2 sandwiches ordered via Door Dash: French dip - No Aus Ju, ordered double meat, and I'll assume regular meat is just meat fragrance, because double meat was not much at all. Bread was not soft at all. Turkey sandwich- Barely any turkey. Asked for lettuce and sprouts. Guess what? None of the above. Fries were okay, but not worth $5.00. Too many young kids working here that have no customer service or any type of work ethic. I've called during my lunch only to be put on hold for 15 minutes (they placed phone down) and I heard their private conversations the entire time. I hung up, called back and when I confronted the employee about the situation not only did she lie and deny she had answered my first call but she said it must've been her other co worker. I asked for the manager and she told me she wasn't there but gave me her cell phone number. I called the number that was provided to me and that person never called me back, even after leaving a voicemail. I waited a few weeks to go back and the person that took my order handed me the wrong salad 3 times. When I asked about the cheese she said they ran out of the shaved Parmesan cheese so they threw in some shredded Mozzarella. I told her if they're throwing in a substitute she should always check with the customer to make sure they're ok with the substitute. When I got home, I noticed that half of the salad was yellow/black. Top of the picture shows part of the salad that I ended up tossing. Their salads do taste delicious but their customer service and employees are horrible. To be more specific, I had asked for the ceasar chk salad and the first time I was handed an entirely different salad. She never apologized and all she did was remove the tomatoes and onion and she handed me thousand island dressing. I handed the salad back and told her wrong dressing and this was still the wrong salad. She then added the mozzarella cheese and didn't even mention to me that they were out of shaved Parmesan before throwing it on the salad. I started my first job at age 15 and there's no way I would get away with half the crap these employees working there get away with. Can I give negative stars?! I came in early before the lunch rush- not that my experience leads me to believe there will be one! The worst experience i have had with Deli Delicious. I went in and asked for chicken tortilla soup and paid for it. Took 1 spoon and it tasted burnt, had no chicken to be found or tortilla strips. When I went back to the guy to let him know the soup wasn't chicken tortilla and there were no strips, he started asking his co-worker for where the strips were. He kept scratching himself which was very gross , especially when you are serving food. I asked if the girls could make me a sandwich instead and I'll pay the difference in price. Sandwiches come in a variety of sizes, all slightly toasted. They have a full menu of specialty and hot sandwiches. There have fries and salad. The beer battered fries are excellent. The sandwiches are large, well made, largely portioned. They are friendly and efficient. The prices are slightly higher than the other chains, but it is well worth it. The location is convenient. The hours are reasonable. There are some minor issues that could arise, but find out for yourself. Deli delicious is just that --delicious. read more

Went on 6/18/21, and though the food was okay it wasn't worth the headache or annoyance. At first the owners or managers who ever is in charge of scheduling should always at least have 2 people working. Because the cashier person was also making the sandwiches which creates a longer wait time. I went in and 2 people where in front of me. They got their order taken and then I had to wait before placing my order as the cashier person made their food. However my issue isn't that I needed to wait for I understood they were doing two roles. But what did bug me is while I was waiting the line behind me grew, yet after the people in front of me got their food the employee tells me their credit card machine is down and can only take cash. If they had told me ahead of time or had a sign outside the door. I could have gotten cash from my car during the wait time and before the line got longer. So I had to leave my place in line and have to wait even longer for my food. I was already irritated with waiting when I noticed a discrepancy in the my bill (psa: always ask for a receipt) looking at my receipt and at the advertised price on their monitor i got over charged. When bringing it up to the employee, they were kind of like "well, its not my fault i dont do the signs ect do u want a sandwich refund and I'll take the sandwich back" the point is not if its your fault or not, its just apologizing for the error as well as coming up with a solution that doesnt add to food waste. In the end I kept the sandwich simply because even though the company might not care about environment, I do and food waste is a major issue that we are facing. This deli delicious are giving false prices to customers and also do not even advertise all prices for their menu items because if they did I would have gotten a turkey n ham sandwich which is way cheaper than doing a build your own for the same ingredients. I would recommend anyone before they come in is to ask and or research the prices of the items because their lack of menu and price transparency is their way of ripping off the consumer. read more

Walked into Deli Delicious today for the first time. Noticed at first glance the tables were not very clean, garbage cans were full, and employees were hiding out. Usually I'd walk out but decided to let the food do the talking. Ordered a Pastrami and Provolone with fries. The sandwich was decent but the Pastrami was far from hot. Pretty cold for a hot sandwich. Fries were good. Overall the food was ok but the price was steep. Would I consider eating at this sandwich place again? I'm on the fence.
