I visited Delilah with three close friends who had flown in from London for a special celebration, and we were all excited for a memorable high-end dining experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the service from our server was attentive and warm. However, the evening was overshadowed by the table setup. When we were seated, we noticed immediately that the space was extremely cramped. One of my friends' chairs was actually touching the chair of the guest at the table behind him. The tables were packed so tightly that he couldn't even pull his chair out to stand up without asking the person behind him to physically move their own chair. For a restaurant of this caliber--especially inside the Wynn--you expect comfort, space, and an elevated experience. Unfortunately, being wedged in between other tables made the evening uncomfortable and definitely not what you'd anticipate from a luxury venue. While the service was good, the overall experience was disappointing due to how enclosed and overcrowded the seating was. It's a shame, because Delilah has the potential to offer something truly special, but the layout took away from what should have been a memorable night. read more

I came to Delilah with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were initially seated outside, which we understood, as the venue appeared fully committed. However, we politely asked to be moved inside due to the cold weather. What bothered us was that shortly after, we saw another group--three women--seated indoors at a table near us that we had inquired about. It felt like there was favoritism involved in that decision, which left us feeling overlooked and uncomfortable. This kind of treatment doesn't reflect well on a venue that's supposed to offer high-end service. When you're dining with your family, you expect fairness and hospitality, not to be pushed aside for others who seem to get priority for unclear reasons (or because you might get something out of it) I hope Delilah re-evaluates how guest seating is handled, especially when families are involved. The best experience for the Old Soul. This was our first and not our last time. Everything about this place is spot on. I want to start with the host staff. We had a reservation on Thursday and I wanted to move it to tonight. The hostess (I wish I got her name) was able to get me a seats at the bar. She said it was the best view of the restaurant. She was NOT lying. We had a perfect view of the stage. Thank you for that! It was beautiful. Next I'd like to talk about Joe. He was our bartender/server. He was TOP NOTCH! Everything about him. From his knowledge to his personality. He had the perfect suggestions from drinks to food. He was able to pair the perfect white wine with the King Crab Cavatelli Alla Vodka pasta. He was super easy to talk to. He made my wife and I feel so welcome. He really made our dinner fun. He was so good I had to talk to a manager to let him know how great he is. Thank you Andre listening to me as well as being a great manager. It shows through the restaurant, including the kitchen. The food was full of flavor and huge portions. The Delilah Beef Wellington was beyond wild in taste and size! It was perfect for 2 people. I tried to do it myself. No chance. I tried though. So in short this place is definitely worth going to. Incredible space, absolutely beautiful! Stunning design! Music was wonderful and the cocktails were good, at least the Martinis were good. Wine list was extremely overpriced and generic. Sadly the food was a bit a hit miss. The Blue Cheese Wedge was a delight, Ice cold lettuce, perfect bacon lardon, and the sauce and blue cheese was the very best. Sadly the follow up main course was a huge disappointment. As beautiful as the Beef Wellington it is to look at, was a very lack luster dish. Truffles were non existent, and the Duxelle mushrooms were overpowering, dry and almost burnt. The fillet was extremely bland. Sauce did not help. The Truffle Pomme Pure that it comes with was just a gross over usage of truffle oil, and the Lobster from Maine was baby size, the tail was the size of a shrimp. An obvious cheap deal for Delilah's but a rip off for the patrons. The "Lobster Tail" was dry and nothing to write home about. Service felt rushed, like they were trying to get us out as fast as possible to sit another table. Dessert was sickly sweet and lacking any depth. We would go back for a cocktail and a snack to experience the magnificent ambiance and music, but dinner is overpriced and lacking. I love every restaurant at the Wynn and was eager to dine at the Vegas location as we have only been to (and loved) the WeHo location. The Wynn location exceeded all of our expectations and I can't wait to plan another fabulous dinner at Delilah on the Las Vegas Strip. It can be hard to get a reservation, so we booked close to a month in advance to ensure a table at the right time during the busy Labor Day weekend. We were greeted by a very friendly and beautiful host who was patient as we waited for our final guest to join before seating. Once we entered the restaurant, it felt as if we were transformed to glamorous old Hollywood with beautiful staff and the amazing decor. Everyone we came in contact with was exceptional. Our waitstaff was patient and knowledgeable giving us excellent recommendations and explanations on the beverage and food offerings for the evening. