Always the cheapest Gas on Rt. 59. Except for Sams Club and Cosco. They also have free car wash vacuum. I also like the new handicap service at the pump. My only complaint is that cigarettes prices are very high. I saved10 bucks off, by going to Thortons near rt.34 and N.Aurora Rd. Nice size grocery store with friendly service too. read more

I got an interior cleaning and noticed that a piece in my dashboard by the windshield was missing and when I filed a claim i had to keep calling checking on the status and I never once received a call back. After call about 3 times I was told that they would replace the part with a aftermarket part and have it installed at one of their locations and thats not acceptable to me. My car is new and it has only 12K miles on it and it is under warranty by the dealership so letting some other individuals install a aftermarket part in my car is not going to work. And when i asked to speak with the DM i was told he may or may not contact you back. This is horrible customer service. And to top it off I am a monthly paying customer. I will never get my interior done here again and I will be canceling my monthly plan. Letting another company install a aftermarket part in my new car will void the warranty if something goes wrong and I am definitely not willing to take that risk. I gave them a copy of the invoice for a OEM Toyota Part from the dealership and was told that they can use a aftermarket part on a car over a yr old and over 10k miles. I bought my car brand new and its not a year old yet from the date of purchase. So this gets better........ I took my Toyota into the dealership today where I purchased the car new and they had to get the Service Technician involved because the piece carelessly removed from my car during the interior cleaning is a Daytime running light sensor and the wire is missing. So they will have to find the wire and hopefully it is not to far down in the dashboard. I will be emailing a copy of the estimate invoice from Toyota and see what happens next, as I suspect, they will fight me on it. read more

WOW,! I didn't think it was my van when the young man pulled up to me! I dropped off my mini van for a $100.00 detail and they did a fantastic job getting rid of any evidence that I have a husband, children and a dog making a mess of my van daily. The seats were so clean and the black carpet was actually black not furry. The door jam didn't have any rocks, dirt, French fry salt or yuck; it was amazing. I highly recommend this as a Mother's Day present every year! read more

Extremely unprofessional. Worst place for something like a small Chip repair, Customer service on the phone is the worst than most of the call centers abroad. No courtesy of listening to the the problem. Don't even think of getting car chips fixed at this place as they really have no good resources or clue of how to fix them. I purchased three Super Kiss Plus washes for a Christmas deal Delta Sonic was offering. I went to this location to get my wash and "30 day hand wax" included with the wash. My vehicle didn't come out of the wash completely clean, and the "brake dust remover" was ineffective. I moved to the drying area for my hand wax, which consisted of nothing more than a couple sprays of quick detailer wax applied while drying the sides of my vehicle. Don't be fooled by a bunch of flashing lights and bubble machines, this car wash sucks. read more

Delta Sonic in Naperville is the WORST car wash ever, if I could give it less than one star I would. I took my car here to get the exterior and interior washed and when I got home I realized one of my floor mats in the back was completely gone. I have never taken my floor mats out of my car before (because why would I) and came right back to the place to let them know that I was missing my rear left floor mat. I talked to two different managers who just continued to tell me they did not do it and all I could do was file a claim and that department would decide if they would reimburse me or not. They were very rude and not helpful at all. I filled out the report knowing they would probably decline having lost it and not do anything about it. That is exactly what happened. I got a letter in the mail about a week later saying they reviewed their camera videos and all floor mats were put back in the car after they were removed. WRONG. They also offered me two free interior washes for my inconvenience. Great thanks for washes I will never use because I will not ever go back to this place. I had to buy new floor mats which only come in a set for $70.00. This place is complete garbage and did not offer to replace or pay for the floor mat they stole from my car and never put back. Avoid this place at all costs! They are also insanely overpriced. Kim I am not sure what the point would be to have someone contact me when I got a letter from "delta sonic car wash systems customer service department" saying "we are not at fault" and "the problem did not occur due to any negligence on the part of delta sonic." I crossed all roads and all car wash and planned to go the one car wash in Naperville, IL. I have not ever seen such a lazy young people working like the one in Naperville Station. I observed them for couple of days and they are the same, they are always whispering when a customer comes there. I am not sure for all, I could not generalize. I approach gently and told them my car needs carpet wash and seats too. Three young man came to me and after they hear what service my car need, they reply 100% pure service (word no action). They told me to pay $69( 34 for carpet, 20 for seats and they forced me to do interior cleaning although my car is clean that is $15, but I saw them they just pass quick and do nothing. I believed these young people would do good job but funny for this age. They were not passionate about what they were doing and not hard working people. I was very surprised to see such kind of young people. Lastly, efficiency 0, effectiveness 0, communication 45%, Professionalism 0% but dress professional. I found my car the same at it was. Refresher which is very tiny in size, that was the only difference I saw in my car. The rest the same, no sign of carpet wash, and all other requests. My car was not that bad inside I just need to be cleaned. Any how I hope the company will give these young people training, advise and hope for promotions. read more

