So i decide to check out the new deli delicious I had one down the street from me when I worked in Fresno and it was amazing...sadly this one is not. I ordered 3 sandwhiches and 3 drinks for 30 bucks. When i got my sandwhiches I took a look at them to discover on an 8 inch sandwhich 2 peices of bacon on each sandwhich is 1 single slice of tomato cut in half so there is half a slice on each 4 inch side and were talking roma tomatoe sized around. All of the sandwhiches were ordered with avacado and as you can see there is no avacado on one and the others have maybe a quarter of an avacado between them. I did go up to the poor kid at the counter and asked him why on earth there was 2 peices of bacon on 8 inches of bread. He replied "yeah i know i asked that too" the 20 something underacheiver in the back making sandwiches comes out so i ask him the same question he says "thats how we make them a medium sandwhich gets to peices". Needless to say I will never be eating there again I'll stick with subway sadly yhey did not bring their excellant sandwhiches up to Oakhurst when they brought the sign. read more

Do not stop here unless you have nothing to do, or nowhere to be. We waited 40 minutes for our sandwich before we gave up and left. There were only two women working a busy shift and there seemed to be no sense of urgency at all. We left without asking for our money back because one of the women kept taking orders at a time where there were 20 plus people waiting for orders that were already placed. Ridiculous. read more

Spotted this place on the way up to Yosemite and decided to stop on the way back down... got a veggie, cheese and avocado sandwich and my husband got a chicken Chipotle and both were yummy... very friendly and clean restrooms... good place to stop if you want to get out and stretch your legs from all that driving... they even were very accommodating for a little special order for my baby... also a plus is that they serve French fries which had a great seasoning to them!!! read more

This USED to be a Jamba Juice, but alas, its now a Deli. Stopped here In early Aug on a Sat when on a motorcycle ride with a buddy. This is a pretty basic sandwich shop. A bit like a Subway. Kinda wish they had a "toasted" option. Food was fresh and nicely prepared. Sandwiches come in a basket. Our orders were correct and food tasted fine Good amount of Turkey on mine.. Nothing special, but a good sandwich. I see more potential for this place. Staff was friendly enough. I noticed when a line formed, they opened another ordering station. Wow, why all the bad reviews? This was our first visit to this deli and I can honestly say it was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Dutch crunch bread is hard to find in the LA area so I was thrilled to be able to get it here on the way to Yosemite. The amount of fixin's they put on the sandwich is fantastic and everything was super fresh. read more

Must order the beer battered fries!!!! Sweet potatoe fries are also good. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks & 2 fries total was about $25 -- a little pricey for a sandwich but it was good! You can choose different breads or do a lettuce wrap. read more

Stopped here twice, on our way up to Yosemite and back. First time trying this place, hadn't heard of it. On our way up, ordered a #44 (the chipotle chicken). I went for the medium and it was huge! Wish I took a picture but was starving. I ended up taking half with me. They have a great patio, a little noisy from the road but a great view of the mountain. On the way back, decided to stop again and this time had the turkey avocado with sprouts. Was awesome! we tried the beer battered fries too and they were amazing! All in all, no complaints. I had a bad experience Friday before last. Went in to get a few sandwiches. I stood there for 10 min one customer ahead of me. Already waiting for there sandwich. I was looked at by both employees one doing dishes in back and one making a sandwich. Mind you the guy in back kept looking at me. Since I stood there for so long I walked out! Went next store got moriscos instead. Either get more employees or have the ones that are there do the job which is good customer service which the 2 working had none! I went in again Tuesday the service was awesome Nicole behind the counter was great took my order and I was in and out very quickly. Much better service then Friday. I love this place. But I do wish you had the order online option or took credit cards over the phone like me n eds and or pizza factory so I could pick up on my 30 min lunch. Instead of wasting 15 min of it getting a sandwich. I had to send a co worker with my my bank card to buy my sandwich on Thursday. So you might want to think about that to help employed people get a sandwiches faster. :) read more

I ordered a medium #26 turkey, bacon, avocado and provolone as well as an order of beer battered french fries. Medium is the equivalent of 8 inches. I usually get a foot long at other places, but this sandwich was so filled with fresh ingredients that I couldn't even finish all of this. I had the rest as a snack later. The bread is just thick enough to not get soggy, but not so hard to make chewing a problem. the fries are wonderful. I like some potato in my french fry and these are perfect. Meaning, I do not care for shoestring fries and these are quite hearty and ranch dip-worthy. Yum. The store was very clean and well-lit and the staff was very friendly. Deli D is a family fave so when we were in Oakhurst for a basketball tournament we decided to go for lunch. After waiting 25 minutes I jumped on yelp to read reviews. I thought people were exaggerating when they said they waited 40 minutes. No joke! We waited 45 minutes for 2 deli sandwiches. Not even a line at the register and only 4 other people in the restaurant. Staff tried to be friendly. I heard 2 other people talking amongst themselves while I waited about how slow the service was. Love Deli D, but go somewhere else if you're in Oakhurst. GO CHIEFS!! read more

Super clean! Very friendly workers. Several families all enjoying good food. We ordered the hot turkey bacon and jack w ( some of) the works. You can order the size of your sand which (4",6",8", or 12"). We split the 8 inch. Sourdough. Very tasty super yummy! Definitely would come back! read more

Tried this location for the first time. I had a #22 tuna lettuce wrap and hubby had a #38 medium hot pastrami. Sandwiches were awesome and sooo much food! We shared an order of beer battered fries. Loved them! Awesome view from patio, great service. Definitely worth a stop. read more
