Went there for lunch today. Had their fried green beans, and a pesto chicken sandwich. Both of them were absolutely delicious!

Got food poisoning twice there!!! Never going to eat there again! I was in bed for 3 days this past weekend! Going to report them to the Health Dept. They can get someone very sick. Sicker than me!! My husband and twins LOVE sandwiches. We stopped here on our way to Yosemite from SD and my boys and husband said the sandwiches were amazing! Fresh bread, great portions of meat and great toppings. We made it a point to come back on our way home just so they could have one more. read more

Well I love deli d as do my family. Stopped for lunch and everything was just ok at this deli d. The beer battered fries have an old oil flavor to them. The sandwich was good. When I got the order, they brought it to me in patio, (thank you) I asked for some ranch, sorry sir we are supposed to charge extra for ranch. Well I paid with a card and did not have change in my pocket, would have had to walk out to the car, dig through console and produce the ranch ransom. So dissatisfied, like the ranch at deli d and it was really missed. Seems like such a small issue, but the owner should know that this will cause my car to pass right on by. We have stopped to get sandwiches many times over the last 1 1/2years. They use to be great. The last few times, either they were out of items or the sandwich was really lacking in the veggies and condiments. Today, 1 person made over 22 plus sandwiches while the other employee stood and watched her. Meanwhile, there were over 7 people waiting for food inside and another 3 outside waiting for their food. You guys always use to make such great products, but our sandwiches looked more like a snack as they were missing so much. Glad I had just been to the grocery so I could add veggies to the sandwiches. More importantly, I felt bad for the person making all the sandwiches. Not sure if we will be back. read more

My receipt does not show that I ordered a Caesar salad, but that is what I asked for and I was not served a true Caesar salad. When I was at the front placing my order I had stated that I only wanted the dark part of the romaine in my salad. But they ended up giving me a different kind of salad that had sour dill pickles and other toppings that I did not want. I asked for a manager right away, but the lady named Nicole may have only been a supervisor. But she claimed to be the manager of that location. All she had to do was chop up a little bit of the dark hearty part of the romaine lettuce, and not try to charge me all over again for a whole new $5 dollar salad! She raised her voice at me, rolled her eyes, and demanded that I pay twice! She lacked basic human kindness because she was very argumentative. She even yelled across the room and made a scene because I walked away and would not accept the salad. She belittled me in front of the whole restaurant during a very busy time of the day. I regret bringing my guest to this location to have to witness horrible treatment from a supervisor. Also, I didn't order a sandwich because their bread is dry the majority of the time. They are so chintzy with the meat as well. Does not match any of the pictures of the sandwich image portrayals. Came in with my daughter and ordered four sandwich's. My daughter was talking to me the whole time I was ordering and the young lady taking my order was really friendly, said she could relate to the young ones talking a bunch :) Our order was made fast and was delicious ! I was really iffy on coming here because the reviews had said the employees don't care and didn't seem to realize that time is money and would take 30-40 minutes. Anyways, our sandwiches were made pretty quickly. Maybe they hired more people. My sandwich has turkey, cream cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, olives and peppers. Was very flavorful and tasty. They give more on our sandwich than subway that's for sure read more

I enjoy Deli Delicious and I don't mind the wait, but this particular location was painfully slow. There weren't many customers and we waited 20 minutes. Which I've waited 20 minutes before, no big deal, but the other location I've waited this long for was packed! They also forgot one of my party's sandwich. My sandwich had very little meat compared to other locations as well. Don't believe I'll be coming back to this one. read more

The deli is a nice addition to the tourist town of Oakhurst, right on 41 on the way to Yosemite National Park. You can build your own sandwich or choose from many suggested combos. There are several different types of breads to choose from, or you can choose to make any sandwich a wrap! There are also several salads to choose from. Fries are available on the side, even my personal favorite Sweet Potato Fries! The food is affordable and was very fresh. The dining area was bright and extremely clean. Sandwiches are pretty good, but the employees are very slow and don't seem to know their jobs very well. I can almost guarantee this is a management issue. Bad managers can't retain decent employees, so they keep changing and keep being slow/confused about the job. I haven't seen the same employee once here so I'm guessing they are leaving for a reason. We saw the billboard for Deli Delicious on the way in to town from Chukchansi and could not stop thinking about how delicious the sandwich looked all day. So after we checked into our hotel and had taken a nap, we decided to head over for a quick deli dinner... For the first time ever, food actually lived up to its billboard counterpart. Delicious. The food was fresh and plentiful and the staff could not have been nicer, even an hour to closing. The young man behind the counter, Lucas, went above and beyond good customer service by pulling a dollar out of his own pocket to cover a thirtyfour cent balance we didn't actually need, when I i accidentally told him I didn't have change (the misunderstanding was completely my fault). Hands down the most disappointing sandwich I've ever eaten. I called my order for a veggie sandwich in ahead of time, picked it up, and left. My"veggie" sandwich had 4 ingredients on it and sparse amounts. One half of my sandwich had alfalfa, provolone, 2 slices of cucumber, and 1 slice of avocado.