VERY disappointed with this company. Went for the 1st time today and never again. Paid $55 for interior/exterior service. Was supposed to have a 30-minute interior "steam clean" where all the little/tights spots were taken care of. I had been sitting for maybe 10 minutes and told my car was ready. What? A 30-minute detail clean in 10 minutes??? Walked outside and there were still dirty spots on the outside of the car, wheels looked like they hadn't been touched. Inside was better, but not a detail clean (there was still dust on the dashboard). When I was questioning the lady who was helping me about my concerns a gentleman who works there started yelling at us to pull my car up and out of the way. Really? $55 to get yelled at? The lady helping me tried to explain the dust I was seeing was the lint from their rags. What happened to the steam cleaning? I gave up and drove away. This place is a total rip off and employees as rude as can be. read more

Had my vehicle detailed there. They caused damage and refused to accept responsibility even with document proof they caused damage. Cost me over $500.00 repairs. First time at Sonic and it wont be my last!!!! I have an older Jeep Wrangler and an Akita who goes just about everywhere with me. You could only imagine the hair and kisses(dog slobber) covering my Jeep. The guys at Sonic did a great job. They were very honest that it could be hard to get all of the hair out of the seat, but said they would do their best. Well they did great! Im sure if I looked hard enough I could find dog hair hiding on my seat or under it, but they truly got all of it as far as Im concerned. I was very happy as well with the customer service. Everyone I encountered was very nice! I will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend checking them out. My detail cost $120 and it was worth it!!! read more

Although their car wash is good, i had recently got an oil change from them which included Power steering oil change (should have gone to autozone). After a few days i noticed sound from near the engine at first i thought it was a belt issue but then got a oil check light on and then realized that my power steering oil was very low. Took it to the mechanic and delta sonic and they didnt see any sort of leakage which makes me beleive that they didnt fill up the oil in the first place. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I have been a customer for a long time. I even signed up for the monthly service. Went to the car wash today and I was told I had to take off my bike rack.I have never had to take my bike rack off before. Then Iwas told by DanI think his name was that I could leave my bike rack on but I would have to sign a form accepting liability which I refused. While I was explaining to Dan that I did in the past go through the car wash with my bike racka woman who worked the booth kept on saying no I didn't several times.She was beyond rude. I don't care how shiny my car is, but I like to look through clean windows. This is a problem at Delta Sonic. Every time I go in, the interior person asks whether there is anything I want them to focus on, and every time I say that I would appreciate it if they made sure my windows were clean. Then, every time, I get the car, and it looks like there is just as much dirt, but it has been smeared around with a rag, and I have to make them redo the windows. It's just not worth going back to this place again for an interior cleaning. read more

Worst experience ever at the lube service section today. Went in for a tire patch because I had a nail in the middle of my tire; easy job. About an hour into waiting someone comes out and tells me that they shredded my tire while taking it off the rim, so they ordered me a new one and it would be there in 10 minutes. Now, yay me for getting a new tire at the price of a patch, but it should never have happened in the first place. I drive home and look at the rim and realize they never replaced the damn hub cap! They have it at the shop and said I can go back whenever to get it, but again, never should have happened in the first place. Will never use this service again! read more