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Our table started with the delicious shrimp cocktail and king crab Caesar, and while I enjoyed the king crab cavatelli for my entree, my husband equally loved his roasted chicken. Along with the main dishes, we ordered the caviar and potato side which was an amazing bite. For dessert, the pineapple upside down cake took the show with the coconut sorbet. Our table also enjoyed the many libations we ordered including the spicy margarita, the espresso martini, the old fashion, the Kiley.. I can't even remember all that we ordered, but they were all excellent. Las Vegas is full of amazing restaurants of all types, and the Wynn houses many of them. After visiting the Los Angeles location, I had to come back to Las Vegas and see the other Delilah. The decor here takes you straight back to the 20s and is very Great Gatsby! The dining space is huge and they have two beautiful bars, one in the upper level by the entrance, and another downstairs in the dining space. Highly recommend reservations as this is a hot spot in the city! We were seated in the right corner of the stage, which made it difficult to enjoy the live music. There was a very large column blocking our view. Otherwise, the food was equally up to par with my experience in LA. This time I tried their version of pigs in a blanket, which was made with wagyu-grade beef. Phenomenal! Way to take a classic and make it bougie. I heard about Delilah from a bunch of people and that it is worth the wait to get a reservation. We got one for a dinner while we were in Vegas for my friend's bachelorette party. It was a Saturday night at 10pm. The hostess told us that the restaurant was running 30-45 minutes late... truly unacceptable. We proceeded to wait in the bar area and tried to take a photo and were told no photos???? I don't understand. When it was finally time to be seated (35 min late), it looked really cool downstaies. However our reservation was for OUTSIDE where there wasn't a vibe whatsoever. There were huge bugs flying everywhere. I would definitely recommend making sure you sit inside. I really wanted to like it, but Delilah's Espresso Martini was subpar. They use both a simple syrup and a vanilla liqueur. Not sure about the coffee portion but I'd guess some pre-batched espresso. We ordered 2; one looked properly doubled strained and the other didn't. For mine, the stem of the glass was sticky to the touch and I was promptly greeted with shards of ice in my first couple sips. Both drinks were far too sweet. For the second round, we asked them to remove the liqueur, but these too fell short. Sorry Delilah--these drinks were just a miss for me. Delilah is an American fine dining supper club in The Wynn. I've had this on my list to try for awhile and I figured out how to get a reservation just in time for my birthday. We had to reschedule due to a sick babysitter and the restaurant was kind enough to do so which I greatly appreciated. The inside of the restaurant is a throwback to a different time. The upstairs bar as you enter looked cozy and fun. I'd love to return for drinks here. The dining room is a tight space with tables placed unusually close together. There are quite a few tables with no view of the stage. The menu at Delilah is interesting and well executed. They have the standard fine dining options plus fancy twists on regular foods. We enjoyed everything we ordered and had an excellent meal overall. King Crab "Caesar"- We liked this version of a Caesar salad with endive leaves topped with dressing, breadcrumbs, and crab meat. The endive was bitter, but it was still tasty with all of the flavors. Pigs in a Blanket- delicious pastry with yummy beef Wagyu Beef Wellington- This is served for two with potato purée. The meat was tender and the pastry was very buttery and flaky. This is heavy on truffle so don't order this if you're on the fence about truffles. The truffles made it a rich dish. Potato Purée- creamy, potato perfection Grandma's Gooey Butter Cake- a decadent, delicious dessert, but not the best butter cake I've had The entertainment was a singer who was excellent , but lasted for maybe 20 minutes of our two hour dining experience. I expected more entertainment from 6:00-8:00 on a Friday evening and more variety than just a singer. A friend of mine dined at 7pm on a Saturday evening and said they also only had about 20 minutes of entertainment. When I dined at Mayfair on a Sunday we had a variety of entertainment for most of our meal. Mayfair definitely wins for entertainment. Delilah is a top notch restaurant with excellent food, but leaving a little to be desired with entertainment. Walking into Delilah's is like stepping into Gatsby's mansion--glittering décor, plush seating, chandeliers dripping with promise. For about five seconds, I thought I was in for a night of old-school jazz and glamour. Then reality hit... harder than the check at the end. The entertainment? Imagine a talent show on a cruise ship where the auditions were held in a parking lot. Every 30 minutes, we were treated to a new singer--each one somehow worse than the last. By the end, I was convinced they were just pulling names out of a hat labeled "karaoke veterans of Henderson." Big band swing? Forget it. It was less "Basie" and more "basic." Now, the food. With prices that rival Michelin temples, I