Sandwiches are delicious and look so appetizing lol Fresh french fries are must with ranch The only thing I would improve is cleaning because the tables are dirty, so are the booths & floor. (Really gross, they should have better cleaning habits for obvious reasons) Customer service is basic, they aren't bad but nothing really stood out to me about them. I dont ever give any kind of reviews good or bad but for some reason today was just not a good overall experience. I chose to go to deli delicious rather than the pickled deli to save some time since it's closer to home. First off the wait was just a tad long which wasnt too bad. I ordered two orders of half fries when I asked for ranch I was told I was going to be charged for a second since the first was free. Which is completely fine however when I had to pay with card it seemed they got a little upset and the response was i dont have time for this just take the ranch. I'm a big stickler for customer service and today it just wasnt there. To top it all off I get home and find I only got a few French fries :(. I will definitely be making the extra drive to the pickled deli. read more

I'm very disappointed with my wife's sandwich that I went in and ordered today! 1st of all I was the only person there and when I placed the order my wife wanted I read the text she sent me and even showed it to the lady at the register. When I left it with my wife she was excited cause she was hungry cause being a dispatcher for the fire department she can not leave. When I arrived home she texted me and said the sandwich she asked for was poorly made and it was supposed to have bacon but it didn't have any! This place!!!! I ordered 2 sandwiches and both had mistakes. I was missing meat on both. The cashier seemed a little preoccupied maybe due to the owner who was parked in the red zone with his hazard lights on was collecting that cash. Stopped by this Deli on the way back from a road trip during early evening. The place was packed but the employees managed to greet us on the way in and thank us on the way out. This type of service goes a long way and prompted my review. As per the food, it was a satisfying meal after a long drive. No small portions that are common in delis now. I love deli delicious, but I ordered online and the sandwich was completely wrong. I wanted all the veggies with extra pickles....and I got no lettuce, tomato, onion, wax peppers, vinegar, salt and pepper. I got one slice of pickles and a few jalapeños. I have yet to eat at a Deli Delicious anywhere in the Visalia / Tulare area without there being a problem or serious time delay. I've had to leave before my fries were ready each time because they forget to make them. My order has never been made correctly and if you get it to go make sure they put napkins in the bag for you, they are incapable of making this deduction themselves. There's about 10 toppings they put on it, which in retrospect shoulda been a red flag. The other pics for the food is deceiving. Stay away. Beside being so over priced, I would give a better review for such yummy sandwiches. However only one person is ever working so expect a nice long wait. Normally the men who are working are very greeting and apologetic due to wait time. Female worker accepted cash for transaction, with her gloves on and went back to working with the same gloves on. Was visiting Visalia for our son and daughter-in-laws wedding. In all the planning, we forgot to order lunch for the bridal party to eat while we were getting ready. All other Anderson ch shops told us they couldn't make 2 trays within an hour but not Deli Delicious. They said they were busy but were willing to get it done for us. I thought Subway shorted on meat, but they don't compare to the lack of substance to this sandwich. Worst hot pastrami I've ever had. For $8, I can't believe what you get. Sad excuse for a sandwich. Looks like I'll stick with TOGO'S, as they actually put meat on their Hot Pastrami. The only reason they get a 2star instead of 1 is because the bread was good. Me and my girlfriend come here all the time and there always an issue which usually I would just go somewhere else but she only has 1 hour on her break and not much time for us to go anywhere we'd like. This is close and usually convenient but times like today there have more then 5 people in line and there is one issue after another. She got her usual and beer battered fries. She got her sandwich in a good timing but then the fries took nearly another 15 minutes and we didn't get them till almost right after asking what was taking so long. When we got the fries they were NOT beer battered. We will continue to come to this location and would love to have just ONE completely good experience with no issues. We are currently in here still and there are 11 PEOPLE waiting for their order and there is no sense of urgency in the crew. This team doesn't not care about their customers obviously.
