(somewhat kidding) I order from Hilary almost every week (and that's only because I'm 'trying to practice restraint' lol otherwise I'd be ordering every week!) and everything Hilary makes is droolingly delicious!!! She posts her flavors of the week on her Instagram (@deliciouslyvegansf) and currently delivers weekly around the Bay Area. She also has her cupcakes at Nick's On Grand in South SF on a permanent basis so you can drop by there and grab a cupcake or five :) The cupcakes are moist with the right balance of sweetness and creaminess. Words CANNOT describe the nirvana you'll feel when eating these cupcakes. And it's not just cupcakes - she makes cookies, brownies, and cakes! We used Deliciously Vegan SF for a bulk order of cupcakes for our wedding dessert bar. We ordered: Raspberry Tiramisu Blueberry Lavender Biscoff Cookie Lemon Raspberry Vanilla Chai Chocolate PB Butterfinger Each flavor was delicious and beautiful. Our guests absolutely loved each flavor that we tried. The coordination for the order and figuring out where and when to drop off the desserts was all incredibly easy and seamless. Deliciously Vegan is so delicious! I ordered a matcha with strawberry frosting cake for my dad's big 7-0 birthday. My parent's one request with cakes is usually that it isn't too sweet. I asked Hilary this request, and she hit the mark fully. My parents loved the cake - perfect amount of sweetness. Really appreciated all of the strawberries on the top too. Can never go wrong with fresh fruit on a cake! Hilary was easy to work with. We agreed on a pick up time, she sent updates and everything went smoothly. My cake ended up splitting during the process (long car rides + a 3 tiered cake) but I don't blame her at all. She even had a wooden dowel just to make sure it was secure... I blame my husband's driving skills instead HAHA. Will definitely consider ordering from Hilary again for future desserts! And as my husband said, "this doesn't even taste vegan." Yummy! read more

The owner is delivering during COVID-19 once a week--follow their Instagram where they post weekly specials and delivery days! My friends ordered me cupcakes for my birthday and included with the cupcakes was a HANDWRITTEN note from Deliciously Vegan that transcribed my friends' birthday greeting. My husband and I relocated to LA 2 weeks ago and Valentines is our first holiday spent away from my in laws. Being apart from family during COVID is so so tough, but Hilary was so accomodating and helpful. I messaged her via Instagram in the middle of the week and was able to squeeze an order in for me last minute, which meant so much to me. She responds so quickly, communicates so well with updates and confirmation. This small act of kindness went a really long way for our family. I've actually been following @deliciouslyvegansf IG for awhile now, but sadly never had a chance to order her cupcakes before leaving SF. My MIL is not strictly vegan, but my FIL is, so she reluctantly ends up eating vegan food. She never chooses to eat vegan food voluntarily or by choice, but told me this cupcake tasted better than nonvegan cupcakes!!! (Yay!!) YUMMMM. Hilary made three flavors of cupcakes for my graduation party-- brown butter brownie, chocolate salted caramel, and strawberry shortcake. They were an absolute HIT! I had mostly non-vegan eaters there and they could not even tell a difference. Packaging was perfect-- each cupcake was housed in its own little cocoon in the box so that nobody got bumped around during travel. Easy payment and pickup as well! Hilary makes really amazing goodies. I have been ordering cupcakes from her every week for delivery during the shelter in place. The cupcakes are always moist, flavorful, and so pretty. The "buttercream" icing is amazing. I love buying them for my nonvegan friends. So far I've had 8 flavors of cupcakes, a piece of her giant pecan chocolate chip cookie, and a slice of her special request earl grey tea cake. All were so good and all vegan! I have fed these bad boys to non vegans who are now convinced that amazing desserts don't have to be packed with animal fats and dairy . I found this company at a vegan festival awhile back that my cousin took me to. After a night of amazing vegan food, we ended with these cupcakes and I am NOT exaggerating when I say they changed my life! I am a cupcake girl. My nickname is cupcake.
