I ate the leftovers for an entire week and was genuinely sad when they were gone. For our wedding dinner, we had a taco bar, and it was a dream. The chicken was freaking phenomenal, the food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. Dawn also made our wedding dessert dreams come to life with an assortment of desserts that were just as beautiful as they were delicious. Imagine the shock and stress on the morning of the event! In a panic, I started calling and texting anyone on Yelp who had a solid rating to see if anyone was available with such short notice. To my extreme relief, Janet answered the phone and was calm and understanding. She was able to reach out to Ernesto who was willing to come to our party. Ernesto arrived on time, cooked delicious tacos and churros, and was fun and friendly to all of our guests. He was definitely a crowd favorite! Ernesto was the hero of the day and we received nothing but praise from everyone there that the food was superb and Ernesto was fantastic. We will definitely be using The Mexican Taco again!
