lettuce wraps because they only have small wraps. I said well isn't two smalls about the same as one large, can you do that? Just got a solid "no corporate won't allow that" so I was refunded and one person back at work had to go without food. Absolutely ridiculous to have no customer service whatsoever. Update: A/C is fixed feels much better in here. Still love their sandwiches. My two favorites are: #21 Avocado, Turkey, Sprouts, and Sour cream #44 Chipotle Chicken and Jack I always do the Dutch crunch which tastes super fresh like they make it in house. All the workers I've encountered have been really great. Maria checked us in, seated us in a corner booth and took our order. The dining room was well kept and it was quieter in the restaurant. We knew what we wanted and everything was served hot and was delicious. We appreciated the fast service although, we were in no rush. We were on vacation and very much in vacation mode. Maria took great care of us. If and when we're back in Manteca, we'll have to stop in.