Tonight I happened to notice the holiday lights at Delta Sonic Car Wash, and I was low so I stopped for gas. "Santa" stopped by and said the car wash was free but they were asking for donations to animal shelters. I went through the light show, car wash with colored foam! The car wash and light show was synchronized to the music outside and you can tune in on your radio. It was incredible! My 12-year old said "That was the funnest thing I ever did that was outside of an amusement park!" Highly recommended! After 5pm all through December. Will be back with my younger kids! read more

NOT TOUCHLESS! It is "touch-less" which according to them means it "touches less". Would never of gone with salt coated car if they had been more truthful. Scratched the heck out of my new black car. I love the unlimited car washes!!! Nothing like washes after a layers of salt are spread. Having the tag is a bonus. especially when I time the wash wrong and it is crowded! The additional tag holder signage will hopefully keep out the non tag holders. The gas discount doesn't hurt either! I love a clean car and Sonic makes or easy! read more

DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING! Went there for an oil change. first they put the wrong cars sticker on my windsheid afterwards. Second they sold me an air filter and incorrectly installed it and third they disconnected a vacuum line causing my car to over-rev. read more

2.5 stars-just got back from a long road trip with bug guts all over my car. I went with the Superkiss, interior, and hand wax. It all took over an hour when they said 30-40 minutes so I didn't have time to inspect for anything else but damage before I left. Bug guts were waxed over and smudged onto the car, and the windshield still had a good amount of bug guts on it ): On top of that the seats didn't look vacuumed and the dashboard was extremely streaky. read more

The people who are guiding you on the rails for the car wash don't even pay attention and they are so rude waving that dam "pull forward" sign like you got bad vision, sorry if I'm not pulling up at 100 mph in the dam car wash. Also the people who dry the car don't do a good job at all. Ok so I see what they are trying to do everything all in one. would work out great if it wasn't in such a congested area. I do enjoy this gas station tho and use it frequently I can wash my car get gas and coffee all at once. One very large complaint I have with the service tho is the vacuums. I pay for monthly car washes and use the vacuums frequently. but the vacuums rarely are ever functioning properly and are very poorly maintained. otherwise I still am a returning customer. People are trying to gouge you out of $. I started with the unlimited plan at $9.99. I am currently paying $16.99 a month. I was informed that as of May 1 may new rate was going to be $22.99. I called customer service to find out how they could justify an increase of over 30%. She had no answer other than that the current rate is $29.99. I don't think she even realizes what 30% is. Didn't seem to be the brightest person. I told her I wanted to cancel and she said "Thank You". These people don't​ care about long term customers, they just want you off the books and get the suckers to pay $29.99. Slow service. It shouldn't take 15 minutes for 4 cars to move in the line, especially when the other line moved 8 cars through in the same time. Either your employes dont know what they are doing or your customers are too stupid. Over $33. I paid over $33, so was expecting pretty darn good spic and span clean car. I did not have $5.00 for a tip, so took the time to go into the convenience store to get change for a $20. Gorgeous day, right after a few days of rain showers, so it was crowded. From the time I got in line until my car was returned, it was 39 minutes. A big chunk of my morning. I was on the clock and had pretty much finished any work I could get done on the phone and my IPad, so was relieved to finally get my car. It was clearly still dirty. The lower 6 inches of the side panels and front and rear of the car were still dirt splattered. The interior still had smudges of dirt on the lower interior panels and doors. There were marks of dirt on the hood that for what ever reason did not come off in the car wash. The attendant was able to remove one of the larger marks, but did not even try to get the smaller ones on the hood, saying, "we can let you go through a second time for free" (after waiting 39 minutes, uh no thank you). He then stood there at my door inches from me, clearly waiting for the tip. I was extremely dissatisfied and kept my $5.00 read more

Go for a wash, leave with scratches in your paint. Super Kiss Plus scratches is what it should be called. First and last time at Delta Sonic. The guys wiping the cars down should get some new towels. I think the overhead buffing cloth in the car wash may also have some embedded foreign materials in them. If you still go, bring you own towel to wipe down your vehicle, you can save on the tip and be certain that your towel is free of anything that might scratch your paint. read more

They do a good job of washing my car. The only problem is when I have it detailed they keep placing the driver side floor mat over the accelerator, which is very dangerous. Also Angel is a excellent employee. read more