braced myself for culinary transcendence. Instead, I got a plate that tasted like it had been catered by the same people who do rubber chicken fundraisers at high schools. Cold. Flavorless. Straight out of the "shitty wedding buffet" playbook. I half expected a guy in a tuxedo t-shirt to offer me a slice of sheet cake afterward. The saddest part? This place could deliver. The room is breathtaking, the concept is there--but the execution? Epic fail. They took everything glamorous about Vegas nightlife and smothered it under a blanket of bad music and bland food. In the end, Delilah's isn't a supper club. From the decor to the live music ...it was sultry, sexy and elegant, all in one. The cocktail menu has nice options and since I am a vodka girl, I started and ended my night with the Slip of the Tongue drink. It comes with a lovely champagne invigorating shot. Got to check out Delilah for the first time last weekend and it did not disappoint!!!! the restaurant is gorgeous from the moment you walk up to it. The hostesses checking you in were incredibly nice and took a picture of my husband and i at the entrance. Upon walking in, it's like we were transported to a restaurant in the 1920s. What a large restaurant, and I can see why they are always booked months in advance! We sat at a table near the stage and the music that played all night was great! The performers were amazing and played jazz style modern and older songs. They brought out the most delicious bread to start with. So buttery and fluffy!! The cocktail menu was impressive and the martinis were delicious! for food, we ordered a little bit of everything. We had heard a lot of the chicken tenders (random for such a ritzy place but worth every penny)! The chicken was fried to perfection. we also had the wagyu pigs in a blanket - yum!!! For the salad, we shared the king crab Caesar. Definitely different because it was served on shareable endive leaves. Great dressing with generous pieces of crab. For our main, we shared the prime ribeye with the house steak house and the bernaise. So tender and delicious. We had the Pomme purée and Brussels sprouts for the sides. So flavorful! For dessert, we had the slutty brownie which was oh so decadent! We hung out for a while after dinner taking in the live music and enjoying some more drinks. Someone help me with the mystery of these World Famous Chicken Fingers. Stopped in for a late night snack and had a Pillow Talk $23 (dirty Belvedere martini) & these chicken fingers $29. This is definitely a "be seen" place, with everyone dressed to impress. The decor is cute with b & w pics of celebrities interspersed with Picasso prints and animal print chairs. There is a singer belting out jazzy renditions of 80s tunes. Attractive waitstaff. All good. But $29 for 4 chicken fingers that you claim to be world famous is just a lie. The martini was ok. The olives were the star of the show - filled with blue cheese and served on the side in a shot glass. Big and delicious. The drink was pretty flavorless. I stopped at another bar on the way out of the Wynn and had a much better one (albeit without those magical olives). The tenders were...painfully basic. Decent size but the breading was thick and just fell off of them. Pretty flavorless. I'll admit, I felt duped. A friend told me this place was all hype and I believe it now. Reservations here are hard to come by. They open up 30 days in advance. This is a hangout spot of the rich and famous, with menu prices to match. Wine bottles up to $50,000 (hey, at least it was a magnum). The service is spot on, the food is incredible, the performers are top-notch (no photography or video allowed). The ambiance takes you back to the roaring 20s. You'll feel like you're on the set of Boardwalk Empire. This is by far the best overall dining experience between the Encore and the Wynn (the buildings are connected). If you're lucky enough to get in, you'll spend a lot of money, but it's worth it, if you ask me. read more

Reservations were hard to come by and I made mine 30 days ahead of the visit, having previously failed to make them. So plan accordingly! On a positive note, interior is super swanky. Straight out of a movie set and made to look like 1920s or 1940s style. Entertainment is one of the best I have ever seen anywhere. No joke. Table-side service is good, and management has a keen sense for it, so you will be dealing with top notch serving staff. Food-wise this was disappointing. My meal had to be made twice as first time it was full of human hairs (not one or two or three) and yet the final version was bellow average quality wise. My wife's meal was average but nothing to brag about! Hostesses greeting guests were straight up rude. We showed up 10 minutes ahead of our reservation sporting good manners, and were told there is no reservation. Well impossible please look again, and asked again and again for hostess to admit a mistake. I understand that ladies working in these positions feel that their social standing is through the roof, but friendly advice-put customer service first. Lastly, celebrities have special privileges which is no surprise. I was however offended that someone who was movie theater owner (not sure how that is a celebrity) can show up with torn up jeans, bandana and offensive t-shirt and getting preferred status while the rest of us have to be on probationary behavior.
